Students in Dimension 8, Holistically Well, focus on their overall well-being. They learn about the connection between the brain and movement, engage in activities and sports, and practice mindfulness. What do you like about Holistically Well? What changes would you suggest? Dimension 8, Holistically Well. Students will simultaneously address, understand and advocate for their physical, mental, emotional and social well-being.
