The Toe Talks Podcast discusses the ongoing Emergency Use Authorization of masks and COVID shots, questioning their experimental nature and potential health risks. A study found microplastics in the lung tissues of birds and humans, particularly polypropylene, commonly used in masks. Wearing masks long-term poses health risks due to inhaling microplastics and other contaminants. Medical professionals should use masks for bacterial, not viral protection, and dispose of them properly. Masks were not proven to stop viruses, and cloth masks may pose additional risks. Overall, masks may be more harmful than beneficial to health. You're listening to the Toe Talks Podcast. Why are masks and COVID shots still under EUA, Emergency Use Authorization? Why are they not approved by the FDA five years later, but still being recommended when they are experimental? Are masks more of a health risk than a benefit? What is the BFD protocol and will it help reduce spike protein buildup in the body? What is the BFD protocol and will it help reduce spike protein buildup in the body? I hope this catches fire in every single state. We need to put PBMs out of business. It's the reason why your prescription costs are so high and they're leaving the state of Arkansas. Good for them. I hope it moves to my state soon. Now let's get into microplastics. A recent study published by the Journal of Hazardous Material analyzed the lung tissue of 51 different bird species living near the International Airport in a place in China for the presence of microplastics. Microplastics are found embedded in lung tissue of every single bird species tested. All 51 species of birds, all of them. The two most common microplastics found in the tissue were chlorinated polyethylene and butadiene rubber, which is used in packing cables and tires. Remember that term polyethylene. So they not only found microplastics in this lung tissue of birds, but they also found nanoplastics, nylon 66, polypropylene, remember that term, polyvinyl chloride, or PVS. It's usually found in clothing, packing, and building materials. So you might be thinking, well, who cares, Dr. Tove? These are birds. This isn't humans. But unfortunately, this bird study is indicative of what's probably also happening in humans. There was a study that was done in 2022, so two years into the pandemic, and the study analyzed lung samples from 13 patients in the UK undergoing surgery. Small sample, true, but yet the findings are startling. Microplastics showed up in 11 out of 13 patients tested, 11 out of 13. That is almost 100%, just like the birds. The most common plastic found in these individuals was polypropylene, known as PP, found in packaging, textiles, and also PET, drink bottles, and resin. Right there, it tells me that we need to reduce the amount of plastic exposed to our food. But let's continue. The two most common plastics found, one was a microplastic, polyethylene, and one was a nanoplastic, polypropylene, were found in that bird study. And then this study is now saying the most common plastic out of the three for humans, out of the three most common was PP, polypropylene. Those two correlate very well. And I want to tell you that polyethylene and polypropylene, or PP, are related to each other. They're very similar. So this got me thinking. I took this a step further. This is my own deduction. This is not research. But I'm going to correlate something here. The blue disposable surgical masks that were so common during COVID that people were wearing, can you guess what they're made out of? Well, they're made out of paper and plastic. Can you guess what kind of plastic? Yeah, PP, polypropylene. Yes. Yes, they are. N95 masks. Do you know what they're made out of? Synthetic plastic fibers. And nonwoven PP, polypropylene fabric. Now, you know why masks are still under EUA and considered experimental. This is not new, folks. This is what I'm actually telling you is research-based, that there is a risk of breathing in microplastics or nanoplastics or micro-nanoparticles in general and them being lodged in the lungs. That study that I talked about where 11 out of 13 people were tested in the UK, they found these microplastics basically at the base of their lungs because I think they just kind of finally settled there, maybe because of gravity. It's not good. That's why nobody, and I do mean nobody, should be wearing masks unless absolutely necessary. And you might be saying, but Dr. To, I'm a physician. I'm a surgeon. I'm an anesthesiologist. I'm a nurse in the OR. I have to wear the blue surgical mask. Yes, you're right. You do. You do. Not for virus purposes, but for bacterial. Huge difference. Don't forget about that. You know if you're a medical professional, if you're in healthcare, you know that you're not supposed to wear those masks for a long period of time. You're supposed to throw them away because this is the problem. People were wearing those blue masks for months. They would not throw it away. They put it on their dashboard, pick it up in the morning, and put it on when they go to work. No, they wore those masks over and over and over and over again, and they put themselves at great risk of breathing in micro and nanoplastics as a result. Not to mention the bacteria, diseases, funguses, and other unsettling things that began to grow in that mask over time. Those masks were only supposed to be used an hour or two at a time and then thrown away. But did you hear any healthcare professionals on the mainstream media telling you these facts, telling you that these masks had health risks associated with them and that they could pose a hazard to your health? Did any of them ever say they would stop viruses? If they did, they lied because all you would have to do is look on the box, and the box betrayed them. It told the truth about these masks. You can't stop one single virus. And you might be asking yourself, oh, but I wore a cloth mask, Dr. Toe. I hate to tell you, those cloth masks are even worse for so many other reasons, just detergents and chemicals, but also fabric, fibers. When my kids were being forced to wear masks at school, and I as a parent said, no, I don't want them to wear masks. I went to their two principals. One was a middle school principal, and one was a high school principal, brought them studies about the risks of wearing masks long-term. Do you think that they changed anything? Do you think they allowed my kids to go to school without masks on? No, nothing during COVID was evidence-based. It was all agenda and emotional-based, opinion-based. It was very sad. So are masks more of a risk to our health or a health hazard than a benefit? Yes, they are. 100% nobody should be wearing a mask unless they have to, but you cannot wear a mask and avoid getting a virus. They have never been effective against viruses, ever. It's like throwing sand at a chain-link fence and thinking the sand's not going to go through. This is the same scenario with masks. Yes, they have always been a health hazard, always, even before COVID began. We knew this to be true. This is why they're still under EUA. We've found now that people who've been wearing masks consistently as a result of the pandemic have increased gum disease, deformed ears. Kids who are young who have developing cartilage, their ears are bent forward. It's going to be known as COVID ear. I can guarantee you it's coming because the masks were pulling their ears forward. Skin infections and increased viral sickness. You're more at risk of getting sick from a virus by wearing a mask. Oh, my goodness. It's just insanity. So, yes, you heard me correctly. More likely to get sick, more likely to have health problems by wearing masks long-term. So why are masks still being recommended by the CDC when they're experimental, when they are a health hazard? Good question. I can't answer that. I cannot answer it. But you can go look on the website and see what the CDC is telling you. Wear a mask. All right. Next question. Do I have buildup of spike protein in my blood? Chances are you do if you are jabbed, but especially if you've been boosted. Why do I say that? Because spike has been found circulating in the body for over two years in a recent research study. Now you might be saying, oh, well, it was five years ago. Unfortunately, this is just where the study ended. So chances are, and it's unfortunate, but this spike protein, because it's mRNA, is told the DNA of your body to replicate it over and over and over again. It is almost a self-amplifying RNA technology. It seems to me it is very similar. But regardless, they're starting to work on a test that will test how much spike is in somebody's blood. And I cannot wait for that to be perfected because that will be the bullet to determining if this is true, you know, how long the body is going to produce a spike. And chances are it's going to be infinite because, remember, these are gene therapies. What about if you've had the COVID infection but not a shot? Well, it's possible that you, too, are having some sort of spike protein buildup in the blood because of this chimeric, unnaturally manipulated gain-of-function COVID virus that was put out into the world by China. So because of that, yes, it's possible. And if you're having mental fog, fatigue, reoccurring infections, it is possible that you still have some spike in your blood that's causing an issue. But do not be fooled that you have long COVID. Long COVID is just a term, just like SIDS, just like sudden adult death syndrome that was created by the CDC FDA to help people believe that there's something out there that doctors don't understand and is a thing. No, it's just convenient. They just don't want you to know that these things were caused by jabs. Yeah, SIDS, sudden infant death syndrome, and sudden adult death syndrome, and long COVID are caused because of jabs. This is research-backed. This is not my opinion. So there is a protocol. There is a bright spot that they are finding that there is something that you can do to try to help clear or denigrate the spike protein that is being built up in your bloodstream. It's called BSD, Base Spike Detoxification, and it was created by a brilliant doctor, Dr. Peter McAuliffe. In Episode 15, so the episode before this Totox episode, I talk about this protocol specifically. But today, I'm going to go into the base of the protocol, which consists of nanokinase, which is an enzyme, bromelain, curcumin, and pepperon. These are things that you can be taking for other issues like chronic infections, brain fog, pain, other things that these jabs have caused. And if you go back and listen to that episode or even just look in the show notes, you'll see the answer to the question that you want to layer onto this base protocol for detoxifying from the spike protein. But today, we're going to talk about these three supplements more in depth. Nanokinase, like I said, it's an enzyme. Enzymes break down or build proteins. In this case, it breaks down proteins. And in this case, it's the spike protein. Lots of research behind it. So you're going to have to take 2,000 units twice a day of nanokinase. What is nanokinase? Well, nanokinase is basically created from fermented soybeans. Nano is basically something that's sold, I believe it's in Japan, and it's a treat. It's fermented soybeans. So nanokinase is what is created when you ferment soybeans. It's a byproduct of that process. And it has potential for the inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 infection via spike protein denigration. So theoretically, you could just eat fermented soybeans. Now, how much? That I have no idea. But you could get it naturally that way. Nanokinase also helps prevent blood clots, lower blood pressure, and may aid in protecting the brain and is high in vitamin K. This is partly why it's a benefit for somebody who has been jabbed and boosted. Because clotting, blood clots, are an issue for you. Anybody who has been jabbed or boosted, you are going to have clotting issues to some extent. Now, how much of a clotting issue are you going to have? It compounds with the more shots you receive, the more likely you're going to have more of a significant problem with clotting. This is why nanokinase is so good for people who have taken the COVID jab. Now, precautions to taking nanokinase. Do not take with aspirin or blood thinners or if pregnant. It's strongly cautioned to seek medical supervision with combining this nutraceutical with current antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs. You shouldn't take it if you have a soy allergy, obviously. Because it's soybean related, right? You should be asking your primary care, your physician, whoever it is that you trust for your medical care before taking. Next up, bromelain. 500 milligrams one time a day. Where does bromelain come from? Well, it actually comes from the stem of the pineapple. A long time ago, I had learned that the stem of the pineapple, the thing in the very center, is something that you should eat because of its health benefits. But nobody wanted to eat that. It's too fibrous. This is the reason why people cut it out, right? But it turns out it not only has health benefits, but it can also help to denigrate spike protein. How about that? So not only is this substance a proteolytic, meaning it breaks down proteins, but it's also an anti-inflammatory. If you're struggling with arthritis, you may benefit from this when you take it on an empty stomach. It's also an anticoagulant. Again, helps with clotting issues. Improves digestion when you take it with food. And here's the crazy thing, and this is something that's very cool that I learned. It increases the absorption of medications like antibiotics, chemotherapeutic agents. So if you're going under chemotherapy, especially oral ones, this would be a great thing to take in order to help increase its bioavailability. It increases the absorption of blood pressure medications. So if you take this, you need to be on your blood pressure readings like a hawk because it might drop your BP too low if you have high blood pressure because it's making the medication you're taking more effective. Certain antidepressants, opioids, and barbiturates. So the caution is if you have obviously a pineapple allergy. Next up is curcumin. 500 milligrams two times a day or 1,000 milligrams in a day. But it sounds like you should probably break it up morning and evening. With 5 to 10 milligrams of pepperine. What's pepperine? It's basically pepper extract to increase its bioavailability. This is why you take the pepperine with it. So you might be asking, what exactly is curcumin? Well, curcumin is derived from turmeric, the root tuber that people usually put in foods for coloring or just health benefits in general. Turmeric is also a member of the ginger family. Makes sense because there's just so many benefits from ginger as well. But here's the question. I was just discussing this with a friend of mine. She's like, well, what's the difference between curcumin and turmeric? And I was like, hmm, that's a good question. Well, the difference is turmeric is a whole food. It's the tuber. It's the thing that's in the ground that you pull out if you were to eat that whole thing. That's turmeric. Curcumin, on the other hand, is found in turmeric. So it is part of the makeup of turmeric. Curcumin is what gives the turmeric its yellow color. But more than that, it's specifically a health benefit, especially when it's concentrated. So basically you're taking out a portion from the turmeric that has many health benefits and you're concentrating it, and that is curcumin. Now the question, the million-dollar question is, which do I take? Do I take the turmeric as a whole food or do I take a portion of the turmeric and take curcumin? And the answer is, because it seems research is inconclusive about answering that question either way, the answer is you probably should be taking both, taking the turmeric fully as itself as it's pulled out of the ground and curcumin in concentrated values. So I did a little research, and there's actually a product up there called Turmeric Curcumin Complex. It has both. And pepperine. It also includes pepperine. Not all supplements are the same. Make sure you look at what you're getting. Make sure you look at what the capsule is created out of because sometimes that stuff is not good for you. This is what I would encourage you to take is the Turmeric Curcumin Complex. But you could alternate monthly. Take one month, take the turmeric as a whole value, and then the next month take curcumin. Just some suggestions. I personally am planning on taking the complex and seeing what it does for me because, you know, there are some anti-inflammatory values and many health benefits to them in general. Curcumin is an antiviral by reducing viral replication. This is a benefit. This is why curcumin was helpful in avoiding COVID. And like I said, it's an anti-inflammatory. But there are some cautions as it may decrease the effectiveness of prescription thyroid and estrogen hormones. So be advised. Here's the other thing. The protocol that was created to denigrate the spike protein by Peter McAuliffe and the wellness company, if you look at the protocol, it does suggest taking curcumin liposomal technology. And I personally, from the research that I've done, would tell you to stay away from the liposomal technology. Why is that? Well, when I first heard about it, I was like, wait a second, the nano or liposomal technology, it's similar to what's being used in the COVID Jabs, the mRNA technology. They use a nano liposomal technology. And those liposomes and lipo nanoparticles are often mentioned interchangeably, but they're not exactly the same. However, the liposomal technology, you'll find that it's growing and being used in many supplements now. It's kind of the new craze. That technology is actually less stable than the lipo nanoparticles that's used in medications in general. It has a different structure, so they're not exactly the same. But the function is similar. The research is not conclusive about the risk benefits. I stay away from it. That's just my personal recommendation. But you should research it and see for yourself. But I felt like I needed to put that out there so that people were aware of it. Here are some other supplements that I would encourage you to investigate for your health. N-acetylcysteine. This is also known as NAC. That's its short abbreviation. Ivermectin, hydrochloroquine, also known as HCQ, selenium, Irish sea moss, green tea extract, black cumin, also known as nigella sativa, dandelion extract, and glutathione. And now we come to it. So what? So what, Dr. Toe? Well, if so, what is this? Stop wearing masks. They're useless against viruses, and they're a health hazard. Stop getting vaccines, especially experimental ones. Clear the spike protein from your blood if you've been jabbed or having issues that are connected to the jab or COVID infection. Stop trusting the government with your health. Start researching everything. Put your health in your own hands, and no one else's. Question your health care providers on care they are suggesting. And be sure they are practicing medicine from an evidence-based practice and not being told how to practice medicine. Know what's in your food. Know what's in your food. Eat as naturally as possible. Well, that's a wrap. If you liked what you heard, please share. Want to hear more? Please subscribe. And if you're a faithful listener, thank you for all your love and support.
