To increase participation in STEM subjects, we need to change societal narratives. It's important to educate children and encourage them to support gender equality in STEM. On a larger scale, we have to change societal narratives in order to enroll in STEM subjects. However, to counter this disparity, we have to educate children and to drive them towards the understanding and endorsing gender equality in STEM.
