1.20.23 HR meeting end with union bullying

End of a long meeting with HR following a hotline investigation (sort of). HR decides to punish me for violation of policy 4840 but not child abuse. HR realizes the timeline is messed up and she does not know the law regarding hotline investigations, but still persists in trying to get me to sign. Union rep John Whisenhunt, not present for the meeting (no union rep is present, but one has been on Zoom) tries to bully me into signing. Later, I get these charges dismissed without their help.
