The continuation of the compilation triple L.P., The Yardbirds Last Rave Up In L.A., 1968, put together from two nights at the L.A. Shrine Auditorium. The performances are superb. The reason why the vocals are somewhat weak is that back then the singer plugged into the bass amp and did not have a stack of his own. This often led to him being drowned out by the other instruments, especially the attention-hogging Page. May 31st is on YouTube but there is more hiss and not any better sound quality.
