So I think it's very nice that you're asking now, if you're not allowed to use the word, how would you describe the feeling or your mood otherwise? Above all, it's actually a very simple exercise. We can ask ourselves that question every day. Because we tend to always ask others how they are doing, if we even ask how someone is doing. But to really sit down consciously or to take the time to reflect on how I'm doing today and how I really feel when I don't say to myself in my head, yes, I'm actually doing quite well. Because that's actually what's easy, what we actually use to distract ourselves, to dig deeper. Are we really doing so well or are we doing even better than we thought? As you just said so beautifully, yes, I'm actually very curious to see what's coming next. That quickly brings our mood up, because we then say, oh, krass, there's really something I'm really looking forward to in the future. I also have to say that I often have the opposite, that I have the feeling that I'm not doing well, because I feel exhausted, because I'm maybe also sad or feel lonely. Or I just notice that I can't take care of myself, that this self-care somehow is missing. And then I tend to do that very quickly when I meet someone and they ask me, how are you? Well, I'm doing well. On the one hand, I think it's good that I can quickly get myself out of this feeling and say, okay, I'm now with someone I like to be with and then I'm fine. But often I also notice that I put these negative feelings aside and don't really look into it to change something. And that I often eat it up or ignore it until I'm really frustrated and really in a really bad mood. And then I sometimes ask myself, where is that coming from all of a sudden? But of course it has always worked in the subconscious. And above all, why is it always such a bad thing, for example, to meet and communicate, I'm not doing well, or I'm not feeling good today, or I'm just, I don't know, frustrated, angry, whatever is in us. Why do we always think that we are uncomfortable for our meeting? Or that our meeting is less worth it, or that the person with us automatically has a bad time. So then our inner child is permanently working again, so to speak, to confirm any belief that we are too much, uncomfortable, whatever comes up in us. Where we are actually already with today's topic, if you think about it now. Yes, the question today is, why do we actually tell ourselves that we have to be a strong woman, that we have to be a strong person, or why it is so uncomfortable to hear again and again, yes, man, you are a strong woman, you are so brave, you are going for yourself. We would like to take a look at that today. So I can only speak for myself now, why that is not a compliment for me at all, when someone says to me, yes, wow, you are a strong woman. And that's why we can get into the topic. Krissi, what does it mean for you to be a strong woman? Well, I know that through my childhood and also through my life so far, that I was often referred to as a strong and brave woman. And to be honest, that didn't bother me until a year or maybe two years ago. Because I also have to say that it bothers me in many situations, because until then I have always accepted it as a compliment. And I also think that the intention of most people is that it should be a compliment. I just noticed last year that I have only become so strong, because I had to go through certain things in my life that led me there. So be it that I grew up without a dad as a child, that there was already the first loss or the first lack. I never had a real father figure in my life. And because of that, I always had a certain gap, which is difficult for another person to fill. And I know that my mom put a lot of energy and a lot of attention and a lot of love into the upbringing. And I always felt picked up by her. But still, of course, she could never fulfill this paternal side. Even if she probably experienced it herself. Be it about the loss of my grandma and also my mom, which, of course, were just enormous setbacks and which are still working. And it's just something very, very difficult that you have to live through. And of course such things also strengthen you. But of course I would have liked to get this strength through something else. Because I often have the feeling when someone says to me, you're too strong and you're too good at dealing with it. Because I'm a person who tries to say, hey, I'm just glad that I had the time with these two people and that they shaped me so much and that I was allowed to grow up with these people. But it still hurts. And yet it's also difficult to say in a weak moment and to say, hey, today I'm just really, really bad about it. And when people always say to you, you're too strong, you're too strong. As a result, I also have the feeling that I don't give myself the space to show weakness or to say I don't feel like having this strength at all, because I had to go through this loss. That's why I'm always a little torn back and forth, whether it's a compliment for me or not. How is it with you? Have you experienced special things where you say, I would have liked to get this strength through something else and not through the real thing? In any case, I am of the opinion that especially with the people who we see as incredibly strong, or that's usually a person who is very independent, who may be in life, who may make decisions independently of others and therefore perhaps take their strength, that the person mostly went through something in life where they couldn't act any differently. If they hadn't fought on, they would have gone down. And for example, I've been on my own for ten years now, I've been living alone for ten years, which is a very long time in my life, which of course has developed strength, whether I wanted it or not. So it didn't go any other way. I actually had to move on to a point where I didn't want to anymore. And that's how, I think, a person develops an incredible amount of inner strength, an incredible amount of courage, to make decisions that let you fight on. But it's just incredibly exhausting to always be this strong woman. I'm trying to steer that away from me at the moment, or not quite listen to it, when people say that to me, when it makes sense, because that's what we say to ourselves most of the time, but also what we hear most of the time from others, we plant like little seeds in our heads. And if our environment would tell us, for example, you are a very weak personality and you need help and that is told to you every day, then you will believe it at some point. In the same way, of course, it is when your environment and especially the people you put a lot of emphasis on, be it your friends, your family, your partner, when your partner says to you every morning, good morning, you strong woman, then you believe it, then you think you really are. And then, on the other hand, to just show yourself vulnerable or to let yourself fall, that's incredibly difficult. And I recently noticed that again. For example, on my birthday, I had to start crying in a bar. And immediately came my inner belief, or my inner child. As a child, for example, I was always told, you can cry, of course, that's not a weakness at all, but at home, not in public, not where others see it. And I immediately thought, oh my God, now I'm crying here and a lot of people see that, how weak I am, how vulnerable I am. And I was so happy to have two people around me at that point who said, it doesn't matter, it doesn't matter, be glad that it finally comes out, let it go, who just picked me up with what I was about to show. And it was so nice to just see that nothing happens to me at the moment, that the next day they don't even talk about it, that it wasn't made into a huge topic, that I showed feelings and emotions in public. And I thought that was very, very nice, to just let this weakness be there. I also think that, that often happens to me too, that I always think, well, I'm the strong one, I'm reflected, I often try to keep the room for people who may not be doing so well, and I try to be there for the person, but I don't take the room for myself. And I know that I have people where I could do that, and where I do it from time to time, but probably not to the extent that I sometimes need it. But that's not a topic that's from my friends or my family, but that's my topic. And I often have to think about my childhood, where I often had to adapt, where I often, as I thought, or my family was always super neat, and I was always a little chaos, a little chaos person. For me it was always messy, I was always creative, and I always had a lot of daydreams, and I was always the dreamer.
