Here's your host, Isabel Elias. Pairing the theory to a computer, the brain is the motherboard, the storage, the operating system. The mind is the software program, and the body is the tool that does the work. The mind is the main source in this theory. Because the mind is non-physical, pure vibrating energy, it has no limits. The brain and the body are physical. They are limited and will function according to their structure. The unlimited power of the mind can place demands on the brain and the body for change. How does it do this? Through thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. The mind doesn't just influence the brain and the body. It controls the whole system, mostly without our awareness. This is breakthrough thinking. In this episode, we're going to look at the power of hypnosis when applied with a trilateral brain connection theory. As a certified hypnotherapist, I am skilled and trained professionally to induce hypnosis in order to access the subconscious mind in an effort to increase motivation, identify, modify, and change behavior. Let's first take a look at the history of hypnosis. It goes all the way back to the Hindus of ancient India when they often took their sick to sweet temples to be cured by hypnotic suggestion. Then in the 18th century in the Western world, the work of Franz Mesmer was the first to develop a consistent method for hypnosis. Mesmer liked to perform dressing up in a cloak and playing ethereal music, hence mesmerized. Inevitably, these magical trappings led to Mesmer's downfall. Nevertheless, the fact remained that hypnosis worked. Then in the 19th century, surgeons and physicians pioneered its use in the medical field. By the end of the century, hypnosis was accepted as a valid clinical technique studied and applied in universities and hospitals of the day. When hypnosis moved from Europe to America, hypnosis became a popular phenomenon available to the layman. Outside the laboratory or clinic, hypnosis has become increasingly practical and regarded as a useful tool for easing psychological distress and bringing about profound change in a variety of situations. There are advances in neurological science and brain imaging linking hypnosis to the rapid eye movement, the REM. My theory on trilateral brain connection uses hypnosis to tap into REM through trans states. Well, let's first clear up some misconceptions about hypnosis. One of them is not everybody can be hypnotized. Well, that's false because we are environmentally hypnotized. You could be driving down the street and you don't know, but you get to your destination and you think, oh, did I stop for red lights? Or you're watching a movie and you really get into it. Environmental hypnosis. Intelligent people can't be hypnotized. Wrong. Intelligent people are good subjects for hypnosis. And here's another one. People will become unconscious and turn into zombies. That's actually funny. The people who are under hypnosis actually become more aware. People violate moral values when they're under hypnosis. Moral values in your subconscious mind will not be violated. People will perform superhuman feats under hypnosis. No. Hypnosis helps you to relax. You're not going to be jumping out of windows or anything ridiculous like that. You're going to relax. The hypnotist is responsible for inducing change. The hypnotist, hypnotherapist, are only guides. The subject makes the changes. The hypnotist is in control. No, again, the subject is in control. A single session is enough to overcome any problem. Oh, no. The sessions depend on what the problem is. People may reveal embarrassing secrets under hypnosis. No, they only reveal what they want to reveal. And people may not be able to hear under hypnosis. People hear very well and they can talk. Hypnosis works by sending suggestions directly to the subconscious, bypassing the critical filters of the conscious mind. The hypnotherapist and the client work together to create a pleasant state of hyper-suggestibility. The suggestions are given with an almost surgical precision going directly to the subconscious that contains the old programs and life scripts that have been in the way of your happiness, success, and contentment with life. Now, through trilateral mind connection, we work together to reprogram the mind and connect to the brain and body to eliminate all hurtful and unnecessary beliefs that we acquired since childhood and replace them with new, helpful, and powerful thoughts, perspectives, and desires. We change the negative into positives and enhance and strengthen the positives that are already existing. Now, keep listening if you want to experience a light hypnosis session using the trilateral mind connection or if you're driving, stop listening, turn this off. You can come back later and you can listen several times. Okay, if you're ready, find a quiet, comfortable place where you will not be disturbed for about 10 to 15 minutes and sit in a relaxed, comfortable position. Take a nice, deep, cleansing breath and think the word relax as you inhale and think the word release as you exhale. Now, take a second deep breath and release. Now, take an even deeper breath and as you exhale, let go of all tension, cares, and woes. Just let go completely and relax. The sound of my voice and the music in the background helps you relax even more. Now, find a point to focus on within your line of vision and just keep focusing on that point. Good. Keep focusing. Do not close your eyes. Just keep focusing on that point. Do not close your eyes. Soon, you will begin to notice that your eyes will begin to feel very heavy, droopy, tired, and sleepy. This is a good thing. Soon, you will notice your breathing becoming more rhythmic. Then, you will begin to notice that your eyes will begin to feel heavy, droopy, tired, and sleepy. This is a good thing. Soon, you will begin to notice that your eyes will begin to feel heavy, droopy, tired, and sleepy. This is a good thing. Soon, you will begin to notice that your eyes will begin to feel heavy, droopy, tired, and sleepy. This is a good thing. Soon, you will begin to notice that your eyes will begin to feel heavy, droopy, tired, and sleepy. This is a good thing. Now, continue focusing and breathing naturally as I count down slowly from 5 to 0, and with each count, you will feel more and more relaxed, and your eyes will feel heavier and heavier. 5, eyelids are growing heavier. 4, those heavy, droopy, drowsy eyes want to close. 3, those little muscles around the eyes just don't want to work anymore. 2, every breath is carrying you deeper and deeper as those heavy eyes close. 1, close them, close them, close them, and 0 is deep sleep, deep sleep. Every time I say the words deep sleep, your physical body will relax deeply and quickly, and your mind will become calm and open to positive suggestions. Now, just continue to drift into hypnosis with every breath, carrying you deeper and deeper into blissful slumber, every thought causing you to relax more and more. Now, I want you to concentrate on your scalp, really concentrate on your scalp at the very top of your head, your crown. Feel the warmth of the circulation. Feel the tingling of that circulation on your scalp. Good. Now, feel the warmth of that circulation that starts at your crown moving down, vibrating down your body to the tips of your fingers and all the way down to your toes, completely relaxed and letting go of all tension. Let it all go. Just relax and let your muscles go loose and heavy. Relax those muscles, letting go of all tension from the day, from the week. Just let go. Notice that your breathing has become slow and rhythmic, and notice that with every inhale you are more and more relaxed, relaxing deeper and deeper, all the time becoming calmer and serene. As you continue to relax, waves of relaxation have taken over your body. I'm going to count you down again from five to zero, and now you will go ten times deeper, counting down five, four, three, two, one, and zero. Deep sleep. Every time I say the words deep sleep, your physical body will relax deeply and quickly, and the mind will become calm and open to positive suggestions. This deep, relaxed state of hypnosis, I want you to visualize, picture, or imagine a mental screen right in front of you. It could be a TV screen, a computer screen, or a cinema movie screen. You can make it as large as you want. Now place a picture of yourself on the screen, an image of yourself on the screen. See that image, and as you focus on the image, get a real sense of what you want to work on. Maybe you want to change the current state of your health, or you want more happiness, or you want to handle a large project. Maybe you're anxious about a test you have to take. Just focus on the image and think about what you want to work on. Get a good sense of it, a real good sense of it. See yourself in that state. What are the emotions you're feeling? Is it anger, frustration, disappointment? Feel the emotions. Really get into this. It's okay. You're only doing this to create a new state of being. You could even get angry at the image on the screen. You can have a dialogue with the image on the screen. I'm going to remain quiet for just a minute or so as you say what you want to say to yourself to the person on the screen. Good. Now I want you to picture or imagine your brain. It weighs about three pounds and is about 60% fat. The remaining 40% is a combination of water, protein, carbohydrates, and salt. The brain itself is not a muscle. It contains blood vessels and nerves, including neurons and cells. There is a gray and a white matter. The gray is the outside portion. The white matter is the inner section. The gray matter processes and interprets information while the white matter transmits that information to other parts of the nervous system. Picture or imagine neurotransmitters, you know, those powerful brain chemicals. Look inside the brain. The neurotransmitters are stored in small bubble-like compartments. Locate those transmitters in the brain. Locate them. They're there, right inside the brain. The dopamine is there if you're looking for concentration or memory. Serotonin is there if you're looking for good sleep. And there's the endorphins interacting with the opiate receptors if you're looking for reducing pain or increasing your happy state. This is a good chemical addiction. Yes. Now, have your brain fire up those neurotransmitters, those powerful brain chemicals. You can do this. You are in control here. Look at the image of yourself on the screen. See your body becoming healthier and healthier and more vibrant. Your skin feels and looks young and healthy, and you feel great. Notice that you have a smile on your face that radiates with joy and happiness. Good. Now, repeat the following affirmations to yourself. I have the power to create my life how I want it to be. I am the captain of my ship. I choose to be happy. You can add more if you'd like. Soon, you will be coming out of hypnosis and back to consciousness. And you will remember this as a very good experience. And as you come out of hypnosis, you will feel better and better about yourself and your life. You will be filled with vibrant energy, good health, and happiness. Follow your instincts and trust your intuition to bring you signs of happiness, health, and total wellness. I'm going to reverse the count from one to five. One, feeling the energy flow through your body. Two, feeling alive and wonderful. Three, feeling better than ever. Four, alive and free. And five, feeling energized, eyes open, wide awake. One, two, three, four, five, eyes are open and wide awake. Take a nice deep breath and stretch your body. Good. I hope you were able to do this session. Now, you can listen to this over and over. It can help you relax at minimum. Time to take out your journal now and write about this experience. You have used the power of hypnosis with a trilateral mind connection. Through hypnosis, you can mentally fire up those good brain chemicals, neurotransmitters, where happiness is a choice, not an accident. Use a trilateral mind connection and free up your life. You have the power to choose the life you want. It's all up to you. Don't miss any opportunity for a breakthrough. Reap the many benefits and rewards that the trilateral mind connection delivers. Always have a clear focus, thought, thinking, feeling, behaviors, and attitudes. Have them be clear and positive. The mind will connect the brain and the body. All you have to do is choose the right thoughts. All you have to do is choose the right thoughts. I can't say that enough. Those thoughts that you need to create what really matters to you.
