Brasilia (Bertie Higgins Version)

Mid 80s Virginia. I recall spontaneously playing the piece while auditioning a piece of equipment in a music store. This version recorded in Atlanta and ended up on B. Higgins' album Brazilia release 2002. My BMI clearance shows registration in 1991 with the following writer splits: Healy 50%; Higgins 40%; Limbo 10%. I bring this up because the various streaming services and information sites appear to have either insufficient or outright fraudulent information regarding credits.
