I had gone swimming literally yesterday, and um, it's literally, it doesn't hurt, and then I got fucking stung by a wasp. That's what the big ass dot in the middle of my back is. I got stung by a wasp while I was swimming. The burns don't really fucking hurt. It's mostly just the, like, it kinda like burns slightly when I was working out, but it doesn't really burn when touching it. But holy shit, my back was actually pretty looking. Looking pretty good. That pose where I actually, double bicep pose, was actually the first time it's ever looked like that, to be honest. And it surprised the fuck out of me. So, I can't tell if I'm losing the weight or not. The scale isn't really saying it is. I mean, but my, the protein intake is showing that I'm getting a lot more muscle, and it's coming in pretty good. And uh, dude, I love that side, like, stretch pose. I don't know. I have never seen my back in like that, so. And then, my shoulders are, I feel like they've gotten bigger since before. I don't know. I just can't tell a lot of the time. I feel like I'm always looking at myself. But, hopefully it shows a lot more than I think. But yeah, I just wanted to inform you guys, I'm sitting, I think 220 right now. I was 215, and I gained, I just gained muscle that way back, eating shit for like two weeks. But I'm getting back down to, into the, um, like fif-, or not fifteens, the teen, whatever, number range. Um, and I just wanted to say how I feel, and it feels pretty good. Honestly, I feel great. Some of my workouts lately, actually with the diet, I've been feeling sluggish, but I'm thinking I'll probably, my body's just getting used to the lower calories, because I'm eating around 1700 calories a day, with 200 grams of protein a day. And, uh, it's feeling pretty good. I need to eat right now, actually. It's pretty, it's already fucking late. It's already about to be nine, and I missed two pills, so I'm probably just gonna eat that one big ass meal, eat, and fucking go to, take a shower, go to sleep, because I still haven't taken a shower. And, um, I don't know how my new editing is going. Honestly, I don't know, I don't know how the editing is going to show up for the rest of this video, but, because this is at the end, I know.
