Alright, we are ready to begin with some simple, intentional breathing exercises. I want you to deeply inhale, slowly, comfortably, as if feeling a balloon. Now, I'd like you to exhale, thoroughly, calmly, mindfully. Repeat this intentional breathing process throughout this exercise. Now, close your eyes as you imagine yourself wandering amidst a lemon orchard after a day of spring showers. The air is clean, carrying the sweet aroma of freshly opened lemon blossoms. Feel the morning dew upon your face as you deeply inhale and thoroughly exhale. Next, imagine that with each exhale, you're releasing and rejecting any bitterness, stress, helplessness, anger, resentment, envy, drama, fatigue, jealousy, sorrow, annoyances, fears, and insecurities. Deeply inhale and thoroughly exhale. As you inhale, imagine yourself drawing in peace, joy, tranquility, contentment, confidence, love, power, joy, victory, gratitude, hope, euphoria, and relaxation to replace the toxic emotions you've just released. Deeply inhale and thoroughly exhale. Imagine each exhale as a liberation from mental clutter, confusion, negative energy, and chaos. With each inhale, imagine bringing clarity, focus, purpose, and positive energy into your renewed self. Deeply inhale and thoroughly exhale. Kindly repeat the statement of gratitude after me. I am thankful for these priceless blessings for my lungs, breath, oxygen, and time. Please repeat this affirmation after me. My mind is clear. My emotions are calm. My body is ready for pampering. I will protect my renewed peace with intention and care. Recharged with serenity. I know I can handle whatever I face. Your mind has now been detoxified. Now you're ready for step two.
