Washington has a booming tech scene and natural beauty, but housing is costly. At number 4, we have Massachusetts. And at number 3, we have Hawaii. Hawaii is a great place to vacation, but an expensive place to live. Even McDonald's is more expensive out there. Coming in at number 2 is New York.
