The transcription is a guided meditation exercise where the person is encouraged to relax and let go of any tension. They are asked to imagine walking through a peaceful forest, focusing on their breathing. They sit under a tree and visualize a white light shining down on them, purifying their body and removing negative energy. They are then instructed to expand the light and release any negative energy into the universe. Finally, they are prompted to express gratitude and bring their awareness back to their surroundings. Allow yourself now to take a few moments to relax and get comfortable. Close your eyes, take three slow deep breaths, in and out, in and out, in and out. Release any tension, shake off any energy that you're holding on to. In this moment, nobody wants you, nobody needs you. Give yourself this time. Any thoughts that come into your mind, let them pass through like a cloud in the sky. Using your imagination, picture yourself walking through a forest, between the tall green trees with the ray of sunshine down below on the path where you are walking. It is peaceful here, you are alone, you can hear the birds singing and the smell of fresh spring air. As you are walking, breathe in the air and focus on your breathing. In the distance, you notice a majestic tree. Continue walking down the path towards the tree. Pause for a second, sit down under the tree. Take a minute to relax, take in some deep breaths and appreciate your surroundings. You become aware of a white light coming from above the tree. This light is shining down through the branches, warming you. Feel the light, visualize being surrounded by the light, relax again and breathe deeply. The light is entering your body from the top of your head, feel the light purifying and restoring your body as it passes down to your throat, from your head, into your shoulders, into your abdomen, down to your hips, through your legs, down to your feet. Feel the negative energy leaving your body. Expand the light further than your body, displacing any negative energy, pushing it to be neutralized and absorbed by the universe. Bring your attention back to your breathing whilst in this relaxed state and repeat after me. May I have mental happiness, peace and joy. May I have physical happiness, health with freedom from pain. I am grateful for all I have received. I am open to receiving more. Start to bring your awareness back to your surroundings. Begin to move your fingers and your toes. On the count of five, take a deep breath and open your eyes. Five, four, three, two, one. May I have mental happiness, peace and joy.
