Samadhi with the eating. It's either the thought that comes eating, and even the noting of the sensations, become thoughts. Okay. Or there's the actual sensations. And there have been…so just those two things, and there have been a few moments, as a result of that work, where, it was just the applesauce, there were no thoughts. Okay. And today there was just the salad. Crunching the salad. But then, my mind said, oh, wow, look, just the applesauce. It’s just too good. Larry: Right. That's a kilesa.
