Like you need to stay focused in your flow state. The third is that you need to take breaks. For example you are used to this school routine. Which means that you take a break every 1 hour. And when you try to work for 4 hours straight it will not work out. Like you need to take a break every 1 hour. And it's enough if you take like a 10 minute break. Because that is completely enough.
