My Friend John Ameh, is a great man. When he was a boy, his teacher asked him where he dreamed of working. “‘There,’ he said, pointing to the vast landscapes of Africa." And he was true to his dream. He knew that if there was one thing Africa had in abundance, it was challenges - like malaria, a disease that claims too many young lives. As a pediatrician, John couldn’t think of a better place to make a difference. In Africa, malaria remains a formidable foe.
