GODLY BRANDED - MY JOURNEY OF STEPPING AWAY FROM THE COACHING INDUSTRY

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the first episode of the Ella Jane podcast. I am so, so, so excited that you are here. I'm both so excited, I'm also nervous for my first podcast episode. I've been wanting to do this for years and years and years and it feels like today is the perfect moment. This podcast, this moment, the time that I'm in right now feels like a very, very clean plate after a time of silence. Before this, I have been selling, I have been showing up online, I have been coaching, I have been in the masterminds, I have been in the private mentorship. I've been learning so much and then there was a silence. Something inside of me felt not completely right. Something inside of me kept saying that parts of how I was showing up, parts of how the industry is leading is not in integrity. And after a long silence, after going through my own process, after attending birth and print trainings and really rebirthing myself, after coming back to my family, God really started to become so present in my life, started talking more loudly to me and as someone who has always been afraid to share her voice, this first podcast episode is important and I know if you are here, you're meant to receive this download. On the first day of my bleeds, I know what I'm going to channel here is, it's a pure channel. What I have seen, I'm going to tell you a little bit more about what I've seen, the ways I have been operating in the industry, my limiting beliefs I had around how I needed to show up to earn a certain thing and how I'm now being invited into being completely different, pure, unmasked, completely in integrity, on the edge of my creativity, offering premium services, premium prices and if you are here, there's a very big chance that you are a woman who is here to walk with God, that you are a woman who is here to be charged premiumly and Godly, that you are a woman who's not just a mentor or a coach but you are a visionary, you are a creative, you are a pioneer, you're not here to follow the hearse and you are here to pave your own path. So oftentimes, what will happen to you when you get into the mentorship and you'll learn from people, which is a necessary step, I'm sorry, I'm also psyched by the way, but we're going to do this anyway. You will receive a lot of information and that will be necessary at one point and then another point will come where you will pave your own path and you will say, I'm going to take this from what I've learned and I'm also going to dismiss the other things. Maybe everyone is going over there and everyone is doing that and I will be doing something differently and I know that choosing your own path and not choosing to follow the herd, not choosing, for example, I've been in spaces that truly like what you could call industry leaders who are all doing beautiful things, very similar things and I could jump with them. I could feel connection with them that was a possibility for me. I could be in those spaces but what happened was that I'm being called to pave my own path, to do things differently and those leaps, and maybe you are being called to take a leap like that right now, can be scary, can be, I wouldn't say lonely, because if you walk with God, you're never lonely, but it doesn't mean that it cannot be scary. It is scary, but it's also really, really, really good. It's so nourishing. So if you're here, maybe you're feeling the same way. Maybe you're a woman who's here to walk with God, to be on your creative edge, but to also charge premium prices, to have multiple five, six figure months, but to do it from a place where you are pure and you're not creating on autopilot. You're not creating for the sake of creating. You're not creating. It's not quantity over quality. You are here to create quality. And what I've seen in the coaching industry is there is a part of what words are saying that consistency is really important and I do agree with that. It is important, but there is a speed happening that you should, you know, like that you should connect with, that it's actually, if you're a visionary, it will never work for you because visionary, creative, oftentimes they need a moment of creation and then they need a moment of sacred rest. Optional rest. Think weeks. Think days. Think months to envision. To take your community to the next destination. And if you're constantly creating micro offer, oh, sorry, I'm touching the microphone here. Micro offer, after mid-ticket offer, after high-ticket offer, constantly, constantly, constantly, constantly, there is no pause. And personally, I am no longer trusting people that don't take pauses. Because along the way, there will be contamination of their spirit, of their channel, of their purity, because God says that rest isn't optional. It's required. And I've been, although I didn't want it in that moment, I've been placed in a position of rest, and it's only now that I'm coming out with this podcast, with so many beautiful offers that are coming your way, that are here to transform the way you operate in your business, the way you create your brands, the way that you are on your creative edge, the messaging you write. Because let's be honest, so many ways of messaging that are being thought are not in alignment with God. So much of the content that you see online is self-centered, and you're actually not being a channel for God and God's love. And I've, why do I know this? Because I have done this. I've seen this. I've learned this from what you could call the greatest people in the industry. And yet I am choosing to do things differently, to pave my own path. And I invite, like, if this interests you, come along, I will be taking you with me on I will be taking you with me on my journey of rebuilding my own brand. From the inside out, from the bottom up, I will be restructuring every single part of Ella James. Every intention, every touchpoint you will have with this brand will change. And maybe, again, maybe you were called to do that with your own brand. Because what often happens is that you are in business, right? Your brand is a business. So it's meant to generate money and to create, you know, like consistent money coming in, right? So it's coming in, it's coming in, it's coming in, it's coming in. And you're creating because you want it to come in, to come in, to come in, to come in. And what I've seen over and over and over and over again is that people, they cannot stop. Because what would I mean about them? Maybe their income would drop. Maybe their clients would not resign. Maybe they would not be considered trustworthy or consistent. And yet, what I believe, my honest truth is that those people that never stop are actually the most dangerous people to be with or to learn from. Because as a woman who is cyclical, who walks with God, who is here to be an integrity, again, I move, I create in ways, and so do you. So I would love, right now in this moment, I would just love to have you all here and to be interactive. But if you hear this podcast episode and it moves something inside of you, it stirs something inside of you, maybe you have been feeling something in your brain. You're like, yes, I know where I want to go, but still something feels off. It's subtle. It's a thing that you actually want to ignore. It's a thing that you do not want to hear. You don't want to see that something is off because it's subtle. But it's also constantly there. Maybe you feel it in your belly. Maybe it's like a voice in your head, like always coming to you. If that is you, welcome. Welcome. Come along for the journey. This is going to be amazing. Every time I've been through a rebirth, what has come to me on the other side is insane. It's insane. Every moment I decided, where I was in a certain community, and I decided, well, this community is beautiful, but I'm not here to follow this community anymore. It hurts me, and maybe it will hurt you, but you will know that there's something else for you. Again, you are being called to lead, to be a visionary leader, and you're being called to create a brand that is godly brand. It's not about yourself. It's about you being a channel for the divine. It's you being a channel for the divine to offer premium, offer premium support for premium problems. It's not hype. It's not a hype. This is true legacy. This is the legacy, the way of building business and brands and everything that comes with that, that will always be in alignment with who you are, your relationships, the relationship with your family, the relationships with your partner, with your children, because it's pure. Because it's pure. It comes from this pure intention. It's in integrity, and again, and I'm going to speak out to this. There's a part of me that has been thinking, I don't want to speak to other people about what other people are doing, but actually, I think it's important. So many people preach themselves as coaches or mentors or innovators online, but they have distorted relationships with their partners, with their family, with their children, with their siblings. So many people are calling themselves innovators, but they are not choosing different pathways for their children. And when you walk with God, your heart opens, and the integrity that you walk with penetrates and infuses your brand, your relationships, the way you walk in every room, no longer performing, but knowing, walking in the room as you were the daughter of God. So, I have, I can keep talking about this. Again, I have been coming from a way of learning coaching and mentorship and messaging in a way that was performance, let's be honest. Performance, you know, like walking into a room and screaming, what can I get? How do I have to show up to get what I want? The fame, the money, the influence, being seen, and all of this comes from a wounded place. A woman that walks with God, that is a daughter of God, she knows, she relaxes, her heart is open. Her presence is inevitable, she's so grounded, she's so rooted, and yet she's so open to the divine. She's a pure channel, her voice is clear, her intention is clear, her heart is open, it's pure. And this initiation that I've been going through, it has been not only showing in my business, the way I'm restructuring every single part of LLG, but it has been showing in my family dynamics. But it has been showing in my family dynamics. My limits, my, yeah, my limits became really clear. The transformation I've been going through, again, with my own father, it has been, wow, wow, beautiful, so, so beautiful, and this can only be if you return to God, and if you return to integrity, to purity. This can only be if you live on the edge of not following the herd, of not following the framework, but following what you're being called to do, who you're being called to be. This is when you will truly innovate. It will not be by stepping into someone's community, because that will create belonging, that will create visibility maybe for you, but it will not bring forward the innovator in you, because the innovator can only come true when you are in silence with God, when you are in connection with God, when you are in connection with your integrity, and you create from that purest channel. And you create from that purest channel. So right now, as you have listened to this podcast episode, like, sit down for a moment, and maybe you go for a walk, maybe you sip your cacao, maybe, I don't know what you like to do to connect to the divine. Is it with God, is it with Mother Nature, whatever you need, whatever you like, connect with that, with that silence, with your heart, and bring the part of you that has been like, your gut has been telling you something is off, something maybe is off in the people you have been following, what you have been seeing. Maybe something is off with the mentors that you have been learning from. Maybe something is off with the content and information that you are consuming. Like, let that little nudge of something is off, let it come to the surface. Let it become big, because at a certain point it will become so big that you cannot ignore it any longer. So bring it up, and maybe that calms a little bit of fear, because like, yes, there is a part, like, when you do that, that your reality will start to crumble. So what is off, and then when you bring that to the surface, you will also feel and see where you are being called to go to. What is not off, but what is actually your purest channel? And with Ella Jane, what I'm creating within my brand right now is really bridging two worlds I always unconsciously imagined separately, and it is walking with God, pure in integrity, grounded, innovating, not following the communities, not following the herd, not following anyone, not following anyone, and also being paid premium prices. Selling offers, 50K offers, creating transformations that are out of this world, creating a brand that is not only heart-centered, is not only sweet, but is actually premium. It is a brand that will stand out, that will innovate, not because it's trying to, but just because you're obedient to what is being asked of you. Because that is a very different angle. So many people are trying to innovate. They are trying to be a leader. They are convincing other people that they are a leader, and that comes from a wounded place. So walking with God and not following the herd, not following the fancy communities, but following your own path, that is the moment that you will innovate. That is the moment in the silence, in the pause, that is the moment where the innovator, the visionary comes alive. And then when you know how to create messaging that is pure and that also positions you as a premium God, godly authority, not because you're trying to, but just because you're a steward of God's plan, that is the future of innovation.
