This is a weekly update from the Walker School. They learned metric conversions in math, dialogues in reading, and new states of matter in science. Next week, they will learn multi-digit multiplication in math, have a tie-dye day, and learn about chemical changes in science. There are also upcoming events like picture day, a clarifying night, and a meeting for the PTO. They give shout-outs to classmates for being good listeners and following expectations. Don't forget to bring a water bottle and have a great weekend! Welcome to the Walker Weekly Wrap-Up. I'm Abigail. And I'm Gabby. We have finished another week in fifth grade. This week we learned in math metric conversions. On reading, we learned dialogues. Finished learning how to interpret. On science, we learned new states of matter. Next week, we will learn in math multi-digit multiplication. Reading, game, and fiction. Science, chemical changes. And the next week of school here is for us to be aware of. Monday is picture day. Make sure to bring your best smiles to school. Tuesday, bust out your tie-dye. Come to school wearing your tie-dye. Wednesday, wear a colorful beach shirt. Thursday is our clarifying night. You can attend session one at 5 p.m. or session two at 6 p.m. The wonderful PTO will have a meeting at 445. We hope you all can attend. Friday, wear your favorite college colors. And don't forget, it's early release day. Monday, September 4th, is a no school day. We want to give a shout-out to our classmates this week too. For being good listeners and for being good friends. We also want to give a shout-out to our classmates Addison and Shoya for following their class expectations and being really good listeners. Make sure to bring your water bottle and stay hydrated. Thank you for listening. We hope you have a fantastic weekend. This has been Gabby and Abigail signing out.
