So basically I'm going to show you how to get started, how to close your first client, how to do outreach, how to work with them and everything, step by step I'm going to show you everything, how I do it and how guys who make over 6 figures per month do it. So first, a lot of people still don't know what is exactly growth operating, so first I would like to talk about that. So growth operating is when you help content creators, basically influencers, make more money with their existing audience. So for example, you have a finance creator who isn't monetizing his audience yet to start a paid info community and actually make money with their audience. There are a few necessary keys for this, like this sounds really easy and it's not complicated but if you do this wrong you are not going to make any money because you need to be a little bit professional to make money with this. So I basically went all in on growth operating and let me tell you why you should do this too. So first, growth operating is still a brand new business model, like not a lot of people actually do this at the moment. So also what I wanted to talk about is that there are billions of people on social media every single day and there are millions of creators and only 10% or 5% of them make more than $5000 per month. Like I'm actually honest here. Like there are a massive gap for this in the market at the moment. And you need to get in while it's early and you don't want to miss out on this. So let's get right into it. So first I need to talk about how to actually find the right creators that you want to work with. So first they need to have a big transformation. For example a social media growth creator who talks about SMMA or something like that. Like there are, there is a massive transformation there, a massive pain because basically, ok so let's start that one entirely again. So sorry about that. So start again from finding the right creators. So first I need to tell you how to find the right creators that you want to work with. So you need to look for somebody who has pain in their audience. So for example an SMMA like content creator for example, like for example an SMMA content creator. Like his audience has a massive pain because first they actually want to learn how to get views on social media. And basically second they want to make a lot more money. So for them, so they have a massive pain and that is where you can come into play and then you can solve that pain for them, you can solve that problem and there is a big transformation. So you need to be creative and you need to look for creators who has a big transformation. So now if you are a beginner, like if you are a complete beginner then do not look for business content creators. And don't try to work with business content creators because you will not close them. It's literally almost impossible and I do not suggest for you to waste your time with them. Because they know a lot more about business than you so it's not worth to try to work with them when you are a complete beginner. Because they see the truth and they know that you are a beginner and they don't want to work with you. So don't waste your time with finance or SMMA or like, so don't waste your time with SMMA creators or agency content creators or business creators. Like do not waste your time with them because they know a lot more about business than you and they will see that you are a complete beginner. So I have one more really good way to find really good content creators. So I have one more really good way to find really good content creators and that is... Wait... And I have one more thing that I suggest to you is to go to the school discovery page and actually look for like a... So you actually need to look for communities for example and things like that and you need to take inspiration from them. You need to take ideas and you need to take... And you need to look for niches that you could go into. So a few examples of decent or really good niches are fitness, clothing brand, pressure washing, AI, coding, e-commerce. And it's important to be really creative here. So for example you could go into wheelchair fitness or something like that. Like you need to be very creative here. Also you could look for something that you have experience with. You should look for something that you already tried or you did it before. So you need to look for creators who educate their audience. Who actually teach something to their audience and not just motivational or something creators like that. Like you need to look for creators who actually educate their audience. Second you need to look for creators with personal brands. Like they need to show their face and they need to be a real audience and this is very important. Like don't work with creators who don't... And this is really important. So don't work with creators who don't show their faces. Like you need to look for creators with real personal brands who actually show their faces and educate their audience. And also it's important that you need to look for a creator who you would enjoy working with. Who you would seriously enjoy working with. Because I'm going to tell you this, it's not worth it to work with a creator just because of the money. Like you need to look for creators who you would actually enjoy working with. And I do not suggest for you to work with bullshit creators who just shit on you all of the time. They don't reply and like don't look for creators like that. It's not worth it. Because it's not worth it. So this is how you are going to find your creators and this is how you are going to find creators that you will enjoy working with and creators who you can make like tens of thousands of tours per month with. So the first thing that I do is that I search keywords on Instagram for example. So for example if I look for somebody in the fitness niche then I'm probably going to search fitness, gym, boxing, training, fitness coach and like basically keywords like that. And the most golden way to find creators that you could work with like this is the actual source bro. Like nobody does this and this is the best way to do it. So let me tell you. You need to search like how to do xyz on YouTube. Like how to xyz. Like you need to search keywords like this and basically things like this on YouTube. And this is the best way to find creators because like people on YouTube are looking to solve problems. So people who search like how to do xyz they are looking to solve a problem and that is what you are looking for bro. That is what you are looking for. So you need to do this on YouTube and I suggest that you actually need to take time for this and do this. So search for example how to start e-commerce, how to start a clothing brand, 5 minute abs workout. No, no, no. So like you need to search keywords like how to start e-commerce, how to meditate properly, how to start meditating. Like you need to search keywords like this on YouTube and this is how you are going to find really good creators. And so once you find a few creators you need to go through the suggested accounts. So you basically need to check who they are following and also you need to check the suggested accounts because they are probably following people in their niche and other influencers in their niche. So now it actually comes to doing outreach. So there are two types of outreach that you can do. The first one is warm outreach and the second one is cold outreach. Warm outreach is with people who you already know, is with people who you have there. Warm outreach is when you reach out to people who you already know, so for people who have...fuck. Warm outreach is when you reach out to people who you already know. So your emails, your contacts, your followers and basically things like that. And also a really good way to do this is for example go to the gym and ask a fitness coach there. Like do you know any fitness influencers and if they do know someone then you should reach out to them and ask the fitness coach to introduce you to them and I'm going to be really honest here. That is one of the best ways to find like not really big but decent...and I'm going to be honest with you guys, that is not one of the best ways to do it but that is one of the very decent ways to do it and if you are just starting out then that is one of the best ways to get started. And on the other hand cold outreach...fuck. And on the other hand cold outreach is when you reach out to people who are completely strangers. So you don't know them and they don't know you and this is a lot harder but this is how most people do it but...so you basically reach out to random influencers on the internet and that is cold outreach. And if you have any potential for it then you always need to do warm outreach first. So you need to ask around like in your school for example or in the gym or in the boxing gym or around your family or on the internet with people who you already know and you need to ask them...and you need to ask them to...and you need to ask them if they know any influencers or content creators. So this was the first part of the full growth operating course...this was the first part of the growth operating series and let me check what I went through for you guys. So the first one was what is growth operating and why you need to do growth operating. I went through finding the right creators, a few examples, what to look for...I went through and...so basically yes like finding creators, warm outreach and cold outreach. So this is how you can find creators and in the second part I'm going to go through how to actually close them and do outreach for them.
