Nature Chakra Meditation and Visualization

This is a nature chakra visualization and meditation. You start by imagining a rich soil at the base of your spine, representing your root chakra. You then move up to your sacral chakra, planting brightly colored seeds that represent your deepest desires. As you move up to your solar chakra, you become more confident in your wishes being fulfilled. Your heart chakra blooms with love and compassion, and your throat chakra allows clear communication. Your third eye chakra enhances intuition and imagination, while your crown chakra brings awareness and connection to the nature of life. Overall, this meditation helps you feel rooted, inspired, and safe to bloom and thrive. Welcome to the Golden Light Podcast. This is a nature chakra visualization and meditation. Please feel free to sit or lie down and shut your eyes if you would like. Let's start with three cleansing breaths. Take a big deep breath in through your nose and then let it go as you breathe out. Breathe into your nose again and then sigh it out through your mouth. Deep breath in through the nose and then a long breath out through your mouth. At the base of your spine, imagine beautiful soft soil. This is your root chakra. The soil is rich with nutrients and provides cushion and support for the rest of your body. The deep rich brown color of the soil is tilled and ready to be the home for any seeds, which are your deepest desires, hopes, and wishes in this lifetime. When you are rooted in this soil, you are safe, held, and ready to go for all of your dreams. It's the safe soil that grounds you and provides the space to grow anything that you can imagine in your mind. The soil, which is the root chakra, is the seat of your stability and sense of being grounded in this world. You move up toward the area right under your belly button, which is the sacral chakra. You admire the firmly rooted soil as you take out brightly and beautifully colored seeds to plant. These seeds represent your sacral chakra, which is your seat of creativity and pleasure. Each seed represents a thought of a wish that you would like to fulfill in this world. Imagine the colors of the seeds and the hope and inspiration that each one brings to you. You use your hand to intentionally find and dig up a spot in the soil to plant a seed that holds your greatest desire in this life. You pat down the soil on the top of it, and before moving on to plant the next seed and the next, you take a moment to think about your greatest wishes in this world and imagine each one in detail as you carefully plant them in the soil one by one. You feel satisfied and joyful that you planted the seeds with care and love, knowing that your wishes will be manifested with this intent. You continue to move up toward your stomach, which is your solar chakra, and the seat of your confidence and self-esteem. You see it glowing in a bright yellow color with radiance and warmth like that of the sun. As you become more self-assured and confident about your wishes being fulfilled, the sun begins to bring more warmth and light to you. It shines over the soft, rich soil that is filled with all of the brightly and beautifully colored seeds that you planted in your sacral chakra. As you allow thoughts about what you love about yourself, your life, and your wishes being fulfilled, you can't help but notice that tiny buds are starting to appear. A slow smile spreads across your face as you feel the glow from within your core enveloping your entire being with joy, warmth, and light. You realize that you are the light. You continue to move up toward your heart chakra, the seat of love and compassion within you. Luscious, green plants are starting to grow here as you notice how much you love and care for yourself. Your heart starts to bloom with vibrantly colored flowers sprouting out of the soil. The seeds of your wishes desired are now growing into everything you had hoped for as you take a moment to notice the sweet flowers and plants covering the soil. Every seed that you imagined is coming to life. The more love that you send to yourself, the more flowers start to sprout up. As you take a deep breath in through your nose, you notice the sweet fragrance of the flowers. You touch the petals and the sturdy roots growing from the rich soil. You take a moment to bask in the beautiful garden that you created from the ground up as the sun still glows from within you. You move up even further to your throat chakra, the seat of communication. You notice vibrant blue water flowing to your garden with each kind and clear thought that you express. As you let your communication flow, the water moves toward your plants to keep them full of vitality and growth. Your heart chakra, the plants and flowers, need this continued communication to be watered and nourished. You imagine speaking clearly and expressing your deepest desires to yourself and others around you with a feeling of freedom. You hear the sound of the water flowing by and giving each flower what it needs to not only survive but flourish in the garden of your soul. You continue along to your third eye chakra, the space between your eyes on your forehead. This chakra holds your intuition and imagination. Imagine the color of your aura and this unique essence that makes you who you are. It can be any color that you imagine. As you take a moment to visualize this bright, vibrant, and rich color, you notice that it brings oxygen to your plants. By being true to your intuition and letting your imagination flow, it brings more oxygen and life to your plants. With the power of your third eye chakra, your plants are seeming to thrive even more as you fall more and more into alignment with your true self. Your plants breathe in more oxygen from the air and bloom brighter and brighter. You finally arrive to your crown chakra, which is at the very top of your head. You notice a bright white light above everything, the rich soil, the bright and beautifully colored seeds, the glowing sun, the blooming and flourishing flowers, and the flow of streaming water and the aura that represents your truest self. Without your crown chakra, you are able to realize and become fully aware of the gift of the nature that you have created in your mind. You understand how each chakra and each part of the nature grow and are interrelated and how they are all needed to bring you to bliss and the enlightened life. The white light delivers this awareness and connection to the nature of life in your own personal spirituality. It shines on the soil, seeds, sun, flowers, water, and oxygen, which bring you gratitude for each of them and each part of your chakra that makes you a unique and special being. You know that you can come back to this gratitude and awareness of your nature and connection to your soul at any time. You have it all within you at all times. You feel rooted and inspired knowing that you are safe to bloom and thrive.
