The caller is Wilson, who recently spoke to an expert about his debt settlement. He canceled auto-pay on his other debts and wants to know when those debts will be settled. The representative explains that they need to demonstrate hardship to the creditors by not making payments for 4-6 months. Once the settlements are reached, they will inform Wilson. The representative advises Wilson not to answer any calls from the creditors and assures him that they will contact him when they have a good offer. Wilson agrees and says he will continue making payments to the settlement company. Hello, thank you for calling the NF settlement. This is Nicholas and I'll be calling online. How can I help you? Yeah. Are you speaking to Wilson? Yeah. Recently I have one of your experts. We went through my debt settlement and everything. But I don't know. I just need... I have some questions on that. I think if you can first get out my account, then we go from there? Yeah. Let's take a look at your account, Wilson. Before we can move forward, just for compliance, could you please confirm with me your full name, your date of birth, and the last four digits of your social? Yeah. Full name is... First name is Wilson. Last name is Kawizaz. K-A-W-I-Z-I. Date of birth is November 1st, 1987. Last phone... Social is 7410. Thank you, Wilson. Let me know what questions do you have. Yeah. So, we talked about arranging payments and everything, but I just want to know... Because I canceled... Because they told me, like, here I should cancel the auto-pay of the other debts which I had. So, which I did, but I'm still kind of, you know, scared. I feel, like, scared, like, when are they going, like, settle these things? You know, I had some issues, little bit of issues on my credit, but I was trying, like, you know, to come up and work on it. But since these guys told me how things are, how you guys' things are working, and I see all the, like, the interest which they put on me and everything, I also say, okay, let me just work with you guys so that I can just, like, release a lot of interest. So, that's why my question was, like, when is the... When are they going to settle those debits on my credit? Okay. Okay, Wilson. So, it seems to be that you have enrolled with those three accounts. The AMET, Citibank card, the Credit First account, and the Paramount Capital account. Those are three accounts. Remember that the purpose of the program is to reduce the balance on each one of those accounts to the 50% off, right? For us to be able to do so, we need to demonstrate to your creditors that you are into a hardship. That's why you stop paying to them for about four to six months. And once they realize they will not be taking any actual payments from you, they will be more likable to settle with us for 50% off. That's our goal. Looks like that you just got enrolled back on March 27, right? So, it's been about two weeks, I think, being enrolled, one week and a half. So, it's still too soon for us to be able to get those settlements. It's going to be at least three, four, maybe five months for us to be able to get those settlements. But once we get those settlements, we'll give you a call back to let you know for you to approve those settlements. And right now that you have started making payments to us, we will have saved enough funds to be able to cover at least the first payments to them. But that's why it takes about four to six months for us to start making the payments to them, because we need those months to demonstrate to them that you cannot make the payments. And we will negotiate the accounts to the 50% off out of the balance. Oh, yeah. Is it clear? Yeah, that was my worry, even like, since you guys have, you can see the account right there. That was my worry, because I really wanted, because I was, I know I did bad on another account, but I was trying myself to know what to get rid of this thing, because I really was not even interested to keep those credits on myself. So since you say that, yeah, let me hope so things go as well. But I mean, I'll try, I'll do my best to keep paying you guys, because I just called my bank and I canceled all the payments. Right. And here's, here's the thing, Bolson. I mean, throughout of this process, while we negotiate the accounts and we start making the payments to them, throughout of that process, the creditors might call you and it's perfectly normal because they will try to call you and, and, and, hey, are you, are you willing to pay to us directly? Are you looking to have a payment plan with us? You know, they might call you to make you and go back, make payments with them again. And that's perfectly normal. We just advise to do not answer those calls. We are negotiating the accounts and whenever we have an offer from them, we'll give you a call back and let you know. When it's going to be that? Between four, five, could be three months, you know, so it's just holding tight. Whenever we have a really good offer, we'll contact you back to let you know. All right. All right. Okay. That's all I wanted to know. Thank you. That's okay, Bolson. Any other questions, inquiries that you may have for us? No. That's all. Thank you, sir. Okay, sir. Thank you. Thank you.
