Nothing to say, yet
The video addresses the issue of feeling unmotivated, depressed, and addicted to unhealthy habits. It emphasizes the importance of deep work, which is a state of pure concentration, and suggests avoiding distractions like checking notifications on the phone. Basic hygiene is also highlighted as a crucial aspect of self-improvement, and it is emphasized that taking care of oneself can lead to increased self-perception and confidence. The video also advises cutting off bad habit friends who may hinder personal growth and suggests setting goals using the SMART method (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound). The speaker encourages viewers to take action and stay consistent in their pursuit of a better life. If you clicked on this video, more likely than not, you were like me a year ago, unmotivated, depressed, addicted to the wrong things, and living a dull lifestyle with no end. This way of life desensitized us. This way of life desensitized us. But the past is the past, and you have another opportunity right now to completely better yourself. Even if there's only a 1% chance this video will change your life, are you willing to go on knowing you might have missed that chance? I'm not going to waste your time. If you want to fix how you're living, then watch this video all the way through, because I'll be giving you the step-by-step guide to getting what you want, and most importantly, how you're going to do it. Remember, failing is okay, quitting is not. The first step is to stop wasting time and start something called deep work. To make myself clear, pretty much, it is a state of pure concentration. It is a state, pretty much, it is a state of pure concentration, and something like that is very important in this distracting world. And something like that is very important in this distracting world. It's a very underrated skill to achieve, because your brain receptors have been destroyed by dopamine, and this is what gives you that sense of nothingness, and won't let you work hard enough to achieve the goals you set for yourself. Deep work is when your brain works at its maximum potential, or in other words, a flow state. During this state, you aren't doing anything else other than the task at hand, which allows your brain to work at 100% effort and energy. This is what you're trying to achieve. I suggest you put away your phone when you have an important task at hand, because just by checking one notification, you can disrupt the brain from achieving this flow state. Study shows that it can take up to 30 minutes to become completely focused again, so instead of wasting your time by watching TV, playing video games, or using social media, you need to replace these stimulating activities by doing productive things, like helping someone out or getting work done ahead of time. The second step is having basic hygiene. This means doing simple everyday tasks that are necessary, such as making your bed, brushing your teeth, taking showers, etc. Some of you don't even do these important things that your body needs in order to perform better, which leads to poor discipline and is outright disgusting. You're watching this video because you want to better yourself, but you can't spend two minutes a day, twice a day, to brush your teeth. You want that girl to notice you, or you want those people to include you in your group, but you're not confident in yourself to put yourself out there just because of the way you look. In life, not everybody is gifted with the best looks, but to make up for this, you can at least smell good and be approachable, which can go a long way in anything you do. These are simple examples of doing basic hygiene techniques to better your life. If you don't want to start with the basics, how do you expect to achieve anything? It's said that simply making your bed in the morning will give you that sense of accomplishment and improve productivity throughout your day. Basic hygiene is important because this is the character you're playing as. Being clean and taking care of yourself will increase your self-perception over time. One big takeaway from this step is that life without a good foundation will only disappoint over time. Now step three, step three, now that you've gone through the first steps, now that you've gone through the first three steps, now that you've gone through the first two steps, you should ask yourself, how do I implement these to fix my life? The next step may be something you've heard of already, but you haven't had the willpower to do yet. I'm talking about cutting off bad habit friends. You know, the ones I'm talking about, you know the ones I'm talking about, the ones that ask you to play one more game, you know the ones I'm talking about. The ones that ask you to play just one more game, or maybe it's the friend who encourages you to skip that workout or go out to eat more than twice a week, or it could be the ones that convince you it's okay to throw away your life goals without even you realizing it. Or it could be the ones that convince you it's okay to throw away, or it could be the ones that convince you it's okay to throw your goals away without you even realizing it and doing all the things, and doing all the things that, and doing all the things that, and doing all the things that will only mess up your life, and doing the things that will only mess your life, and doing the things that will only mess your life up for you, and doing the things that will only mess your, and doing the things that will only mess your life up even more. Here's the thing about these bad habit friends, it might be fun during, it might be fun during the moment, but it's toxic during the long run. Even if you follow the rest of these steps, your bad habit friends will continue to anchor you, weighing you down, and keeping you from reaching your full potential. Now I'm not saying you have to cut off all your friends, but try to be a little more self-aware in who you're hanging out with. Think to yourself, does this person really want me to succeed, do they, does this person really want me to succeed, or do they want what's better? Think to yourself, does this person really want me to succeed, do they want what's, do they want what's better for me, or are they just here for a good time and just want to mess around? It may be hard to cut off these certain people, but once you do, you can finally embrace a life of positivity, growth, and endless possibilities. Now that you've gone through the first two steps, you should ask yourself, now that you've gone through the first three steps, you should ask yourself, how do I implement these to fix my life? And the best answer I can give you is to start, and the best answer I can give you is to start setting up goals for yourself. The best proven method, the best proven method to set up goals is by using the SMART method. First is to be specific in your goal. Simply define what you need to accomplish, which would be fixing your life. Second is to be measurable, which includes milestones and quantifying them, so you can make your goals easier to monitor. Third, achievable. Ensure your goals are realistic and possible to complete within the time frame. Consider if you have the resources. Consider if you have the resources needed to achieve your goal. Consider if you have the resources needed to achieve your goal. Fourth is relevant. Consider why you're setting the goal, and how it, consider why, ask yourself why you're setting this goal, and how it will, ask yourself why you're setting this goal, and how it'll improve your life or career. Make sure your goals align with values and long-term objectives. Lastly, time-bound. Set a specific, set a, set a firm schedule and stick to it. If you are able to use the SMART method, you will see your goal come to fruition. There's no way that's a real word. What the frick? Maybe you noticed, maybe you've noticed that you're, those are, those are my steps on how you can actually fix your life. Maybe you've noticed that your goals are slipping away, but that doesn't mean they are out of, but that doesn't mean, but that doesn't mean they're out of reach. Sometimes you just need a, sometimes you need a push to stay consistent. Well, this is the end of the video, and if you did learn something, make sure to hit that like and subscribe button.
