This podcast called "Finding Hope Through Food" explores how food can be used to rebuild ourselves, our communities, and our personalities. Hosted by Jenny Jackson, each episode features a different person discussing their complicated relationship with food and how they overcame their struggles by rebuilding that relationship. The podcast features interviews with a first-generation college student, a star athlete, and a high-performing student. Through their stories, we learn how they were able to change their relationship with food and reach their full potential. Join Jenny Jackson as she explores the power of food to bring hope. Food.
