Water Going Down the Drain

The audio begins with the soft, yet distinctive sound of water being poured. There is a steady stream of liquid cascading, the sound gradually intensifies, indicating the flow of water is increasing. The sound echoes slightly, suggesting it is perhaps being poured into a large, hollow space, like a sink or a bathtub. The water continues to flow, but then the sound begins to change. It transforms from the initial gushing noise to a more spiraling, whirling sound. This suggests that the water is now going down a drain. The pace of the sound increases, a clear sign of the water swirling around as it is sucked down the drain. As the water continues to spiral down, the sound starts to decrease, indicating the water level is lowering. Eventually, the gurgling sound fades away, leaving behind a slight dripping sound as the last of the water trickles down the drain.
