Overall, he believes that taking risks and being proactive is important for personal growth. Hello, how are you today? Good, really good, enjoying the conference. And what's your name? Ricardo Moran. Hey Ricardo, I just want to ask you a few questions about your career. What has been your best career move? I would say definitely my best career move was to start trying to do something new. Right now I'm part of a startup. I already had that experience before, to start something with someone else. So definitely I can say that's the best career move. It's where you can learn the most. Great. Have you had any bad career moves? I mean, I was just thinking about that. I mean, the way I see life, no move is a bad move as far as you are moving. If you are moving, it's good. So probably you can have some bad experience. As I say, my first startup that I was working, not everything ended up really good. But at the end, what I keep is the good things, the experience, what I learned. So I can say there's no bad moves, just moves. Really, I love that answer. So what's your next move or your current activity that keeps you busy? Well, right now I'm just confident enough to try to start something by my own. I would say that's my next move. It's where I can learn more new skills, things that I don't know yet. I can learn from them, take their risk to do something new, something on my own. It's a big investment. So there is always a risk, but that's the next move. As I say, if you are moving, you are progressing. I love that. That's great. Thank you so much, Ricardo. Have a great day. Thank you. Can I take a picture?
