Obra 1 - Primer Pulso

You are standing in front of a piece of art that appears to show water. You feel a strange sensation, like something no longer fits, even though everything looks the same on the outside. You have an urge to get closer. Focus on your body, breathe in slowly through your nose, and exhale gently through your mouth. Just observe the movement starting within you. This is the initial pulse of the movement. Silencio. Al fondo se ve algo. Parece agua. Dentro de ti hay una sensación difícil de explicar, como si algo ya no encajara, aunque por fuera todo sigue igual. Sientes que quieres acercarte un poco más. Frente a esta obra nota tus pies tocando el suelo y lleva la atención a tu cuerpo. Inhala lento por la nariz y suelta suave por la boca. Otra vez, inhala. No intentes entenderlo, solo observa que empieza a moverse dentro de ti. Este es el primer pulso del movimiento.
