It is in this gathering and in the purpose and the reason for New Moon and for the moon being there. And the sun and the stars. So we'll read Genesis chapter 1, verses 14 and 15. Then Elohim said, Let lights in the expanse of the sky be separating the day from the night. They will be for signs and for seasons and for days and years. They will be for lights in the expanse of the sky to shine upon the land. And it happened so. So the word for signs means literally or figuratively a flag, a beacon, a sign, a miracle. So the Hebrew word for sign means all of those things in the literal sense or in the figurative sense. So it speaks about, it's directing us to something or it is pointing us in a direction that Elohim wants us to go or to be aware of. So here we find that the lights he created in the sky are a sign, a flag, a beacon, a message. That is pointing a direction in life, giving an understanding of something that he wants us to know. And it's for seasons. And of course the word season we know is moed, which means that it is a fixed appointment as in a time or a season. So these lights that Jehovah put in the heavens are moeds. They are telling us that there is a fixed time, a fixed season demonstrated by the sun and the moon and the stars. And so he's using these heavenly lights to not only establish days and months and years and seasons agriculturally, but to do exactly the same in the spiritual. He wants to tell us that these are in the sky for spiritual purpose and spiritual reasons and that there may be a spiritual timing and season and understanding for us in the spiritual world as it is relevant in the agricultural world, the day and night world and the seasons world. And so he has established that which are unchangeable times of gathering with him that will produce the same spiritual outcomes in our lives for his kingdom here on the earth eternally. So the sun and the moon and the stars are there and they're there for ever and ever to define day and night, to define seasons, sowing and reaping and harvesting periods. And they're there for exactly the same reason in the spiritual. To tell us that Jehovah has appointments, unchangeable times and seasons for our lives in serving him and in developing and understanding our relationship with him. In Psalms chapter 8 we read to the music director upon the Gittite lyre, the psalm of David. Jehovah our Adonai, how excellent is your name over all the earth. You set your splendour above the heavens, you set your splendour above the heavens. Out of the mouths of babes and toddlers you established power because of your enemies to silence the foe and the avenger. When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars which you established, what is man that you are mindful of him and the son of man that you care for him? Yet you made him a little lower than the angels, you crowned him with majesty, honour, splendour. You gave him dominion over the works of your hands. You put all things under their feet, all sheep and oxen and also beasts of the field, birds in the air, fish in the ocean, all passing through the paths of the seas. Jehovah our Adonai, how excellent is your name over all the earth. Great psalm, isn't it? He starts off telling us, or David the psalmist starts off telling us that his name is over all the earth and you set your splendour above the heavens. So he's telling us about two different spaces in the universe. One is where Jehovah's throne is and the other is where we are here on planet earth. In between that there is the sun, the moon and the stars, our environment. And so he says here, when I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you establish, what is man? What is man that you are mindful of him and the son of man that you care for him? So he's here making a comparison between what is in the heavens and his care for man. He's kind of pitching one against the other, or not against the other, but he is comparing one with the other. The magnitude and the majesty and the greatness of who Jehovah is with us mankind. And so the greatness of the heavens, the moon and the stars, is a reminder that that's how much Jehovah is interested in and invested in us. Wow, look at the universe, look at the creation, look at the power of the lights he put in the skies for our sake. And he's saying, David is saying, when I consider the greatness of what you have created in the heavens for the earth's sake, he says, how amazingly wonderful is your care for us and your interest in us. So the heavens remind us that Father is awaiting our regular times and seasons of meeting with him, just as the heavenly ones appointed by him for creation's dawn did. They have never changed and still carry the same message and blessings as at creation and as was established in Abraham and Moses. So he is saying way back in David's time, way back in creation's time, Jehovah is saying, I am yearning, I am longing, I am desiring my appointed times with you. Even as in the days of Adam and Eve that I had appointed times. And here he is saying in David, a couple of thousand years later, more than a couple of thousand years later, I am longing for, I care for man. David says, what you have created in the skies, what I read in the Torah of Genesis 1, he is saying, you are the same God, you are looking for the appointed times that you have set in place for us. They are as important to him as the seasons are for us. We look for summer and autumn, winter and spring and we look for the sowing and the planting, the reaping times. We look for good harvests, we look for good rains, we look for good weather, we look for all the seasons to do their thing at the right time in the right way. And Jehovah is saying, they tell you something about the appointments I have with my creation. I want my appointed times of fellowship and relationship and we look at the moon and we look at the sun and we look at the stars and we say, Father is looking for the appointed times with his people. And if we don't have them, then something goes wrong in the seasons. Something goes wrong in the sowing and the planting. Something is not right in our soul. Something is not right in our spirit. Something is not right in our relationships. Something is not right between our creator and the created. If the appointed times are out of whack or not followed or not discerned or not understood, then we don't appreciate and value the fact that, wow, how God cares for his people. What is man that you are mindful of him? So we have new moon and we say, Father you are saying how mindful you are of us. How desirous are you of us meeting with you on this appointed time and you want to come and meet with us. Because without that we are not watered. The sunshine of his presence is not upon us. The clouds hover over and things aren't right. It's the appointed times and the moon tells us, you have an appointment. You have a time of coming together with the almighty. So here we have, just as Adam and Eve met with Elohim every evening, so he wants to meet with us at our appointed times. The message of the sun, moon and stars, what are they? They are signposts. They are markers of the ancient paths of righteousness. They have never changed. The circuit of the sun and the moon and the earth has never changed from creation. And they still are signposts, they are still markers of the ancient paths of righteousness established by Jehovah in the days of Adam and Eve have never changed. Never changed. They are for Jehovah's appointed times and they direct us into the right way, the right places and times to celebrate and come together and enter into all the blessings and the kingdom promises built into them. Jehovah is mindful of man. Jehovah is caring for man. And he wants to bring the blessings of every season into our lives. Jeremiah chapter 30. You knew I was going to get there, didn't you? The signs and the markers and the highways and stuff. Jeremiah 30 verse 23 says, Look, a storm of Jehovah. Fury has burst out as a churning storm whirling about the head of the wicked. Jehovah's fierce anger will not turn back until he has done it, until he fulfills the purposes of his heart. In the last days you will understand it. At that time, declares Jehovah, I will be Elohim to all families of Israel and they will be my people. In the last days you will understand it. The world is coming under a tremendous judgment, as we've just read there. In the last days you will understand it. At that time, declares Jehovah, I will be Elohim to all families of Israel and they will be my people. The world and most of the church has written Israel off. Rejected their Torah and their Tanakh. Why? Because they rejected Yeshua as their Messiah. Therefore, the Torah instructions of Jehovah have been disregarded by the church for the doctrines of men and for the idolatrous practices and the traditions of their religion. Jehovah, God, has finished with Israel. And so have we. From the river to the sea, let's get rid of them. And there are many churches that agree with that message. So, but what is Jehovah's message to us? The sun and the moon and the stars don't lie. Let's go on to Jeremiah chapter 31. I'll just read through the chapter with our comment for the moment. Thus says Jehovah, the people surviving the sword found favour in the wilderness, where I gave Israel rest. Remember, that's the continuation of the last verse we read. From afar Jehovah appeared to me. Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love. Therefore, I have drawn you with loving kindness. Again, I will build you, so you will be rebuilt, virgin Israel. Again, you will take up your tambourines as ornaments and go out to dance of merrymakers. Again, you will plant vineyards on the hills of Samaria. Planters will plant and use them. For there will be a day when watchmen will call out in the hill country of Ephraim. Arise, let us go up to Zion, to Jehovah our Elohim. For thus says Jehovah, sing aloud with joy for Jacob. Shout with the chief of the nations. Proclaim, give praise and say, Jehovah, save your people, the remnant of Israel. Behold, I will bring them from the north country. I will gather them from the ends of the earth. Among them the blind and the lame, the pregnant together with she who is in labour with child. A great throng will return here. With weeping and supplications they will come. I will bring them, leading them to walk by streams of water on a straight path where they will not stumble. For I am Israel's father. Ephraim is my firstborn. Hear the word of Jehovah, O nations. Declare it in the distant islands. And say, he who scattered Israel will gather and watch over him as his shepherd does his flock. For Jehovah has ransomed Jacob. He redeemed him from the hand of one stronger than he. They will come and sing on Zion tight, radiant over the bounty of Jehovah. Over the grain, the wine, the oil and the young of the flock. Their life will be like a watered garden. They will never languish again. Then will the virgin rejoice in the dance, both young men and old men together. For I will turn their mourning into joy. I will comfort them and make them rejoice out of their sorrow. I will fill the soul of the Kohanim with fatness. My people will be satisfied with my goodness. It is a declaration of Jehovah. Thus says Jehovah, a voice is heard in Ramah. Lamentation and bitter weeping. Rachel weeping for her children. Refusing to be comforted for her children. Because they are no more. Thus says Jehovah, restrain your voice from weeping and your eyes from tears. For your work will be rewarded. It is a declaration of Jehovah. When they will return from the land of the enemy. So there is hope for your future. It is a declaration of Jehovah. When your children will return to their own territory. I indeed heard Ephraim grieving. You have disciplined me. I was disciplined like an untrained calf. Restore me and I will return. For you are Jehovah my Elohim. For after I returned I repented. And after that I was instructed. I struck my thigh. I was ashamed and also humiliated. For I bore the disgrace of my youth. Is Ephraim a precious son to me? Is he a delightful child? For as often as I spoke against him I still certainly remember him. Therefore my heart yearns for him. I will surely have compassion on him. It is a declaration of Jehovah. Erect road markers. Set up signposts. Set your heart toward the highway. The way by which you travelled. Return O virgin Israel. Return to your cities. How long will you waver O backsliding daughter? For Jehovah has created a new thing on the earth. A woman surrounds a man. Thus says Jehovah to Zevaiah, the Elohim of Israel. Yet again will they use this expression in the land of Judah and in its cities. When I will return them from exile. Jehovah bless you O dwelling of righteousness. O mountain of righteousness. I will return to you. Jehovah bless you O dwelling of righteousness. O mountain of holiness. Kedosh, separation. Judah and all its cities will dwell there together. The farmer and those who go about with flocks. For I will satisfy the weary soul. And every languishing soul will refresh. I will refresh. At this point I awoke and looked around. And my sleep was sweet to me. Behold days are coming. It is a declaration of Jehovah. When I will sow the house of Israel. And the house of Judah with the seed of man. And with the seed of beast. Now just as I have watched over them to uproot and to pull down. To overthrow, to destroy, to bring disaster. Then I will watch over them to build and to plant. Says Jehovah. In those days they will no longer say. The fathers have eaten sour grapes. And the children's teeth are blunted. Rather each will die for his own iniquity. If anyone eats the sour grapes his own teeth will be blunted. Behold days are coming. It is a declaration of Jehovah. When I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel. And with the house of Judah. Not like the covenant I made with their fathers. In the day I took them by the hand. To bring them out of the land of Egypt. For they broke my covenant. Though I was a husband to them. It is a declaration of Jehovah. But this is the covenant I will make. With the house of Israel after those days. It is a declaration of Jehovah. I will put my Torah within them. Yes I will write it on their heart. I will be their Elohim. And they will be my people. No longer will each teach his neighbor. Or each his brother. Saying know Jehovah. For they will all know me. From the least of them to the greatest. It is a declaration of Jehovah. For I will forgive their iniquity. Their sin I will remember no more. Thus says Jehovah. Who gives the sun as a light by day. And the fixed order of the moon and the stars. As a light by night. Who stirs up the sea. So its waves roar. Jehovah to Zabaiot is his name. And his name is Jehovah. And his name is Jehovah. And his name is Jehovah. And his name is Jehovah. Only if this fixed order departs from before me. It is a declaration of Jehovah. Then also might Israel's offspring cease from being a nation before me for all time. Thus says Jehovah. Only if heaven above can be measured. And the foundations of the earth searched out beneath. Then also I will cast off the offspring of Israel. For all they have done. It is a declaration of Jehovah. And his name is Jehovah. And his name is Jehovah. And his name is Jehovah. And his name is Jehovah. And his name is Jehovah. It is a declaration of Jehovah. Behold days are coming. It is a declaration of Jehovah. Then the city will be rebuilt for Jehovah. From the tower of Hananel to the corner gate. The measuring line will go out farther. Straight to the Garib hill. Then turn to Goa. Then the whole valley. The dead bodies and the ashes. And all the fields up to the Kidron Valley. To the corner of the horse gate. Toward the east. Will be Kedosh to Jehovah. It is a declaration of Jehovah. It will never be uprooted. Or thrown down again forever. It's a powerful passage of scripture isn't it? I heard a preacher preach from this passage just last weekend. Taking these very verses that he is making a new covenant with the house of Israel. That his Torah will be written into their hearts. And he declared that as to being Torah finished. It's done away with. Now it's written on our hearts. And he didn't explain what he meant by that. But everything he said was just absolute garbage and rubbish. And this is one of the biggest churches in the world. And he was explaining so emphatically and evangelistically and powerfully to his people. Which he does every week. Prince. Prince of Singapore. He is the worst on the planet as far as I'm concerned when it comes to saying grace is done away with the law. That's his theme pretty well every week. And when he quotes the scripture. Takes them totally out of context. And says. Uses the term. Saying no longer will each teach his neighbour or each his brother saying no Jehovah. For they will all know me. For I will forgive their iniquity. I will remember no more. And he places such emphasis on this as to say well. You don't have to do anything. You don't have to keep the law. Israel couldn't keep it. And now it's written on our hearts and our minds. And he says God says now I will do it. You won't have to tell anybody about me. Because I can do that for myself. And he goes on saying all will know me. All will know me. From the least to the greatest. For I will forgive their iniquity. I will remember no more. Jehovah is doing it for us. All of this kind of stuff. And just totally unbelievably. Knowledge. Knowledge of Jesus Christ. Knowledge of God. And who he is. And how that he is the one. That he will tell everybody. About who he is and what he is. And it was just such garbage. Unbelievable garbage. But anyway. That's not what we're talking about. So. Whenever the people of Israel. Sorry. Whatever the people of Israel need to hear. The Gentiles need to hear as well. For Israel is Jehovah's chosen vehicle of revelation. To everything he wants the world to know and live by. And he wants the world to know who he is. How to live. What righteousness is and isn't. And everything that he is saying about Israel in this passage. And he's highlighting there Ephraim. Which is Samaria. Which is the ten tribes that went to the north. And Judah in the south. And this is about how Samaria. Ephraim his first born. How the ten tribes have abandoned him. In their false gods. False temple. Their golden calf at the boundaries of their borders. Not wanting to come back. We're not coming back into Israel. To Judah etc etc. And it's all in there. And of course this is the false church of today. It is just a type and a shadow. Of those who have abandoned the truth. Of what Zion is. And the word of Jehovah. And so. Israel. As a nation. As it is written in Torah. They are. His messengers of the good news of the kingdom. Even if they lost their way in the process. So he gave Israel. His righteous judgments. His righteous terms. He wrote out the laws of his kingdom. He explained the very nature of who he was. In those things. And. Even though Israel abandoned those things. Even though they became idolatrous. Even though they did everything that the nations around them did. They were the carriers of the good news message. They were the ones to whom Jehovah entrusted the words of righteousness and truth and eternal life. And everything that Jehovah says to Israel. We need to hear. And understand. That the good things God gave them. And. The wickedness and evil that they entered into. And the judgments that came upon them. As Paul says. Is for our learning. Don't make the same mistakes. Their message is our message. And we need to listen to that message. The message hasn't changed. Hasn't changed. The message is as eternal as the sun and the moon and the stars in the sky. Verse 23. Erect road markers. Set up signposts. Set your heart toward the highway. The way by which you travel. Return oh virgin Israel. Return to your cities. Virgin Israel. Israel is the top ten tribes. Come back to Jerusalem. Come back to Judah. Come back to the temple. Come back to Benjamin. Where Jerusalem is. Return to your cities. And so. Erect road markers. Set up signposts. And you know my story about that. How Jehovah really impacted me with that. When he took me out of coast lands and told me to start this fellowship. And so I did. I put up the signposts on our front letter box. And wrote scriptures on it. And then. But here in this passage of scripture written on these signposts. Are Shabbat. Or Sabbath. Pesach, Shavuot, New Moon, Sukkot. These are the signposts. Pointing back to the place that Jehovah wants to meet with these people. These are his appointed times. These are his signs. The sun and the moon and the stars are signposts. They are his appointed times of gathering. And so here he is saying to the ten tribes lost up there and captured and taken away. And Judah is just about to enter into this experience. At the end of Jeremiah. And he is saying set up the signposts. Come back. Come back to the Sabbath. Come back to Zion. Pesach and Shavuot and Sukkot. Don't do your own thing your own way. Don't change my dates. Which they did. Don't worship idolatrous systems. Which they did. They are what is printed on the signposts. Come back to the unchangeable nature and truths of God's word. And so these feasts. Appointed days and times are signposts. Markers, directions. It's a road map to the righteousness and the paths of righteousness. The separation to the kingdom truth of Zion. The new Jerusalem. And so every time we celebrate this. Every time we proclaim this. Every time we say this is the time and appointed time to come together. We are erecting a signpost. We are putting up the flag. We are sending out the beacon. The paths of righteousness back into fellowship with the almighty himself. Follow the wide path instead of the narrow path. And you'll miss the kingdom entrance. Is the message of all of that. The gospel and man's doctrines are not the narrow path. Even if it is in the name of Jesus. That is a false signpost. Leading people down a false path that does not lead to the kingdom of God. Verse 30 and 33. 30 to 33 of our passage said. Behold days are coming. It's a declaration of Jehovah. When I will make a new covenant or renew my covenant with the house of Israel. With the house of Judah. Not like the covenant I made with their fathers. In the day I took them by the hand. To bring them out of the land of Egypt. For they broke my covenant. Though I was a husband to them. It's a declaration of Jehovah. But this is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel. After those days. It is a declaration of Jehovah. I will put my Torah within them. Yes I will write it on their heart. I will be their Elohim. They will be my people. No longer will each teach his neighbor. Or each his brother. Saying no Jehovah for they will all know me. From the least to the greatest. It's a declaration of Jehovah. For I will forgive their iniquity. Their sins will I remember no more. This is an end time covenant promise to Israel. If they missed it on the day of Shavuot. In Acts chapter 2. Then they won't miss it on the day of Yeshua's second coming. That's the promise of this passage of scripture. So he is saying in the last days. You'll understand it in the end times. And he says this is the covenant I'm making with the house of Israel. After those days. It's his declaration. He's going to write it in their hearts and their minds. The truth of who he is. The covenant. The new covenant. What is this covenant made new? Yeshua the Redeemer. The one they missed. The covenant. Yeshua said this is the covenant. The new covenant. The covenant renewed in my blood. And of course they never understood it. They never knew the truth of it. But Yeshua said as we celebrated a few weeks ago. A couple of weeks ago. Drink this cup. I will not drink it again until I drink it with you and you in my kingdom. Take this bread. Break it. I won't eat this again until I eat it again with you in my kingdom. And he's pointing to that day when his disciples. He's making this covenant promise to them in his own blood. I'm coming back. There is a day ahead. When my covenant. My kingdom. Will be fully placed upon this earth. And of course they never understood it. And so 40 days later. They say to him. Acts chapter 1. When will the kingdom be restored to Israel? And he's already told them back. At the Passover celebration. He said when I come back. I will drink it with you. Then that's when the kingdom will be restored. That's when the new covenant in my blood. Will come upon the nation of Israel as a whole. And my covenant will be written into their hearts. Torah will be written into their minds. And no one will have to tell them. Nobody will have to say. This is the way walk in it. This is Jehovah. They will know it. That day is coming as we read in the beginning. When great tribulation and anguish is going to take over the earth. And that day they will cry out. And no one will have to tell them. Who Yeshua the Messiah is. So days are coming. Says the prophet. When Israel will be restored. When they will be grafted back. Into their own olive tree. As the chosen of Jehovah. And as a kingdom of priests. In the millennial reign. Over all the earth. Jehovah is saying. You shall be reinstated. As my people. Reigning and ruling over all the earth. You shall be the head and not the tail. All of this is prophetically proclaimed and declared. And he is saying here. That's exactly what's going to happen. And no one can stop it from happening. And of course. Jew and Gentile will be one. In that time. In history. We will be one body together. Under Yeshua the Messiah. There will be one message. One faith. One system of worship. All singing from the same song sheet. Of Torah. In new covenant truth and practice. There will be no difference between Jew and Gentile. The Darwids. And the HTTNs of this world. Will be one of heart and mind. Have one theology. One understanding. One Redeemer. One Messiah. There will be no such thing as Judaism and Christianity. No it will be one body. In a new covenant relationship. With Jehovah Elohim. Ruling over the earth. What we see. And hear in Yeshua. And the apostolic writings. Will fill the earth. As the waters cover the sea. Because it's the same. Word. And message. As Moses and the prophets gave. Today. In the millennial thousand year reign. The days of Yeshua. The days of Moses. The days of Abraham. All the same. Nothing will change. Everything will be restored. And fully understood. In verse 34. It says. Verse 36. Thus says Jehovah. Who gives the sun. As a light by day. The fixed order. Of the moon and the stars. As a light by night. Who stirs up the sea. So its waves roar. Jehovah. Of hosts of armies. Is his name. Only if this fixed order. Departs from before me. It's a declaration of Jehovah. Then also might Israel's offspring. Cease from being a nation. Before me. For all time. Thus says Jehovah. Only if heaven above can be measured. The foundations of the earth. Searched out beneath. Then also I will cast off the offspring of Israel. For all they have done. It's a declaration. Of Jehovah. And so again here we see. That the sun. The moon. And the stars. And their eternal nature. And message. Are our constant reminders. As signposts. To the truth of Israel. Being a signpost nation. For all time. If the sun. The moon. And the stars. Depart from their fixed order. From before Elohim. Only then will Israel. And the truth of his word. Depart from the earth. So. How does it go? The moon revolves around the earth. The earth revolves around the sun. They have a fixed order. They give 24 hour days. Seasons. Four seasons. He said if that fixed order changes. If all of a sudden these planets. Go out of alignment and order. That's the end of planet earth. We don't exist anymore. He says if these planetary systems and alignments. Change their fixed order. He said if that happens. That's the end of Israel. Gone forever. What is he saying? They will never change. They will never change. I put them in their order. They are a message. They are a signpost to you. That Israel will always exist. Their message will never change. And I'm going to restore the nation of Israel. Back to their rightful place. That's an amazing message. In the sun, moon and stars. Isn't it? But that's God's word. He's saying look at what is there. Because they are there. To fix appointed times. Because they are there. To fix appointed times with me. They keep telling you. As you have seasons. To plant and to sow. As you have 24 hour days. So you can sleep and rest. And work and play. He says that is telling you. That is spiritual. As well as practical. And agricultural. And he says. Don't ignore them. Don't ignore them. If you stop keeping them. Your spiritual life will disappear and be gone. If that fixed order. Is there to keep your world functioning as it ought. Then my fixed order for you. If that fixed order. Is done away with. Then your spiritual life is finished. Wow. Signposts. Keep them. For therein is contained all the blessings. And the promises. Of Jehovah's word. To his people and the earth. You know there are Christian theologians. And commentaries. That this is about spiritual Israel. The church. I just read one of them yesterday. They take this passage of scripture. New covenant. To the nation and the people of Israel. And he says of course. This is spiritual Israel. The church. It uses those words. Israel. Gone. Finished. Disobeyed. Did not accept Yeshua their Messiah. Rejected him. Now this application. And this truth. Now belongs to spiritual Israel. The church. Written and totally off. And of course that's. They do that with every passage of scripture there is. Everything that relates to Israel. Now belongs to the church. And if any Jew wants to become. Saved and go to heaven. They have to become one with us. They have to become part of the church. Of course that's their. That is what they teach and say. So what a shock is in store for them. When this day arrives. I'm absolutely positive that. Yehovah's word will stand forever and ever. As will Israel the nation. That peculiar chosen special people raised up by Yehovah. In Abraham our collective father. Jew and Gentile. You know. Joseph. Said to his. Father to his brothers. The sun and the moon and the stars bowed down to me. And they did. His family. Bowed down to him. The day came they sold him into slavery because they hated him so much. As far as they were concerned he was dead buried and gone. And the next thing we know is. Yehovah sends a drought. That sends them back to Egypt. And here is Joseph. Ruling over the whole nation. And they bow down to him. Not knowing who he is. Worshipping him. And when they find out. It's all about repentance. It's all about acknowledgement. And Joseph becomes their savior. Joseph becomes the one who brings them into the fullness of promise. The sun the moon and the stars. Bow down to me. They were pretty angry with him. Elevating himself like that. But he had the dream. A young precocious. Guy on shore and he. Hey this is how it is. I had this dream. But it was of God. It was of God. And that's how it panned out. You know Yehovah is in charge of all things. And he is the God of all the earth. And the day is coming. When this is all going to be re-enacted. Yehovah is sending great and fearful judgments upon the earth. And the four horsemen are about to ride. There is climatic changes in the earth. And there is a lot of fear going on in the world today. Because of climate change. This week Spain, Portugal, parts of France had a blackout. Lost their power. Confusion reigned for a day. Why? I think because of cosmic troubles affected their power source. The way their battery systems, backup systems work through solar and wind. And something was happening in the atmosphere. This is what they believe at this moment. And it shut down their computers. And there are other technical reasons for how that affects that. But the banks were out. Telephones were out. Couldn't get their money. Couldn't make phone calls. Train systems shut down. The cities were just blacked out. Computers were shut down. Hospitals were in trouble. This is just this Monday and Tuesday. Straight back to the stone age. Yep. The sun, the moon and the stars. The sun and the moon affect our climate. The sun and the moon are in control of our seasons. The sun can give discharges that can affect our whole technological energy grid and shut us down. Who's in charge of that? Jehovah. Who set up these dynamics? Jehovah. Who put all these laws in place? Jehovah. He's in charge of them. He's in control of them. And he's going to use them to bring devastation to this earth. Read Revelation. Things are going to happen in the skies. Planets are going to take over our land as judgements from the Almighty. The four horsemen are about to charge out of their stalls into the nations of the earth, bringing disaster. What follows that? The fifth seal, the great tribulation period. Who's in control of the orbits of the sun, moon and the regions, the lights in the sky? Jehovah. Jehovah. There's heaven and the earth. Jehovah's throne and earth is foot still. What's between his heaven and our earth? Sun, moon and the stars. Isn't that amazing? It's all described in here. It's all described in here. So, the sun, moon and stars tell us that there is a greater heaven above me. This is just our little atmosphere area, our bubble of security. Space vehicles can go through that now into outer space beyond our atmosphere. But controlling our atmosphere, sun, moon, stars and weather conditions and gravitational laws and all the rest of it. And Jehovah is saying, I am the creator of the lights into heaven. It points to me, the great creator. It points to me as the one who put these things in place. It tells you that there is a heavenly throne, that there is a power, a universe out there far greater than anything you can imagine. And your little planet earth is controlled by the sun, moon and stars that I put in place. And so he's saying, in the natural, the sun, the moon and the stars control your earth. Like it or not. And he's saying to the church, he's saying to us, he's saying to believers. The sun, moon and the stars also are in control of your spiritual life and eternal well-being. Because they represent the father, the son and the nation of Israel promised to Abraham. The people of Jehovah. He's saying, if you will follow the natural truth. If you follow the seasons properly and look after my planet, it will bless you. If you don't, it will curse you. It's also saying, if you will use the signposts I've put in the sky to keep my Sabbaths, to keep my festivals, to keep my Torah, to keep my spiritual laws, they will bless you. If you don't, they will curse you. The message doesn't change for the natural world or the spiritual world. First the natural, then the spiritual. It's all built in to New Moon. Sabbaths, festivals. Jehovah doesn't want us to forget that this is New Moon. Sorry, I've got one more scripture to read. I'll read it and close. 1 Peter chapter 1. Peter, an emissary of Messiah Yeshua, to the sojourners of the diaspora in Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, Bithynia, chosen. He's talking about his people Israel. According to the foreknowledge of Elohim the Father, set apart by the Ruach for obedience and for sprinkling with the blood of Yeshua the Messiah. Be favor and shalom be multiplied to you. He's talking to the scattered peoples of Israel throughout the earth. The same ones that Jeremiah is talking to. When Jeremiah says, I'm going to gather you back from the north, the south, the east, the west, and from all nations. Proclaim to the nations, proclaim to the islands. I'm going to bring my people back and establish them in Zion. I'm going to bring all the Samaritans scattered throughout the earth, all the ten tribes, and also of Judah that I'm just about to send to Babylon. The day will come when I will bring them back and establish them. And here Peter is saying, in this writing, I am writing this message to all my scattered people throughout the earth. Chapter 2, verse 1. So get rid of all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all lashon hara, or evil speech and grumbling. As newborn babes, long for pure spiritual milk so that by it you may grow into salvation. The word is vice into salvation. Now that you have tasted that Jehovah is good, as you come to him a living stone rejected by men, chosen by Elohim, precious. You also as living stones are being built up as a spiritual house, a Kedosh priesthood to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to Elohim through Messiah Yeshua. Remember, he's talking about a scattered nation because of sin and wickedness and evil and unbelief. He's saying now you who have become believers in Yeshua the Messiah, I'm going to bring you back as chosen, as the remnant, as the people who will establish my kingdom on this earth. As my people who will be reassembled and established in Zion once again. And he is encouraging them to stay true and faithful. Behold I lay in Zion a chosen precious cornerstone. Whoever trusts in him will never be put to shame. Now the value is for you who keep trusting. But for those who do not trust, the stone which the builders rejected, this one has become the chief cornerstone. And a stone of stumbling and a rock of offence. They stumble because they are disobeying the word. To this they were also appointed. But you are a chosen people. A royal priesthood. A holy nation. A people for Elohim's own possession. So that you may proclaim the praises of the one who called you out of darkness into his marvellous light. The church says that's us. We are spiritual Israel. He's talking about us. No he's not. He's talking about Israel, the people scattered and all those who become one with them grafted into their promises, covenants and inheritance. Once you were not a people, quoting from out of Hosea, but now you are Elohim's people. You were shown no mercy, but now you have been shown mercy. Loved ones, I urge you as strangers and sojourners to keep away from the fleshly cravings that war against the soul. Keep your conduct honourable among the Gentiles. Then while they speak against you as evildoers, they may, from noticing your good deeds, exalt Elohim in the day of visitation. That day of visitation is coming. For Jehovah's sake, submit yourself. No, we'll stop there. But here we can just see that that's the kind of people we need to be. That's the kind of people Jehovah is saying to those who have become believers in Yeshua their Messiah. This is how I want you to promote yourself in the earth and reveal who I am and my greatness. Because there is an eternal purpose and destiny that I have for you. I have not abandoned you. I have not forgotten you. You are a precious people to me and I care about you. David looks at the sun, the moon and the stars and he says, wow, how mindful you are of us. How caring. That's all about you watching over us in the natural and in the spiritual. And here Peter is saying, walk in this world until the day of visitation. Be faithful and live this kind of a lifestyle. New moon, new moon helps keep us on track. That's why we're here celebrating it. To remind ourselves of his greatness. Amen. Amen. Father we thank you because you are the one who opens eyes and gives understanding. You are the one Father who draws by Ruach HaKadosh and opens doorways and pathways of righteousness. So that we may walk in the blessings of Abraham. Walk in the truth of Torah. Walk Father in the covenants of promise. And know that our inheritance is the ones you promised to the nation of Israel. And together we shall rule and reign with them over all the earth. We thank you for your signposts and your markers in Yeshua's name. Amen.
