Obra 3 - La pausa

In this text, the idea is to pause and observe the three spheres of body, mind, and emotion. Even though nothing may make sense, the focus is on the bravery to accept the present moment and simply breathe. Decisions are not meant to be overthought but felt in the courage to experience what is. Todo se detiene, aún no has saltado, pero ya no estás donde estabas. Frente a esta obra recorre tus tres espacios, cuerpo, mente y emoción. Permanece un instante observando estas esferas, girando entre sí. En esta pausa, aunque no lo veas, algo ya se está moviendo. Es este instante, sin certezas, aunque nada tenga sentido, sólo la valentía de respirar lo que es. Donde la decisión no se piensa, se siente.
