With that being said, I'd like to welcome everybody to another episode of Big Adam Morton. I'm your host, Miguel. This is my co-host, Morton. We're here to talk about sports, and it's a good day, Morton. It's a good day. Well, before we get into anything, I know there was a little hiccup. That time? Yeah, that time. So, we are starting to get copyrighted, which I guess that's a good sign. You should do that. Yeah. So, it's okay. We had the basketball game going in the background. Apparently, that belonged to somebody else. I had no clue. Yeah. You know, but I guess, like I said, in a way, now they're paying attention. So, I don't know. So, now you see us in the background. Yeah. So, we can't, you know, we have to move forward and knock out all the kings. Yeah. Little by little. But with that, well, I got to get straight into March Madness, man. We had two games. Yeah, and March is Saturday, April 4th, 2016. Well, we had to put in at least something. So, Illinois played Yukon. I was right. I was wrong. I was right. I was right. I remember the last time I said Yukon and Michigan were going to make it to the finals. Why in the world were both these games turned as one? Hey, man. I don't know. I guess I saw something else on TV. Yukon beat the crap out of Michigan pretty much. Yeah. And Michigan beat the crap out of Arizona. Why? I didn't see that coming. I didn't see it coming at all. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I don't know. I feel like a lot of people had Yukon and Michigan. Now, maybe not Illinois, but Arizona? Yeah, but Michigan. Most people picked Arizona. So, you're telling me we got Michigan-Yukon again? Yeah, Yukon's in the finals again. Well, see, that's one of the main reasons that I was like, no, Yukon's probably going to beat them. The same culprits. The same culprits. The Michigan-Yukon. Hey, man. Well, change it. If they don't like that, beat them. I guess, yeah. I ain't playing no more. If I was playing again, I'd be like, oh, yeah. If you were playing, yeah, I'm guaranteed they weren't doing the way they should. But, all in all, we didn't think they were going to be blowout. It was a good Final Four. I thought it would be better. I was looking for an exciting game. Illinois and Yukon was a lot better than Michigan and Arizona. And we were saying that Michigan and Arizona was going to be the better of the two. Nah, hell nah. We had words sometimes, you know. You were completely wrong. You think that these two teams stepped up a little better. And who knows? We're wrong. Who knows? Maybe the Finals. Well, the Finals are on Monday. So, you'll probably hear from us on Monday. I ain't looking forward to that Final. Yeah, right. That might be the one that's good. I don't mind how you watch. Yeah, right. What are you going to watch? You're going to watch it. It's the Finals. No, hell nah. Why would you put that away? You never know, man. That might be the game to watch. You're smoothing on it. Yukon, Yukon, Yukon, they're coming in with a lot of momentum. They're confident. It seems to me like Michigan is the better team. Michigan is the better team. Yeah, yeah. What did we say last time? What? What did we say last time? Well, I thought Arizona was the better team. You chose these teams, but you didn't see that. You said that. No, no. I went up for Yukon, and I told you two episodes back, I told you Yukon's better coach. Dan Hurley's better coach. Yeah, they're better coach. And, and, and they took out the number one seed to get to where they're at. They took out Duke. They took out Duke, yeah. Exactly. Seattle's going to take out Duke. But they didn't. They didn't. Alright. So, they, they, they, they took out Duke. They had better coaching. So, I said, like, no, I don't think Illinois is going to beat them. Now, as far as Michigan and Arizona, I thought that was going to go different. The reason I said Illinois is because they don't like Yukon. Well, a good shot at beating them, they took out my Cougars. That's why. And they took out my Cougars. The whole hand. They, they just beat them. They, they beat the shit out of us. Hey, man, I was rooting for Houston. So, you know, I, I, I thought, I thought all, all the bitches were, were going to come in. Man, fuck all them bitches. They're not just bitches. They're bitches. They got a lot of beef, beef, beef. Yeah, I know. They got a lot of bitches on their team. I thought they were going to, you know, come in again and do their thing. But it seems like Yukon was more defensively and offensively. They shot, they shot more, better from the perimeter. They got more rebounds. They just, they, they were just a better team. Yukon was a better team. No, I just think Yukon is a better coach, man. Well, Yukon is a better coach. A lot of times, a lot of times, you've got to see who's coaching you. You know what I mean? Of course, of course. And that's the only reason why I went to college. In college, in college, basketball, and in coastal ball too, the coaching has got to do with it. The pros, maybe not so much. The pros are going to do a part of that. By the time you get to the pros, you're going to have panic on the field. You can kind of, you know, maneuver your way around the field with the court. But in college, the coach has got to do with it. And these two coaches are really good coaches. And that's the reason I went to Yukon. We're about to find out. Yeah. Come Monday, we'll find out who wins it all, right? Which, who you got? What, am I wrong? No, man. Excuse my French. No, I, I'm going to go to Michigan. I'm going to Michigan. I'm going to go to Michigan. Now, I wouldn't be surprised if Yukon wins from the two teams that I saw tonight. Michigan was there. Yeah, they didn't beat Arizona. Yeah. Arizona was up in the throat with everybody, but so was Michigan, right? So, this is going to show me that of the two teams that are up in the throat with everybody, Michigan is the better of the two, they might be up in the throat with Yukon. I don't know. If they're not up in the throat with them, maybe, I don't know, they might win by a margin. I'm not going to say they're going to be up in the throat. I'm interested in watching this because I think it's going to be a hell of a game. I don't think Yukon is going to roll over. I don't think Yukon is going to be like, nah, man, Michigan is decent. Nah, they're going to go in there and fight. You know what I mean? I mean, something that I found out today when we were watching the game, in the last four years, we went to go watch one of their championships. Yukon, when they were here in 20, it's been four years, they've been to three of them. 24, 22, 23. It was 20, 23. When they played Villanova, it was a good game. Yeah, but Yukon came out on top. So, I mean, look, Yukon is a good team. Now, their women's team just got spanked, I was surprised, by South Carolina. I was surprised by that. The coaches had a little performance on the sidelines. It was Gino Arriama and Dawn Staley, I think is her name. Yeah, at the end, they were in each other's face. They had some good. I was like, what's going on here, man? The naked ass of women's sports teams. A little bit of spice, a little bit of controversy. You know what I'm saying? Maybe not. I don't know. Whether it's good controversy, bad controversy, it's always good. That's right. You know what I mean? But, leading into that. So, just before we get off this segment, I just want to make sure y'all know, I was right. Yukon and Michigan made it to the finals. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, now we move on to the NBA. What I'm going to talk about right now is about, I don't know if I was able to watch the game. I was with Denver and Spurs. I didn't really see that game. And the Jokers came through again. When it comes to the West, I don't sleep on none of those teams. Four, right? The nudge of four? Yeah, they're right below the Lakers. Yeah. And which now they might take over that third seed because Luka's out. So they would play the Rockets. And the Lakers would play Ant-Man. I would rather see the Lakers instead of the Rockets. Well, we don't have it in the Lakers without Luka. The Lakers without Luka. Well, even if they have Luka, I think I'd rather see the Lakers. You know the Lakers whoop the twice. Exactly. I don't know how many times we've played the Nuggets, but Jokers is something else. It's too big. It does weird shots. They go in. Yeah. This guy can throw it up and throw it in. So I would rather see the Nuggets, I mean the Lakers, with Luka, with the Rockets, or the Nuggets, with Jokers. I don't think we have an answer with Jokers. The Lakers don't really have a thing there. No, they don't. We might be better off with them than we are with Jokers. Of course, the Nuggets have a lot of better players. Yeah, Jokers stands out. They got a good squad. Yeah, they got a good squad. But this guy is a handful. Yeah, he is. And you know, every team that you see in the regular season, post season, they're different. Nah, playoff basketball is something else. They're all trying, they're all playing defense, they're all giving their best. You know what I mean? I'm a Rockets fan first and foremost. I might talk my little shit here and there, right, but I want my Rockets to win. So I want my Rockets to get the best opportunity to advance. You want the best path for the Rockets. Of course, of course, of course. Yeah, I feel you, I feel you. So you still got, you still got San Antonio coming out of the way. Oh yeah, oh yeah. I might enjoy San Antonio. So you still got San Antonio coming out of the way to face who? Boston. At least? Well, yeah, and the championship is the best out of the way for Boston. Boston, yeah. You still got them in Boston. I don't see any other team in the West beating the Celtics. Not Spurs or OKC. I mean, not any, I said the West? Yeah, the West. Nobody else in the East beating the Celtics. I feel like the East Championship is going to be between the Pistons and the Celtics. Maybe. Now, if they can get Cade back, that would be a big difference. If they don't have Cade, I like the Cavaliers, the Cavaliers with, yeah, but they wouldn't face, I get it, I get it. But, you know, all that shit you can work yourself out. Donald Mitchell and James Harden, believe it or not, they're doing OK over there. Of course the Pistons are doing good. I don't really see many other teams over there. They analyze the problem. Oh yeah, and you feel like he's wasting his career over there. They need to put somebody else better in Minnesota or he'll go somewhere else and find it. Man, I mean, I was watching a lot of the fights on my phone in my car. Yeah, turn it off. Because, you know, we all got things to do, right? This is Saturday. We had to go to the store. Oh, and by the way, happy Easter to everybody. Happy Easter weekend. Good Friday. But yeah, we watched it and he pulled it off. He was moving at first. Now, this isn't such a series, you know? No. Oh, you're going to look at it like he's struggling with a nobody. Well, this guy seemed like a nobody to me. He was. Deontay was just, you know, boom, boom, that right hand. Now, what was that right hand was trying to do again? Well, no, because he was finding a better caliber of fighter. Alright, so let's see. Of course, this was a tuna fight for Deontay. Yeah, it was a tuna fight. Now, last time I said Deontay was pretty much done, he didn't get hit this time. He got hit, but he didn't get hurt. I've always said Deontay Water has a suspect chin. I've always said Deontay Water sucks. He depends on one punch. Well, that's all he needs to depend on, he's a heavyweight. Yeah, yeah, but if you fight somebody that knows how to box and they can maintain that right hand, you're going to lose. He's going to lose. I just want to tell you that if he fights Anthony Joshua, he will lose. I disagree. Because Anthony Joshua is a way better boxer. If you think Deontay Water has a suspect chin, if I think, well, I just said that, then Anthony Joshua's got a bad chin. Anthony Joshua got knocked out by Andy Ruiz. Remember that? Yes.
