The main idea of this information is that individuals often hinder their own progress by overthinking, blaming others, and refusing to see the help and wake-up calls from those around them. This self-sabotage leads to living in a self-made prison and being detached from reality. The solution is to take accountability, identify and address personal problems, and recognize that the mind is a function of oneself rather than being all-encompassing. By understanding this, individuals can regain control and find stability. The biggest question for any man is, can he get out of his own way long enough to see the 4 degrees when it really matters? It's you who is sabotaging everything for yourself, overthinking everything and blaming everyone and everything instead of realizing the wake-up calls from the people who are actually trying to help you. All of this is to your own detriment, not seeing you are your own worst enemy and that you are living in the care of your own self-made prison. Anything that is an actual threat to your imagination is revealed as the villain of the day and painted as something you should run from just to keep yourself clear of realizing how deep you are drowning. You tell yourself you seek proof but at the same time refuse to see it in any form it may come in. If worldly things do not captivate you, how can you be so lost in it? You have been dismantled for a long time, assuming yourself to be mighty when in fact no more than a miserable delusion. Man, neither crafty in words nor skill, predicting the cold of a victim when nothing could be further from the truth. Who can you point the finger at? Things cannot fix you, other people cannot fix you, only you can fix you and it starts with you identifying the problem in you and handling it, not looking the other way while insurmountable amounts of time passes away. Time, do you see it? One of those things you can never ever get back that are truly precious in life. When you are taking back your life, remember to take accountability, not act as if someone or something held a gun to your head relies most of it. All of this pain and struggle, this stress, is as a result of your own doing, your own fault. You have always had the ability to repair it. Don't be fooled into thinking otherwise, accept that your mind is weak but know that your foundation is strong or else why would your mind be playing needle in a haystack with itself? It's only doing this because I have allowed, it's only doing this because I believe it has control that it doesn't genuinely have. All of this is part of the misguided idea I have had that the mind was and is all-encompassing, that it just, as thought, are me and I am it. This has been fashioned into a sword that has laid waste to any structure or stability I could add, because I firmly have been in line with it. As a result, while there has been chaos on the inside, I have been robotic on the outside, little more than a mechanism for it that people who can see through me are well aware of. I am out of touch with actual reality and suffering for it. My mind and all of the faculties it possesses answers to me and are no more than a function of me. Once understood in proper perspective, I will be I and it will be it.
