John Wisenhunt, AFT-420 union rep, explaining why employees would rather deal with the union than ER (Employee Relations) and their boss, who he calls Karlla "The Bulldozier" Dozier. It is an appropriate nickname I would later learn, but I would also learn that John worked closely with her. They had a good cop bad cop routine.
