Due to ongoing discussions and the need for everyone to be comfortable with the process, archaeologists are currently dealing with complications and bureaucratic issues caused by NAGPRA in their excavations. NAGPRA ensures that archaeologists respect and understand the people they study. As a result, the bodies found in Wendover will have to wait in a collection facility in Florida until the situation is resolved. In the next episode, there will be information about an intriguing discovery of bodies in the Dinaledi Caves in Africa, with questions surrounding how they got there and why. Until the time when these discussions are completed and everybody is comfortable with the process we've set out, we will simply have to deal with the complications and bureaucratic mess that NAGPRA brings along to our excavations.
