The speaker asks someone to go to the pier and throw a cable to them. They want to connect the cable to the generator, which is not working properly. They believe that fixing the wiring with the gear will help start the generator again. Excellent. Alright, so, go on up to the pier, first throw me a cable from there and then connect it to the generator. Last time I was up there now, it was a little bit messed up and the wiring with the gear should be able to help start it up again.
