To achieve company goals, two requirements are necessary. Firstly, you need to inspire employees by sharing the vision and mission of the company. Secondly, you need to provide them with the details of what needs to be achieved within a specific timeframe. Alongside this, it is important to give employees the flexibility to decide how they will accomplish these goals. This approach will lead to successful HR organizations. But in order to achieve the company's goals, there are two basically requirements you need to provide. On the one hand, you need to tell them the why. You need to be inspirational. You need to tell them the vision and the mission of your company in order to align a common understanding on what we are working about. And then you need to tell them the details of what you want to achieve in a given time frame. Below that, in combination with flexibility, you need to provide your employees the capability to decide the how. The how they achieve the goals, the how to achieve the work, and the how to provide these tasks in an overall setup. This will generate HR organizations, and HR organizations will be successful.
