When paired with prayer, truly seeking the face of the Lord, one's ears become more clear and the heart more pliable, as we humble ourselves under the direction and inspiration of the Holy Spirit. We are seeking the Lord in a season of humility, knowing that our natural body, and natural strength is not sufficient to provide all that we need. We need Him. We need Christ. We need direction.
