You will win in your finances. You will win in your marriage. You will win in your academics. You will win in your health. You will win in your business. You will conquer in the name of Jesus. Pick up your Bible so that you can fly freely into the things that God has for us this morning. I want to tell you, you know, this morning, whether you can or you can't, because God is bringing a new dimension to your life that will propel you to the realm of victory. In John chapter 2, verse 24, it says, Rise ye up. Are you there with me? Okay. So what's the instruction again? It says, Rise ye up. Take your tongue and pass over the river Ammon. Behold, I have given into thy hand Sion the Amorite, king of Israel and his land. Begin to possess it and contend with him in battle. There are two things I want you to see this morning that will help you to win in every battle. Number one, God says, Rise ye up. As a believer, just like the children of Israel in the Old Testament, God told them there was a land He prepared for them. The land that flows with liquor honey. A land that is full of abundance. A land where they will not lack anything. And when He had told them about the land, He sent a man to take them to the land. Amen. And He told them, I have given you this land. This land belongs to you. Even though there are occupants in the land, but I have given the land to you. So as a believer, there are things that God has given to us. There are things that Christ has accomplished for us as believers. This is our inheritance. And God has already given them to us. So if you look at this scripture, it says, I have given into your hands the King of Amorites and His land. I have given. Somebody say, I have given. So God says, I have given you. When it comes to health, God has given you health. When it comes to prosperity, God has given you prosperity. When it comes to blessing, God has given you blessing. When it comes to salvation, God has given you salvation. When it comes to anything whatsoever you need in life, God has made provision for you. But you know what else it says? It went further to say, it says, and begin to possess it. Begin to do what? Begin to possess. I thought that if God has given me something, that is to be delivered to me without me fighting. I thought if God has already given me something, I ought to receive it. But nothing yet. What I give to you is spiritual. But if you want to enjoy it in the natural realm, you need to possess it. And how do you possess it? You must engage in the battle. He says, begin to possess it and contend with Him in battle. Contend with Him in battle. This is the principle that I want you to observe. Because this applies to everything you must enjoy in this life. For every aspect of your life, spiritually speaking, God has made provision. In 1 Corinthians chapter 1 verse 3, it says that God has blessed us with all spiritual blessings. Where is this? In heavenly places. Now you can see now that the blessing that God has given to us is where? In heavenly places. But how can we bring down what God has made provision for? In the earthly realm. We must contend with them in battle. Somebody say contend. Oh glory be to God. We need to contend with them in battle. How do we fight this battle? Let me quickly make some introduction before we go into the depth of what we are going to talk about this morning. The topic I am looking at this morning is a caption, enforcing our victory in Christ. And somebody say enforcing. The reason why I use the word enforcing is because this thing belongs to you but you need to take possession of what belongs to you. God has given it to you but you need to do what? Take possession. And for you to take possession there must be an enforcement. Amen. Do you know that Nigeria, there is a constitution that guides Nigeria right? There is a law that governs literally everything we do. There is a law that governs crime in this country. When somebody steals somebody's thing and I get it from someone, it is a breach of somebody's right right? There is a law in place to restore and to maintain peace and harmony in the land. Now do you know that that law that is in existence cannot be set if there is no law enforcing agency. Amen. So a poor man will steal somebody and because there is no law enforcing agency enforcing the law, it will not prosper. Somebody will just come and take what belongs to another and nothing will happen to the person. Why? Is it because there is no law in the land? No. There is law in the land but the problem is that the law enforcing agency are not enforcing the law. So also in the wrath of the spirit, God has given certain things to us. He has put things in place to help us enjoy life, not to enjoy you. Amen. But why we are not enjoying some of this is because we have refused to enforce these blessings in our lives. We have the responsibility. God will say I have the responsibility. Amen. Now look at this picture I just showed you. The principle revealed in this picture is the nature key to our earthly victory. This revelation shows that victory has been accomplished and established in the realm of the spirit. But God is counting on his people to take possession and enforce their victory. Do you know that every one of us here are rich in Christ? But why are some of us not enjoying those riches? It's because we have not understood the principles that will enable us to take possession of our riches. When you understand these things and engage them, that's when you begin to enjoy riches. You are the only one that God loves on this earth. There are people like that. There are people that enjoy riches and think they are the only one that has access to God. Amen. Why? Because they have discovered the key to enjoy the victory that they have in Christ. Remember that the blessings that God has given to us is in the realm of the spirit, right? But we need to bring them down here on the earth. Jesus said, pray this way, that we be done here on the earth as it is where? In heaven. So that means God wants us to take possession of the blessings that we have in the realm of the spirit and bring them down here. That's what the priest said in John chapter 3 verse 27. He said, a man shall receive nothing except it be given to him from heaven. A man can receive nothing. A man, a woman can receive nothing on this earth except it be given to her from heaven. The question is, has God given these things to us already? Yes. God has given them to us. But you see why? We need to begin to learn the principle and that's the principle that wants us to learn this morning to help us. This is our moment of victory and I want you to win in every battle. I want you to engage in any battle and win. So when you come to the area of prosperity, you will gain victory. Hallelujah. When you come to the area of marriage, you gain victory. When you come to the area of your career and victory, you gain victory. In your marriage, you gain victory. Glory be to God. Because victory belongs to you. Oh, Rosh Hashanah. And the victory belongs to you. It's not right to say victory belongs to me. Victory belongs to me. That world also belongs to us. What belongs to Jesus belongs to you as well. Because what He won on the cross, He has given it to us. Glory be to God. So we have victory in Christ. Somebody say, I have victory. I have victory. Say it again, I have victory. I have victory. So this issue of standing here in the desolation of Passover 24. If they rise it up. Rise it up. This is not a time to sit down and look around. This is not a time to sit down and be waiting for manna to flow from heaven. Do you know that manna flows from heaven? Let me tell you what happened. When God brought them out of Egypt, I was taking them on a journey into the promised land. God made provision for manna on a daily basis. But when they finally got into the promised land, manna flew. You know why? Because they have got into the promised land. The land that God has given to them. You know what they also do? God has sent them to begin to take possession of what He has already made provision for. Why He was giving them manna was because they are still on the journey to the promised land. It is that now you are in the promised land. If you are born again, you are in that promised land. Christ is our promised land. That is what the scripture says. If any man be in that promised land. If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature. He is not the old person he used to be. He is not a new person. Somebody say amen. Now you are in that land. The land that God promised us. The land of victory. The land of prosperity. If you are in Christ, you are in the promised land. Now you also begin to possess what God has given to you. When God said I have given, indeed He has given you. Amen. God cannot lie. Because when He said I have given, He has given. So rise it up. Amen. Rise it up. What does it mean to rise up? Say no to that issue that you are facing. Say no to stagnation. Rise up and control the situation. The reason why that kind of thing has been desiring too long is because you have not risen. You have not rise up to control it. Rise it up and control the situation. Why are you not yet married? They say because the right person has not come. Have you rise up? Have you done something about your marriage? Why are you not working yet? They say economy of Nigeria is too hard. It is a lie. You have not risen up. The day you rise up, that is the day God will rise for you. When you rise up, that is when God will rise for you. Do you know that Elijah made a prophecy in 2 Kings chapter 7 or so. And he declared, he said by this time tomorrow, a bag of rice that was sold. I am using the Greek alphabet now. A bag of rice that was sold at 90,000 shall be sold at 5,000. And people say, how? How come? Can it ever be? As I was doubting, the Bible told us that there were 4 lepers. 4 lepers that were driven to a very remote place. Abandoned in that remote place. So they were there. And I do not know whether they heard the prophecy. But they began to advise themselves. They said, why do we sit down here and die? If they let us go to the camp of our enemies. If they kill us, that is no problem. But if we sit here, we will surely die. So, since our love is to die, if we sit here and do nothing, we will die. If we rise to go to the camp of the enemy, they kill us, we also die. But if they stay up, then that is for us. You know what they did? They arose. Somebody said they arose. Your situation will not change until you rise. Nothing will happen until you rise. God will not fight for you until you rise on your feet. And confront the situation that has been making you look like this. There is no God in your life. They have mocked you so much. People have laughed at you. They have mocked you. They have maligned you. They have rejected you. They have gossiped you. The reason why they are gossiping you is because you have mocked them. The day you rise, that is the day they insult you. The answer to insult is to get result. When you have result, insult will happen. Rise on your feet and confront your situation. If you have no money in your pocket, it is because you have no reason. Rise and take the step of going to do something. When the four lepers arose and they began to go to the camp of the enemy, do you know what happened? God used them to defeat the sovereignty of the man of God. As they were going, the Bible told us that as they are going, because they have impregnated their feet and their heads, as they were going, the Bible said, Go and play by the noise of their foot. How can a man that is limping make noise of his foot? His foot that is running. They were walking. And they were limping because their legs had been deformed. As they were going, Go and play by the noise of their foot, like the noise of the foot of a chariot running into a battle. So the enemy heard a sound like a chariot, millions of chariots rushing into a battle. And the enemy arose in their number. But they are alive. The enemy are against us. And everybody starts to come back for their life. And as they ran away, they abandoned all the food that they have, all the material things that they have, and they left us to walk into the trough, into abundant supply of food. Why did they enjoy food? Because they arose. They arose. The day you rise, that's the day your God will rise. Are you listening to me? As they arose, God arose on their behalf. They were on the place that was dying, but here God made provision. When you are ready to sell your health, if I sell it, I sell it. In me, you will not sell it. Many people have said, if I sell it, I will never sell it in the Bible. So they walked into the trough, and saw abundance of food. And they sought money. They sought jewelry. They sought gold. And they were searching. People that were poor, yesterday, they reached for the night. How? Because God was able to help them. Hear me? The reason why you are poor now, is because you have no religion. The day you arose, and say to yourself, No! And begin to take calculated steps. Tell yourself, maybe at night, you will not trust the end. And begin to enforce your victory. Enforce your victory. Enforce your victory. Enforce your victory. That sickness, I can never defeat again. Tell your body, you cannot have that sickness anymore. Tell yourself, I cannot be poor. Hallelujah! And then stop it. Go out there. Look for a job. Go out there. Start up a business. Go out there. You can enroll in the court. Learn something. Do something. And you will see the difference with people of God. Glory be to God. Listen to them. Walk into the trough. Find all the jewelry. And they held their heads. Drank wine they have not drank for years. And they said, we cannot keep this to ourselves. Let us go back to our country. And there our people were seen. And nephews that were ostracized were the ones that walked into them. They said, come, there is provision somewhere. Hallelujah! And indeed, the prophecy of the man of God came to pass. The man that said, God opened windows to heaven. He said, I am a man of Christ. I am a man of Christ. And like you have said, you shall see what shall not be seen. Truly, he was a minister of finance. When he was there, he saw gold. He saw many things. He said to God, I want to control this gold. Alright, everybody stand here. You stand here. They said, put it in front of them. They are just grabbing. Of one thing. And they died. Because they never believed. Hear me. You are a child of God. God has given us people. Amen? Amen. Hear me. The reason why many of us look and think we are better, look and think things are not happening, is because we have no reason. The day you rise, Ah! I said to him, I am a good man. He said, rise you up and take your journey. Come on, let me tell you. Johnny Bepi, choose a course. Johnny Bepi, that is his name. Johnny Bepi, talk about that marriage. Do something about it. And what is the course? Learn something. His name should not be there. It is a black hole where you can learn a lot of things. You have an android phone that has Dexter in it. Instead of watching all those Nigeria movies, those Hollywood movies, you can use it to train yourself. Train yourself. Now, education is not in the university or higher education. Education is your farm. You can, I mean, higher social work, higher institute of learning is your farm. Your course is a lost university for you. Yes. This is the reason why. Take your journey. What is your journey in life? What have you chosen in life? What is your journey? What is your journey? Your journey is to tackle your business. Your journey could be to start up something. Do it. God is saying, take the first step. Take the first step. Make a room. Make a choir. Meet people. Talk about peace. Because when you take the step, doors will open. And the door will open. Doors will open. Glory be to God. Doors will open for you. There are things that one has to see here. It is very critical. You know. I was thinking about this. I will get there in a moment. Let's learn about the principle. Number one principle here. Number one principle we learn from this passage. Number one, for those who are writing. Number one principle says, what God has given, what God has given, you must possess it. Amen. What God has given, you must make effort to do what? To possess it. Please, this is a principle. Because I find that most times, believers, you know, you know why some believers, some believers, believe so. You know why some of us believe so. I don't know if you heard that before. Yes. Have you heard that some believers think that believers are disbelievers? Yes. Do you know why they think so? We pray over everything. Because we have a mindset that prayer does everything. We have a mindset that God is the one that should do it. We have a mindset that because God owns us, and He is the owner of everything, He should give us whatever it is that we want. Amen. We have a mentality that God is a beneficiary. That He gives to people. I like your faith and give it. Talk to some of us like that. And if you are a child of God, you want to thank our God of grace. Amen. There is a way of God of grace. For example, do you know that when Jesus was going to the water, going to the boat, and the disciples told him, Peter said, if you are the one, ask me to come. And Jesus said, come. Alright. And Peter was walking on the water to meet Jesus. And suddenly fear crept in because of the storm. Alright. And he began to sin. When he began to sin, did Jesus do anything for him? Did he do anything for him? He was with people, wasn't he? When Jesus had said, was when Peter said, was when Peter said, go up to heaven. That was when he had to return. See, if we need to understand how God of grace works, then the kind of false mindset we have about God. Do you know that many believers believe that this God knows our needs? He should know his needs. He should know his needs. But if you say, Jesus has taught us, if you say that, and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, no, I may not, I may not. Because Peter has received. Is it because your father knows that you are in need of Jesus, so you are happy? Is it because your father has God of grace? God is not a palatine man and look at your face, it is. No. Because in Peter, the whole thing is a freedom of action. You have the freedom of your own. If you decide to choose God, or decide to choose the devil, the reason why people are still going to Baba, what's the name, going to places, to ask for money, money originally, Yahweh of course, and all those things, alright? Because God gave man free will to choose. You can choose God, you can choose any other thing. Amen? So God wants us to engage in. And the reason why most of us are not enjoying God is because we think, when we come to church, we are fanatical. And that's all we need to do. Come to church, I have done my own part, so God, do your own part. That's not always how it works. You must engage God. You must engage God. You must come to God. There may not be fellowship with God. Have you this relationship with God? Let's go and make a voice on the daily basis. Let it know your need. Hallelujah. Shall we? Lord, look at my age. I am fast approaching age. And I desire to get married. Amen. Lord, utter my prayer. You pray, you engage God, and you begin to take necessary steps if He takes you to keep your body. Because there are things you need to do to be able to keep your body. Amen. If He takes you to keep your body, then keep your body. Amen. Stop throwing your body open for every woman being to see. You see, this is how we can attract them. Hey, the only people you can attract are foul. Yeah. Are ill-bred. Hey, are wrong. That's the only thing you see. Because they are spiritual, they know that this one is cheap food. Amen. So, if you need to do anything, engage God. Engage God. Practically, intentionally, and deliberately. Let God know that you want Him. I used to say that some people hate God. Some people hate God. But God doesn't want this. God wants marriage. Amen. God doesn't like taking. He doesn't say, He hates God. He just, God, I need you for this reason. I need you. So, if you want to use God, no, you can't use your credit card. God does not need this. God doesn't need marriage. He needs relationship. And that relationship must be cultivated. You cultivate God. Amen. The verse says, acquaint now yourself with Him, and be happy, and thereby, truth shall come unto you. Job chapter 22, verse 21. Acquaint now thyself. What does it mean, acquainting yourself with God? So, acquainting yourself with God means to build relationship with God. Acquaint now thyself with Him, and be at peace. So, your relationship with God will bring about peace in your life. And when peace comes into your life, then, good things will begin to happen to you. Congratulations. Now, look at this picture. Now, how does it work? It says, blessed is the man or woman who walketh not in the counsel of the body, nor stand in the way of the sinner, nor sit in the seat of the throne, but is delighted in the world of the Lord. And in the world of the Lord, the three things, day and night. What do you call that? Relationship. You can meditate day and night. It says, that man or woman shall be like a tree, planted as a river for water, that produces fruit in its season. His leaves shall multiply, and whatever he sows, shall grow. Do you see that? So, there are certain things you do that makes you enjoy victory in every battle. You put yourself in a position of victory all the time. Whatever he does, prosper. So, if he enter into a race, he will prosper. Enter into a ministry, prosper. Business, prosper. Academic, prosper. Everything, whatever he does, whatever. When I see people struggle, people suffer from a kind of thing, you know, I don't, I don't weep for them because they don't know the key. The key is to connect back to God. Connect back to God. I don't know, I think he does, I'll teach you. That when God created everything, He created them, alright, from a source, and kept them in that source for them to survive, right? When God wanted to create fish, He made the fish flesh, separated the sea from the land, and then He spoke to the fish, let the fishes begin to fly, everything that was in the sea, and then, they came up, fishes came up, whales, and sharks, and all these things, they came up, and they must remain in that habitat to survive. So when He wanted to create the grass and the fish, He spoke to the land, He said, let the grass and the fish go on the ground, alright, and the fish must remain in that ground to be able to survive, right? When He wanted to create the stars, the moons, and all that, He said, let Satan, you know, produce what? The sun, the moon, and the stars, and the stars, the moon, must remain there for them to survive, alright? But when He wanted to create human beings, He said, let us create man, so man came out of God, and man must remain in God to survive, alright? Are you listening now? So pull a grass out of the sky, what do you think will happen to the earth? It will be there, and why? Because you have disconnected the grass from the God, from where the nutrients are, where you can get power, salt, everything. If you take a fish out of the water, and give it, what will happen to the next few hours? It will die, it will suffocate, why? The life of a fish is destroyed. When the stars coalesce or come again, and decide to give up, it will sizzle up. The day you leave God, is that, the day you disconnect from God, you are a dead human being, I mean dead. That's why people struggle, that's why people suffer, that's why people are thirsty, that's why people are impenitent, that's why people are not fulfilling their purpose in life, they are beggars. Of course, you are not married, of course, you are still in your father's house, of course, why? Because, you are not in God, you are not connected with God, because things are connected, it says, in your sins, you shall be brought to being true. You shall be brought to being true. So, I still have sins, so often, one day. So, your sins are going to overflow the platform, that's how it's going to be. You have to get rid of your sins, later days, you go to the platform, your sins are going to be, they go to the next level, still nothing established, because, you will get established, married, get to dance, sins of giving birth to children, you give birth to children, no trouble, when sins are, deep in your heart, and all the sins you need to achieve in life, if you are in God, you will not miss your sins. Say Amen to that. If you are in God, you will never miss your sins. I pray for you here, that none of you will miss your sins in life. I say none of you will miss your sins in life. When your sins to get married come, then you enter your Jesus name. When your sins to fill your heart will come, you will have all the resources available for you. In the name of Jesus Christ, whatever you are due for, I pray that God, will reach up to you in Jesus name. Somebody say Amen. Rise here, and take your journey. Ask your neighbor, what is your journey? What is your journey? Tell everybody what is your journey. Hallelujah. I remember when I was a child, and I was born in the 14th hour, Jesus came, and raised me up. And when he took off of that grave, with great clothes, bound around his head, down to his feet, he was 13 years. You know what Jesus said? Lose him, and let him go. Let him go where? Continue in his life journey. Let him do what? Continue. I pray for you here. Everything that has bound you up, and refused to let you go, refused to let you continue your life journey, I decree in the name of Jesus Christ, be delivered. Be delivered. Be loosed. Be loosed. Be loosed. Be loosed. In the name of Jesus. Some people, in their life journey, you want to go to school, tell your parents, tell your spouse, your parents that, and, and that's how they talk to you, cough up, soon you cannot go. Now, who gave you an answer? I pray that God will raise a sponsor for you, in the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus. Sometimes, bad things happen to good people. Yes. But it shouldn't be more than God. I know, let me wrap up with this. Perhaps there are many more Sunday's to preach. There was a man in the Bible, called Zachariah. The father of John the Baptist. Oh, don't your Bible so look just around you? I love that story. You know why I'm telling this story? Because good things are good to bad things. Amen. Luke chapter 1, we start from verse 5. Please hear this story, that I want to share. This story is heart-breaking, heart-touching, quite comforting, praise God. Hear this, verse 5, are you there? He said there was in the days of Herod, the king of Judea, a Baptist priest, named who? Zachariah. Of the cause of Abia. Do you know that Abia is in the Bible? Abia is in the Bible. I saw it. And then what? This Abia has been in the Bible for years. Do you know that Tema is also in the Bible? Gamma, Tema. Yes, there are some names I've seen in the Bible. Wow. Anyway, let's read on. So Zachariah is from the cause of Abia. And his wife was of the daughter of Aaron, and her name was what? Elizabeth. And they were both righteous. What did he describe them as to be? They were both what? Righteous. Before God. Working in all the commandments and the ordinance of God's blessing. They were righteous. And they kept the commandment of God. And no way were they coming short of God's commandments. If you talk about coming to church, they were regular. When they talk about prayer, they pray all the time. In all that God required from them, they were righteous. And they were faithful. Amen. But look at the next statement. Verse 7. And they have no doubt. Doesn't describe somebody here. You love God. You give yourself. You do everything right. Yet, there is something missing in your life. I have a word for somebody here. Hold on on God. Hold on on God. God is not the latecomer. I say God is not the latecomer. So the Bible told us, they have no doubt. Because that the living existence was varied. And they were both now very well speaking in years. And it came to pass, that while he executed a priest's office, that's what I'm talking about, before God, in the order of his courts, according to the custom of the priest's office, his Lord was to go to Egypt when he went into the temple of the Lord. And the whole multitude of the people were praying without a detachment of Egypt. And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of the altar of Egypt. And when Zechariah saw him, he was troubled and fell upon his face. And the angel of the Lord said unto him, For thy prayer is heard. And thy wife Elizabeth shall be but shall bear thee a son. And that shall call his name Zion. The woman that was covering had not called him Zion. Can we look to someone that God will visit you this evening? Can we look to someone that God will visit you this evening? Whatever you think is missing in your life, pay attention. What was the key that these people have? What is the key that will help you from here? Here they were faithful. They were doing their part. And something was missing in their life. You know what? They didn't run away from church. They didn't get angry with God. They were still faithful. And God sent an angel. Where did he meet Zachariah? Is he at home or in jail? Or where did he meet him? Two people. Angry with God. And said, No! God! I am standing for a year. Why haven't you seen me in your home now? Why haven't you seen me? I am angry for five years. And there was no response. They didn't complain. Zachariah was met. Angel met him at the point of duty. He was standing. He was standing. You are going through. Don't run away from church. Don't get angry with God. Stay with Him. It will be a test. It will be a test. The man was at his post. His duty post. Happy. Many of us come to church. We are happy. We are happy. We are not happy. We are not happy. We are thinking this. We are not solving people's problem. And you have a gift in you. There is something that God has put inside of you. That will be of benefit to others. Why are you sitting on that gift? And you are sitting on that gift. And you are accusing God for not blessing you. Because I don't want to put myself in trouble. The day you release yourself to God. That is when God will release Himself to you. Amen. So, what am I saying to somebody here? There is no problem that God cannot solve. The truth is that God has given you the truth. If anything does not happen in your life right now. There are things you need to do. Rise up. Number one. Two. Take your journey. Number three. Do what? Begin to possess. Begin to possess. Amen. Begin to possess it. Engage God. Build relationship with God. And you will never fail in life. I tell you, you will never fail in life. I am going to close here. I am going to close here. If there is anyone here in our midst. You have not built a relationship with God. You have not made up your mind. You know there are some people. Every now and then, I will change. I will do it. I will do. No. You have not made up your mind. Look at it. I want you to make up your mind. That is God. I will serve you this year. I will do everything that is in my power to please you this year. If somebody here and you want to make that decision. And some other group of people. You have not made Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. You have not really decided to follow Him. Please. I want everyone to rise on his or her feet. Everybody rise. If there is a group of people out there. Put your right hand on your chest. I want to lead you to Jesus. This moment. I want to reconnect you to your Maker. I want you to know Him. Hallelujah. Put your right hand on your chest. Whatever it is. Because if you are looking for victory in life.
