This is Chyna, and I'm here with Marshall to answer a few questions for us. Marshall, can you let us know what you do for your job? I work as a software engineer at Erie Insurance. Okay, that's cool. Can you give us a general description of what you do on a daily basis? Yeah, normally on a day-to-day basis, I work in an office at a computer, normally writing code of some sort to work with existing applications or to create new ones. Does that involve a lot of typing? It does. And do you know what occupational therapy is? I have an idea. Occupational therapy is a form of therapy to help people better do day-to-day tasks or other activities that they might be trying to do. Yeah, and what is your understanding of occupational therapy in the workplace? Occupational therapy in the workplace is particular to therapy to help people better do their jobs or get back to a state of being before they might have needed therapy. And do you see employee wellness being prioritized in your workplace at Erie Insurance? And if so, how? I think employee wellness is prioritized in my workplace. My current employer has wellness programs in place to promote people to go to the doctor or to get a certain number of steps in per year. They also take care to make sure that we have ergonomic equipment such as standing desks or chairs. And do you have any of that ergonomic equipment? Yeah, I have a standing desk and I also have an ergonomic chair. Does everyone just get that or do you have to put in a request? It's normally provided to everyone. Oh, that's nice. And throughout the day, do you have any habits that you incorporate to maintain your personal well-being? I try to move between sitting and standing throughout the day. I'll also take walks around the office. It's a pretty large office complex, so there's plenty of places to go for a walk. That's awesome that you're doing that. Do you think there's anything else that you could add to promote well-being? Nothing particular comes to mind. Okay, well, thank you for answering those questions. Yeah, no problem.
