The speaker explains revisiting foundational Matthew teachings to help newcomers and counter critics of dispensationalism. He argues that Jesus preached the "gospel of the kingdom" specifically to Jews in synagogues (Matthew 9:35), distinct from Paul’s revealed doctrine. This isn’t opposition; Paul received his message via revelation from Christ. The goal is to prove scripturally that different gospels exist, defending against accusations of heresy by letting the text speak clearly for those seeking truth. We're going to start in the book of Matthew. Let me preface what I want to do this morning. So, I want to go all the way back to the beginning. Um, 11 years ago where we started and what we started showing in the word of truth. Um, by the the scriptures, not by our affiliations or any of that. So, this is basic, but here, and I know why would you do this because I know this material. Well, there's people reaching out weekly stating 40 years, 50 years, they've never heard it, they never saw it, but they see it, you know. Um, so I tend to believe that if we can lay it out in a way that we did 11 years ago, and we continue to do that, uh, from time to time, that others can see it. And the the beauty of it is, we can take the scripture today and we can go slow enough to where that one person who may be seeking some truth, may be looking for something that's missing, they get to see it because of the way we handle the scripture. So in the process of this, I want you to be and feel free to intervene, to cast forth your thoughts, or if there's something that I don't mention that should be mentioned, if you have a thought, don't feel free, um, to to speak up and and and say so. Um, even though we're recording this, that's okay, because I'm prepared for that. So, here's the other reason for me to do this this morning. So, and I know Willie, some of you guys uh go to YouTube a lot and you watch videos, and they're not always from people who rightly divide the word of truth, right? You may you may check in on somebody to see what they are teaching. Well, there's a lot of videos out there who are discouraging people from what we're going to teach this morning. They discourage people from dispensational Bible study. They they label us hyper-dispensationalists, heretics, all this stuff because we see that there's more than one gospel in the Bible. And so what I thought I would do, because when I hear these videos, I hear these men make these attacks on dispensational Bible study, what I don't hear them do is go back and get the scriptures in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John and compare them to the apostle Paul's scripture. They don't do that. They will tell you that we're heretics for what we're teaching, but they never go and show and teach what the scriptures really teach. So that that if you're going to call somebody a heretic, at least have your defense and your your accusation founded by the scripture and not just because you're against dispensational Bible study, right? So if you're going to throw that rock, you better show me what Jesus is teaching. And that's kind of what I want to do this morning. And like I said, it's a basic, we all know the material, right? But yet what we've learned is this is not about us, right? It's not all about us. Yeah, we want to edify the body. Yes, we want to build you up in the Lord that you might have joy in the faith that you're in, and we don't want dominion over that faith. We want you to be joyful in your faith and the liberty which you found, right? But we also want to put this out there as the number of viewership grows, that somebody may see it for the first time ever, and that they A, may be saved if they're not, B, they may come to the knowledge of the truth. So that's why I'm doing it. So let us pray and we're going to go to the scripture here. Father, we thank you for this day, another day of your love, your grace, and your mercy. We thank you, Lord, for your Son Jesus Christ, who went to a cross and died for our sins, was buried, and rose again the third day to justify us freely. We give you all the praise, all the thanks, all the honor, and all the glory. And everyone said amen. So, if we were to go to the scriptures and and just bear out, everybody's talked to somebody who has some concept maybe of what the Bible says, right? And the most notorious thing that you will hear hear them say is Jesus said. Jesus said. And I've even bumped into some who say, well, Jesus said this, Paul said that. No, Jesus said this and Jesus said that. That's what he gave Paul, right? So it it what Paul has, he has it by revelation, and it's not Paul's own thoughts. It's not Paul's own doctrine. It's what Christ gives him by revelation. So that's what we want to see. So what we want to do, we want to go into the scriptures. We want to take our time with them. We don't have to be in a hurry because I I feel like I can do this and bring it to a close at some point, it'll make sense. We want to take our time with it. What we really want to do for all the naysayers that say, and the people who accuse us of being heretics because we we say that Jesus and Paul were preaching two different gospels. That's what we believe. Now, we don't believe that just because we want to believe that. We believe that because the scriptures bear it out. So that's why we're going to do what we're doing this morning. Like I say, this is very foundational. No new information for you, but feel free to jump in at any point you want to jump in and add your thought, add a scripture, add something to what we're teaching this morning. So, if you will, over in Matthew chapter 9. And so we're going to determine Jesus, something about his ministry there in Matthew and and and those chapters and verses. And then we're going to we're going to view some Pauline doctrine. And we're just going to put Jesus right here because it's not Paul, it's Jesus, right? The the all scripture is given by inspiration of God. So we are not coming to the table with Paul said. Paul's against Jesus. That that's ludicrous. Paul is in the same book that Jesus is in, right? And and Jesus chose Paul. That so we want people to understand that right away. So there's not this versus versus. How in the world? Paul's not opposing Christ at all. He's taking what Christ has given him by revelation and sharing it with you. So the first thing we want to do, I said that we wanted to go to Matthew 9, and we'll do that. We'll read that, but then we're going to we're going to pan over to 1 Corinthians real quick so I can settle that. Um, chapter 9, verse 35, if you will. Very basic. And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues. Stop right there. Was Jesus teaching? Yeah. Where was he teaching at? Synagogues. Synagogues are attached to who? Jews. Who's attached to the synagogues? Jews. Right? So Jesus is teaching. And who is he teaching if he's teaching in the synagogue? Jews. Right? That's easy to see, isn't it? Fine. Like I said, we're going to go slow with this. This is meant to be slow and practical so that people can believe the words on the page and not some man. Just believe the words. All right? And he was preaching the gospel of the kingdom. Was Jesus preaching a gospel? Yes. What gospel was Jesus preaching? The gospel of the kingdom. So he's preaching the gospel of the kingdom. Everybody good with that? So Jesus is teaching in the synagogues. He's teaching Jews. He's preaching. He's preaching the gospel of the kingdom. Right? It's okay. Now let's go ahead and look. And healing every sickness and every disease among the people. So Jesus is doing what? Miracles. Now this will make a whole lot of sense to you. This is so foundational, we all know the material. When I do the second session today, light bulbs may go off in your head, say, wow, that this is why this stuff is important, right? Now we're doing this, as I said, not just for our benefit, right? Because we know the material. We've been studying this for a while, we've been teaching it for a while. It's commonplace to you, right? But I would hope you have the heart to want someone else to see it. Right? So you were so long, I was so long... Called up into this, it's all the same stuff from Matthew to Revelation, and we were all confused. And one day, wow, this came to us, and we said, "Man, that makes sense," right? All right, so Jesus is teaching, Jesus is preaching, Jesus is performing miracles. Now look over in chapter ten. Jesus anoints the twelve, the twelve earthly apostles that he calls out, right? He anoints them. They are now with power; they're looked at as apostles. So look in verse five. These twelve Jesus sent forth, commanded them, saying, "Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not, but go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel." So this gospel that Jesus is preaching, the gospel of the kingdom, he's performing miracles, he's going into their synagogues, he sends the twelve out to preach the same gospel, and where can they not go? They can't go to the Gentiles. He says, "Go not into the way of the Gentiles," right? So who is the gospel the twelve are going to go out and preach the gospel to whom? Jews only. That's what scripture said. I didn't say it; the scripture said it. Jesus said it. That's our remark this morning. That's what we want people to hear. Jesus said it. You ever notice people believe the Bible till they don't believe the Bible? Well, Jesus said it. Jesus said it. Jesus just said, "Go not to the way of the Gentiles." Jesus said it. It's in red letters. All the people that cling to red letters, it's in red letters. He said, "Go not into the way of the Gentiles." Now look in verse eight. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils. Freely you have received, freely give. What are they doing? Miracles. So are they preaching the same gospel? The twelve are preaching the gospel of the kingdom. Who was the first one in your Bible to preach the gospel of the kingdom? Look back at John, or not John, Matthew. Matthew three. And I'll show you the first one to preach the gospel of the kingdom. In those days, verse one, three and one, in those days came John the Baptist preaching in the wilderness of Judea and saying, "Repent ye, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand." There you go. So what's he preaching? The kingdom gospel. The kingdom of heaven is at hand. Why was it at hand? Because the king was amongst them, wasn't he? Right? Kingdom of heaven. Kingdom of heaven's going to reside where? In the earth. Amen. Everybody with me so far? All right, so this is meant to be practical. This is meant to be simple. This is meant to be done in a way that is slow and methodical that people can, okay, I see what's being said from the scripture, not from me. All right, hold your spot there in Matthew and run over now, if you will, to First Corinthians. Grab First Corinthians fifteen, obviously, and then as you do that, grab Galatians one with the other hand. First Corinthians fifteen. And then we'll go to Galatians one. So here is Paul's declaration of the gospel that he received. In the gospel and in the teachings in the synagogues and the gospel of the kingdom, when he commissioned the twelve to go out and preach what he was preaching, did he say anything about his cross? No. You know why? He hasn't gone to the cross yet. Right? They know nothing about it. Right? So he didn't tell them go out and preach the cross. He didn't say go preach my death, burial, resurrection. He said go out and preach that the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Right? That's what he gave them to preach. And then he gave them the miracles to validate that they were from God, that they were apostles. That's what he gave them. Watch here in First Corinthians fifteen and let's look and see. And obviously you guys are all familiar. Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you, now notice the definite article there, the gospel which I preached unto you. Was Paul preaching a gospel? Paul preaches a gospel. He said so right there, didn't he? All right. I preached unto you, which also you have received, and wherein you stand, by which also ye are saved, if you keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless you have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received. Did Paul receive it? So Paul's preaching something that he received. He's not preaching something that he made up. He's not preaching something that he received from the twelve. He's not preaching something that he had to go get them to validate. Right? He received this, and we're going to show how he received it. He said, I preached unto you that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures. Did we hear any of that language in Matthew? Didn't hear a word of it, did we? He hadn't died yet. Right? Are they preaching a gospel in Matthew? Absolutely. Are the twelve apostles preaching a gospel in Matthew? Absolutely. What gospel are they not preaching? The one about the death, burial, resurrection. They don't know it, and we'll show that. Christ died for your sins according to the scriptures, and that he was buried, and he rose again the third day according to the scriptures. There is the gospel that Paul preached among the Gentiles. That's the gospel that he received. That's the gospel that he preached. So Paul is preaching about the finished cross work of Jesus Christ. Paul is not preaching Jesus Christ in his earthly ministry, the kingdom of heaven is at hand. He's not preaching that. You know why Paul wouldn't preach Jesus, the kingdom of heaven was at hand? Because the king was exiled. The king was not here. He met Paul on the road to Damascus, but he was no longer working in the earth as he did with the twelve. In that ministry, they could say the kingdom of heaven was at hand because it was a legitimate offer that if they received their king and kingdom, they would have had it. But we know they didn't. They rejected. So thus, God calls this man and he gives him a gospel, and we just shared with you what that gospel is, how that Christ had died for our sins according to the scriptures, buried, and rose again the third day. You are not going to find that language in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John for a gospel. All right, now look back in Galatians. And look in chapter one. And look in verse eleven. But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. So what does that verse tell you? He didn't get it from the twelve apostles. He didn't get it from another man. How did he get it? Verse twelve. For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. So how's Paul get it? How are you going to get it? Through the scripture. You are going to hear it by revelation. It's already penned. You are going to hear it. You are either going to choose to believe it or reject it. Right? Now, what we have learned is people take this gospel of the kingdom and they move it over here. By the way, Paul's preaching. The gospel of Christ. Right? You can call it the gospel of grace of God, the gospel of Christ. Gospel of Christ does not sound like gospel of the kingdom. They're spelled different because they are different. This gospel was preached by Christ and the twelve. Now, what I want you to, what I want you to hold on to because you've heard it, you've heard me over and over again over the years talk about the differences, right, between the two. Some people have never really sat and looked at the chapter and verses as closely as you have and that we, I have in general, and others have to say, I see that difference, right? If you would, we said Jesus came teaching in their synagogues and he was preaching the gospel of the kingdom. He was performing miracles. He sent the twelve to go preach that same gospel to the Jews only. He said, go not into the way of the Gentiles, right? And to preach that the kingdom of heaven was at hand. That's what they're preaching, right? We know they're not preaching this. That's not known yet because Paul received that. That's the preaching of the cross, right? The finished cross work of Jesus Christ. Now thumb up to Matthew in chapter 15. Keep in mind kind of the theme here is Jesus said. Because that is the thing that when you go to talk to people about what the Bible is really saying and teaching, their reply is, well, Jesus said. And they'll get an obscure verse as a proof verse and throw it on you. Well, let's get some verses Jesus really said and let's lay them out there about who he said them to. Isn't that important? If we're going to study the Bible and if we're going to go and, you know, get mail out of somebody else's mailbox, I mean, I can go pick up something from Leonard's mailbox. It ain't talking to me. Now, unless it's a big check or something like that. But if it's a bill and it's addressed to Leonard, I want him to pay that bill, right? And so when you go and just take mail out of somebody else's mailbox, it doesn't apply to you. You need to leave that stuff alone, right? What's addressed to you is addressed to you. And that's the way the scriptures work. They're addressed to certain people at certain times. And this is the struggle that men have, that the Bible is not all written directly to you. It's all written for you, but not all to you and about you, right? So look here in Matthew 15 and we'll start there in verse 21. Then Jesus went thence and departed into the coasts of Tyre and Sidon, and behold a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil. But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us. So this woman would have been a Gentile woman, right, of Canaan. Verse 24, Jesus said, keep in mind, But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. So who did Jesus say he was sent to? Is that, that's not hard, is it? That's what Jesus said. Jesus said, keep that in mind because that's what they're going to say, Jesus said. Well, Jesus said he had come only to the Jews only, the lost sheep of the house of Israel, right? That's exactly what he said. All right, if you would, thumb up to the book of John real quick. Verse, chapter 4. And here Jesus says again, right? He meets this woman at the well. Verse 21, Jesus said unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall not, you shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father. Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. So who was this gospel of the kingdom primarily to back there? Again, the gospel of the kingdom was going to the Jews, right? It was about their earthly promise of a kingdom in the earth. Their King was here. Go preach, say the kingdom of heaven is at hand. He didn't say, go preach and let all men know that I have died for their sins or going to die for their sins, be buried and raised again, and everybody can be justified by that belief. That's not the message of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. And this message of the gospel of the kingdom was to the Jews, right? And Jesus said, I'm sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. He sends the twelve and he says, go not into the way of the Gentiles. Now hold your place there and look up at Romans. Now Paul is going to give you some light on Jesus said over here. He's going to give you some light on what he was doing. He's going to give you some light on that ministry that Christ had in the earth. Remember, Paul didn't make this up. Paul's writing what he's inspired to write, right? Look in chapter 15 and look in verse 8. Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to do what? To confirm the promises made unto the fathers. So who was Jesus ministering to? We started that way. We started that he was in the synagogues teaching. And he was, if he was in the synagogues, he was teaching Jews, right? So Christ has gone in his earthly ministry, he was teaching the circumcision, right? Not sure if I spelled that right. That's all right, y'all got it. So he was teaching and ministering to the circumcision, to the Jews. Anybody remember a verse that Paul writes about this ministry to the circumcision and Christ in the circumcision preaching to the circumcision? Second Corinthians chapter 5, long about, what, verse 16? He said, We once knew man after the flesh, we knew Christ after the flesh, but henceforth we know him that way no more. So what he has revealed to Paul over here in the dispensation of the grace of God, Paul is saying we don't know Christ that way. You know why we don't know him that way? Because we weren't Jews. We weren't circumcised Jews, right? He worked, he was not there to confirm our promises. We had no hope. We had no promises, right? He's confirming the promises unto the fathers, the Jewish fathers. And these twelve were sent out to preach that same message. So here's the thing. If you would look at Mark, we quote there sometimes but not necessarily read all of it. And that's not because we're dodging anything. Mark chapter 16 when you get there. Oh, 16, and we'll start in verse 15. And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. Verse 19. So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming. the word with signs following, amen. They did it, didn't they? This in chapter 16 of Mark. So, do you think Peter would have gone with that crowd? Do you think Peter, James, John, all them would have been there going out with that crowd? So if they're preaching to Gentiles, why does Peter have to be drugged to Cornelius's house in chapter 10 of Acts? Right? Right. And in Peter's mind, it was against the law. So why in Acts 11 are the Jews going about and preaching to the Jews only? They understand the program here. God has not yet shown them the change in the program. He opens that door of the Gentiles being accepted, he opens that door by Peter. But Peter never one time in Scripture says, I'm the apostle of the Gentiles. The only man in the Bible that says, I'm the apostle of the Gentiles is the apostle Paul. So when you see these Scriptures, when you see what we're showing that Jesus preached and Jesus taught, obviously this is not all of it, but we can see that who he was teaching, he was teaching the Jews, right? He he was preaching the gospel of the kingdom, which is not the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It was the kingdom was at hand. And in that, when they would do that, to validate the message, they would perform signs and wonders that people might believe it, right? To see that they were authentic apostles had been called and sent of God. Absolutely. Absolutely. So now, if you would, go back to Matthew. And I'm going to stay with a familiar scripture. So we came up from Matthew 15 where Jesus said that he was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel, right? Now, Jesus moves on a little further. And Jesus says some more stuff. Look down and look down in chapter 16 verse 13. When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? And they said, Some say thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, and one of the prophets. He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. Now look in verse 17. And Jesus answered and said to him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. So let's keep in mind what the Father had revealed to Peter, and I believe he revealed that to Peter through the Scriptures and opening his mind and his heart to see that Jesus was the Christ. So, in the belief of what Peter believed by the Scripture is that Jesus is the Christ, and we'll just put Christ there. Right? So the Christ had been prophesied. In veiled language, by the way, back in the Old Testament and so forth, but enough was there. Jesus said, in the Psalms, the Prophets, and the Law, they speak of me, right? And so, I believe that's where Peter had spent some time and realized through the revelation that the Father gave him through the Scripture that Jesus was the Christ. Right? So that was his answer. Jesus is the Christ. Jesus approves of that answer. He said, I've answered well. Flesh and blood didn't give it to you. He said, but my Father gave it to you. Watch. Flesh and blood didn't give this gospel to Paul, but the Father gave it to him. He got it by the grace of God, through inspiration of God in the Scriptures given to him to write, just like these other apostles wrote, Paul was inspired to write. So he is writing the words of the Lord, right? That's what Paul is writing. So now, if you would, drop down and look at, start at verse 21. 16 and 21. And this is where we're going to park just for a second, just to give that aha moment, just to give that time for this to sink in with someone. And we're not going to blow through it, we're going to take our time and look at it. Verse 21. From that time forth began Jesus to show his disciples, those twelve men that were with him, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day. Watch Peter's response in verse 22. Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee. Got it? So what did Jesus, what did Peter not believe? That Jesus was going to die and be buried and raised again. Hold on. So the twelve are preaching the gospel of the kingdom that Jesus sent them out in Matthew 10 to preach, right? They were sent to preach it to the Jews only. You with me? So they preach that for, let's just say, three years. They're preaching the gospel of the kingdom. By Peter's admittance, by what Christ just told him and Peter's answer, is there any way they're preaching the gospel of the cross? Can't be, can it? Now just stop and let that set in. They're preaching the gospel of the kingdom. So you know what that tells you right away? The gospel of the kingdom and the gospel of the grace of God, the gospel of Christ, are two different gospels. This one is all about the cross of Jesus Christ. That one is about the kingdom of heaven being at hand. This, Peter does not know that Christ is going to go and die, be buried, raised again. This one, Paul said, all I knew among you was Christ and him crucified. So Paul is preaching the cross, the cross, the cross, the cross, the glory of the cross. These men over here are confused by the cross. When Jesus says, I'm going to go and be spitefully treated, mistreated, and put to death and rise again on the third day, they said, no man, that can't be. That can't be, that can't happen. So if you want to understand the cross, you got to go to Paul. You have to go to Paul. And so the common practice is that all this over here is the gospel of the cross, so what they have to do is get this and move it back over here. Well, this is not known yet. The scriptures are progressive in revelation. This is not known yet. So it would be unfair for the people back over here to have to believe this over here when it hadn't happened yet. So keep the gospel of the kingdom where it belongs. It belonged to the Jews, Christ was a minister of the circumcision, they were sent out to preach to the lost sheep of the house of Israel, Christ said I'm come only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel, let this right here be, he said salvation is of the Jews. Now, I did not say that no Gentile could have been saved back there, but if they wanted to be saved back there, they had to come up and proselyte themselves in order to be a part of that Jewish nation. Right? What Paul is showing over here, the preaching of the cross, all men can be saved and they do not have to be a part of Israel. Israel has fallen and because of their fall, salvation has come unto the Gentiles. So to sit and say that there's not more than one gospel in the Bible, and we have just taken and shown by Scripture the gospel of the kingdom is not the preaching of the cross. So we're going to father that. So look up in the book of Luke. So, let's make Willie the evangelist real quick. So if Willie were coming into an assembly like this, and we're all still stuck in believing there's only one gospel in the Bible, and it's just all the same. And Willie's an evangelist, and he has the understanding that there's more than one gospel in the Bible. If I am the host pastor, my thing would be, and I didn't want you to believe what Willie's teaching, my thing would be to label him. To scare you. Oh, oh, that guy, he's a heretic. Yeah, that guy's a, he's a for whatever, right? He's a hyper dispensationalist. He believes all sins are forgiven and you don't have to confess and get on your knees and pray and beg. You don't have to do any of that. If he's teaching the truth and and I refute the truth and I don't want you to believe what Willie is teaching because it could hinder my paycheck, it could hinder our great assembly, right? Then I would sit and try to draw up marks against Willie. I'm going to give you an example. My wife and I just had some of these permanent lights um installed in our house. And we, you know, we're going to be smart about it and we're going to, you know, we're going to do our homework. We're going to call a couple different companies. So the first company I called, they were like, yeah, we can get out there. And this guy comes out, he lays his things out in a demo box, electronic, shows us the light, shows us what they offer. And he said, now you may hear from this company over here, never said a bad word about them. He said, this is what they offer. I'm just showing you the difference in the two products. You make your own decision. He leaves. So I called the next company, the company that he had mentioned, and I'd already had intent to do that. So I'm on the phone with this guy and all he can do is talk bad about the first company. And I'm almost having to coach him to come see me and show me his product. Well, you know, they this, they this, they this, they that, they that, and just trashing that company. And I'm, you know, almost at the point saying, hey man, when can you come and show me your product, you know? Well, yeah, I can do that, but I'll tell you now, they, they, they. And so I just hung up the phone with him, got back on the phone with the first guy, and I said, look, if you'll do it for this price, we're ready to roll. And he said, I'll call you back. Called me back in 30 minutes and said, yeah, we can do it for that. For what, next day? Yeah, next day. I get a call and said, hey, we can come out and install on Saturday. I mean, and these people were just spot on with being productive about what they were doing. The second guy had to talk down on the first guy to make his product look good and right away the antennas went up because I stayed in customer business for 38 years and if I got to talk bad about your product to make mine look good, I'm covering up something. I just need to tell you my product, right? Well, if Willie's the evangelist and he's given us his product, he don't have to sit up here and call everybody a heretic to prove his point. All he's got to do is what we're doing is lay out the scripture and let you decide for yourself. And that's what the first guy did. Here's the evidence of my product, now you make your decision, right? He didn't have to sit there and and and badger and beat down the other product. And and I told him up front, I'm going to speak to the other company. I'm good with that, whatever, right? But the second guy, all he could do was badger the first company. So, but I said all that to say this, that's what they're going to do when they don't want you to understand this. A, they haven't seen it for themselves, they haven't studied it this way, or they're invested so much in the lie program that it's going to cost them too much to admit this, right? That's where it boils, pride. That's what it boils down to. This goes along with the next session when I show you those things. So when we see this, if we want it, it's here. Now look in chapter 18. Now let me say while I'm getting ready to read to you, is right before Jesus goes to the cross, right? He's spending some time with his apostles, his his earthly disciples there that he had called, and and he's just before to go to the cross here. In chapter 18, look in verse 31. Now notice who he takes. Then he took unto him the twelve. How many? Twelve. All right, remember back in Matthew 10, he anointed them and gave them power. And he anointed them and gave them power and he sent them out to preach what? The gospel of the kingdom. Y'all with me? He sent them out and he gave them power and he said, go preach saying the kingdom of heaven is at hand. And when you go, heal the sick, cleanse the leper, raise the dead, freely you've received, freely give. Everybody agree with me they've been preaching that gospel already? Okay, here in Luke 18:31, he takes unto him the twelve and said unto them, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and all things that are written by the prophets concerning the Son of man shall be accomplished. For he shall be delivered unto the Gentiles, and shall be mocked, and spitefully entreated, and spitted on: And they shall scourge him, and put him to death: and the third day he shall rise again. See it? That's his death, burial, resurrection, isn't it? Look in verse 34. Remember, this is the twelve anointed apostles that have been preaching the gospel of the kingdom, have power to heal, raise the dead, and all that. Verse 34, And they understood none of these things: and this saying was hid from them, neither knew they the things which were spoken. Well, he said it was written in the prophets. You know what hadn't happened? They hadn't read and studied and the Father had not revealed yet to their hearts and their minds this truth. He had revealed to them how that Christ was the Son of God. Peter Peter believed that. That had been revealed to Peter. Not by flesh and blood, he said, but that had been revealed to Peter. So what had not been revealed to the twelve? The death, burial, and resurrection, right? Well, what's Paul preaching? Death, burial, and resurrection. This gospel is the same as that gospel? Only if you are so blind, so lost, and you don't want to see it, is the only way that gospel is the same as that gospel. And I have no hesitancy about saying that. I have I will not apologize for saying something else is controlling your mind if you believe that gospel is the same as this gospel. Because they preached for three years that the kingdom of heaven is at hand, doing all these miracles, and Luke 18:31, 32, 33, 34, they understand nothing about his death, burial, and resurrection. Right? So thumb up to Luke 24. So now, Christ has died. Christ has been buried. And Christ has risen. Is that the death, burial, and resurrection? Okay, well good, I'm glad y'all with me this morning. Chapter 24, start at verse 1. I know man this is redundancy, but this is needed. People need to see this. If Christ has died on the cross, he was buried, and he rose the third day, and if these twelve apostles over here that he sent out to preach the gospel of the kingdom, they know that he's going to rise on the third day because he died for their sins, then chapter 24 needs to be ripped out of your Bible and thrown away. They they they, yeah, let's just watch the confusion. Look here. Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre. And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus. And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments: And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead? So somebody knows he's alive. The angel, right? He knows he's alive. He is not here, but is risen: somebody knows he's risen. Remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee, Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again. And they remembered his words, And returned from the sepulchre, and told all these things unto the eleven, and to all the rest. It was Mary Magdalene, Joanna, and Mary the mother of James, and other women that were with them, Which told these things unto whom? The apostles. Which apostles? His earthly apostles. Eleven now because Judas has already taken his life. So there's eleven apostles back there that had been anointed, who preached the gospel of the kingdom for three years, preached the gospel of the kingdom for three years, performing miracles, saying the kingdom of heaven is at hand. These women go back and tell these apostles that he's risen. Now look at the next verse. And their words seemed to them as what? Idle tales. And they believed them what? Not. So these eleven apostles said, you're lying. We don't believe you. We don't believe he's not in the tomb. We don't believe he's risen. Then arose Peter. There you go, the chief apostle of the little flock. The one that everybody wants to say he's your apostle. Then arose Peter and ran unto the sepulchre: and stooping down, he beheld the linen clothes laid by themselves, and departed, wondering in himself at that which was come to pass. He was confused. He was so confused he went back to his old life. He went back to fishing. Right? So when Peter went down there and the tomb was empty, did he say, Glory to God, amazing grace, Christ has died for my sins, was buried, rose again, and I have justification from all things which the law of Moses could not do? Is that what he... He was confused. Remember, they preached the gospel of the kingdom all those years, those years, those three years, and yet knew nothing about him dying, being buried, raised again. And every Easter, denominational churches make it as if that's the gospel. And it's hid from them. Now look over in 24, in verse 44. He shows up there in their midst to prove that he's risen. Um, watch out, watch out, it's proven here. Look in verse 39: Behold my hands and my feet, that it is myself: I myself handle me and see: for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have. And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet. And while they yet believed not for joy... see that? Believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat? And they gave him a piece of broiled fish, and of an honeycomb. Now that shows he wasn't from the South because he would have fried that fish, I believe. Broiled fish and of a honeycomb. And he took, and did eat before them. See, he's proving to them, isn't he? Here I am. I'm gonna eat. Give me some fish. Give me the honeycomb, I'll eat. I'll prove that I'm... I'm he. Well why in the world would he have to prove that he's he after his resurrection if they already knew that he was going to resurrect, he was dying for everybody's sins, the whole world's sins, buried and rose again? You remember when Paul's preaching Christ and him crucified, back over in Galatians 6, he said he's preaching Christ, it's a glory. The cross was a glory. Well, in early Acts, it's a shame. Isn't that what Peter's preaching to the Jews in early Acts? It's a shame. You by wicked hands have taken and slew him. He is preaching a murder indictment on them in early Acts. And then they say, What must we do? And he says, Repent ye every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins. Christendom has been stuck right there in Acts 2:38 all this time. And he's not even talking to the Gentiles. He's not even talking to us Gentiles. He uses this man here to bring us a gospel. A gospel of the grace of God, the gospel of Christ, how that Christ had died for our sins, was buried, and rose again; That he gave himself for us, that he might deliver us from this present evil world. All the beautiful benefits of the cross Paul gives us. All the indictments over here of what they done in early Acts. Peter is bringing it back to their memory. They needed to change their mind about who Christ was and receive him as their Messiah. And they failed to do that. They failed to believe that the King was here, the kingdom was... was at hand. So when you take and bear out the scripture how they could not... how they could not have been preaching this gospel because the scripture tells you they don't know it. And this gospel was given to the apostle Paul, we have more than one gospel in our Bible. In closing this morning, Galatians 2. We're going to close here in chapter 2, and we'll let anyone who watches the video do their own study through those verses and make their own conclusion. Now, I've watched and heard the religious mindset about what we just taught. And they still refute it. But what I told you when we first started, the people who refute it never go and bear out all these scriptures we just showed you. So they'll tell you Jesus and Paul and the twelve were all preaching the same gospel. But you know why I believe many of them don't tell you what they were preaching? Because they don't really know. They don't know the gospel. Yeah. Yeah. That's... that's right. Yep. Find a way to blend it. Look here in Galatians, and we're going to read obvious verses that we've seen a million times, but it's needed. Right, so then fourteen years after I went up again to Jerusalem, and with Barnabas, and took Titus with me also. And I went up by revelation, notice that. And communicated unto them that gospel. Notice that. That gospel. Not the gospel of the kingdom, but that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to them which were of reputation, lest by any means I should have run, or had run, in vain. But neither Titus, who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised. So what were they teaching up there at Galatia? In that church? They were teaching circumcision, wasn't it? And keeping the law of Moses. And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privately to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage: To whom we gave place by subjection, no, not for an hour; that the truth of the gospel might continue with you. But of these who seemed to be somewhat, whatsoever they were, it maketh no matter to me: God accepteth no man's person: for they who seemed to be somewhat in conference added nothing to me. Now notice the flip side of the coin. But contrary, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter; So there you have two different gospels. The gospel of the uncircumcised Gentiles, and the gospel of the circumcised Israelites, the Jews. The gospel of the kingdom, the gospel of Christ. The gospel of the kingdom goes through Israel first, Israel becomes the light of the Gentiles. We know that didn't happen. That's the plan of prophecy. Then Israel one day will be the light unto the Gentiles. They're not right now. And then over here, without Israel, to all men by faith in Jesus' finished cross work. That's a gospel, and that's a gospel. Only showed you two. Right? Can you see that? Can somebody follow the verses and just believe what the verses say and see the same thing? I believe they can. All right, let us pray. Father, we thank you for this day, another day of your love, grace, and mercy. Thank you, Lord, for the word of God. Thank you for the word of God rightly divided. In your name, Jesus Christ, we give you all the praise, honor, and glory. Everyone said, Amen.
