Henri Bryant Lanier Sr Esq. PhD, has written an open letter to the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. Lanier is requesting their assistance in addressing a serious situation that is affecting him, his family, and his business in Ukraine. He believes that the true state of affairs in Ukraine is being overlooked and that there is a need for an uncorrupted legal system. Lanier claims that the war in Ukraine can be ended with a single signature and that the denial of rights to minorities under the pretense of law is a crime. He is formally asking each member of the National Security and Defense Council to meet with him and the mayor of Kamiansk to discuss the unlawful acts and present a plan for an immediate ceasefire and an end to the war. An open letter to the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. The 19th of September 2024. 1619 hours at DNK UA. An open letter to the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. Dear members of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. I am reaching out to you today with important facts and a heartfelt request for your assistance in addressing a serious situation affecting me, my family, and my business in Ukraine. Yesterday marked the 20th anniversary of one of the happiest days of my life, September 18, 2004, when I married a wonderful woman in Ukraine, and I was told that my child would be born by the new year of 2005. As defenders of Ukraine and its people, I believe it is crucial for you to understand the truth that seems to be overlooked. If the true state of affairs in Ukraine were known, I would not be here today, and we would not be facing a war. There is no such thing as multiple truths. There is only one reality. I feel compelled to share what I know, as I am required by law to do so. An uncorrupted legal system in Ukraine is a necessity, but it cannot exist until the false laws currently in place are removed. There is no statute of limitations for fraud committed under the guise of law, especially in the digital realm. No war has ever ended without a decisive declaration, and no war has ever begun without someone lying to instigate it. The war in Ukraine can cease today with a single signature. The denial of rights to minorities under the pretense of law is a crime that violates the fundamental principles of justice throughout history. I kindly request your presence at the mayor's office to facilitate the completion of my lawful orders. Under both U.S. and Ukrainian military law, I am formally asking that each member of the National Security and Defense Council meet with me and Andriy Leonidovich Belusov, the mayor of Kamiansk, whose actions have fostered an environment of bribery and extortion. Since his election, he has interfered with lawful business operations in Ukraine and for American businesses. I have attached a letter that my executive officer attempted to deliver, which was unjustly rejected on the grounds that it was unsigned. This is not true. Additionally, I have included affidavits filed with the National Police of Ukraine and a memorandum of understanding between the city and my company. I have been denied the right to conduct business in Ukraine because I refuse to pay a bribe, and I will not compromise my principles. The responsibility for ending unlawful acts under the guise of law lies with the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. I urge you to send an appointed officer to my location to arrange a special meeting at the mayor's office. This meeting should aim to present a clear plan to the President of Ukraine, the United States and the Russian Federation for an immediate ceasefire and a path to end the war. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. Sincerely, Henri Bryant Lanier Sr. Esq. PhD
