The Mexican culture values family and influences how people interact with older generations. However, there can be negative aspects, as adults may take advantage or cause emotional harm. One tradition is eating meals together and enjoying Mexican dishes like arroz con pollo and pico de gallo. Despite the delicious but unhealthy food, the culture promotes a focus on exercise and healthy eating. Being part of this culture teaches respect and encourages open expression of emotions. As a part of the Mexican culture, the Mexican culture's most important part is the family. This culture influences a lot about how to behave with older people and adults. It's the perfect thing to put into practice but can also have a bad control over you because of how toxic and harmful the adults can be to you. This can cause them to take advantage of you or even cause emotional damage. One rule that parents and family members put in place is that we all sit down and eat meals together and love cooking and talking together. Our family eats a lot of traditional Mexican food like arroz con pollo, which is rice and chicken, and pico de gallo, which is made of tomatoes and onions with fresh cilantro and lime juice. One thing about our family's culture is that we are very into exercising and eating healthy. But most Mexican culture dishes are delicious but unhealthy. So we try to also eat more healthy dishes for our health. Being born and a part of the Mexican culture is such a nice thing. Not only does it teach us how to respect people, but it also is a nice, friendly culture that allows people to express how they feel.
