The speaker is encouraging someone by saying they are not garbage and would smell worse if they were. They suggest getting up and trying again. They then make a playful comment about a giraffe and jokingly threaten to break its neck. Finally, they use strong language to tell the person to start moving. You're not garbage. If you were garbage, you'd smell a lot worse. So, why don't we just get up and try again, okay? Ooh, such a pretty giraffe. You better watch out, I can break your neck! Get your ass moving now, damn you!
