The guidance leads you to a comfortable position, focusing on breathing and visualization to create a balanced energy field within you. Different colored shapes represent different aspects of yourself, grounding you to the earth and connecting you to higher awareness. Through breathwork, you establish a vertical axis between heaven and earth, finding stability and nourishment. The practice helps you feel centered, supported, and aligned with the universe, ending with a sense of grounding and balance. Let your body come to a comfortable place, whether seated or lying down, somewhere your spine can feel supportive, but not rigid. Once you arrive there, allow your eyes to close, take a deep breath in, and a slow breath out. Do this again, let your system begin to settle. Once your body feels settled, bring your awareness to the base of your spine, to your sit bones. Feel your pelvis is heavy and supported. If your feet are touching the floor, let them feel supported as well. Imagine a green cube directly beneath you. See the shade of green, whether it's bright and brilliant, see the texture of your cube. Allow it to be solid, stable, and even on all sides. This cube represents structure, foundation, the physical body. Feel yourself resting on it. Let it hold you. You don't have to hold yourself up right now. Now imagine to your left side, a red pyramid, a strong base, wide and grounded. Again, witness the color, the structure of your pyramid. Red represents vitality, instinct, your survival intelligence. Notice it there, steady, protective, powerful. You don't have to use it, just know it's available. Now to your right side, imagine a blue sphere, smooth, fluid, balanced in every direction. Imagine the shade of the color blue. Imagine the surface. Blue represents calm and clarity, communication and flow. Where the pyramid is angular and rooted, the sphere is adaptable and continuous. Notice the balance between those two sides of you, the strength and the flow. And now above your head, see a white star. It's bright, but not blinding, clear and spacious. This represents higher awareness, perspective, and possibility. It does not pull you away from your body. It simply illuminates. Hold these images in your mind for just a moment, the supportive green cube beneath you, the powerful red pyramid to your left, the smooth blue sphere to your right, and the brilliant white star above you. Now bringing your awareness back to your breath, as you exhale, imagine roots growing downward through the green cube into the earth below. As you inhale, those roots come back upward, feeding you with nourishment, with anything supportive to your system. As you breathe out, the roots drive downward, slow and steady. And now, as you breathe out, imagine energy extending upward from your body and toward the white star. As you breathe in, everything comes back to center, meeting in the middle. As you breathe out, the roots grow downward, your energy extending upward, slow and steady. You're establishing your vertical axis between heaven and earth, between above and below. And now, with each exhale, send your roots a little bit deeper, through the soil, through stone, anchoring. Take a nice, long exhale. Feel gravity working with you. You are supported. And now, your next exhale, imagine the balance energy rising up through those roots and upward into the heavens, feeling stable and nourished. Imagining that light from the white star gently descending. With each inhale, heaven and earth meet at your center. Each exhale, send your roots and your energy outward, forward. Then again, the breath in, you are able to receive. With the breath out, you send your roots and your energy outward. Let your breath create a steady rhythm. And now, expand your awareness to the left and the right. As you breathe out, extending your energy as far to the east and west of you as you can imagine. As you breathe in, harnessing your energy back inward to your center, filling your reserves, filling yourself up with light, with love, with support. As you breathe out, sending your energy outward, further and further still, knowing with each breath in, you pull it all back to the midline. Each breath out anchors you. Each breath in widens your field, balancing your energy, filling front, back, left, right. Feeling stable and grounded. You are centered within all four directions of your field. Spend the next few moments resting within your field you've created. With each exhale, sending your energy down through the green cube, upward through the white star, as well as to the left through the red pyramid, to the right through the blue sphere. Sending your energy outward with each exhale, breathing in, pulling and balancing everything back into the center. You, you are the center. Your breathing helps balance the energy from heaven and earth. You now allow yourself to notice how your body feels. Stay here for just a few more moments within this balanced state. The exhale drives your energy deeper and further, the inhale pulling everything to the midline. The exhale drives your energy deeper and further, the inhale pulling everything to the midline. Allow your breath to relax, feeling that this cocoon of energy you've created around you will stay there. Notice how your body feels. Notice if there's any place that's still tight or holding on. Again, allow yourself to be held here with your breath. Gradually, let the shape fade into sensation. Keep the feeling of the vertical length. Keep the rooted steadiness between heaven and earth. Take one final slow breath in and a long, full breath out. When you're ready, gently open your eyes, knowing that you are grounded. You are balanced. You are aligned equally between earth and sky. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale.
