Dr. Peet is a business hub with a website offering programs in health, wellness, and education. His expertise lies in these areas, intertwining health and education. The business focuses on securing contracts based on educational reform and collaboration with international partners. Edmetrics is a system to measure quality education internationally. Transformational coaching and inquire product are also highlighted. Tailored coaching and transformational coaching are offered based on specific needs. The website aims to bring world expertise for proven methodologies in addressing educational issues. This is a narrative run through of the business of Dr. Peet. Dr. Peet has a website called drpeet.com, which outlines for the public the structure of the programs that they are wishing to offer. Let us go to pathways first. Let us go to culture first. Dr. Peet has gathered around him people who are interested in walking with him based upon his expertise, knowledge, and products under development. The structure is somewhat complex as each project tends to have different players or programs. In essence, Dr. Peet is a business hub, not a home product, offering both services and products in at least two distinct areas. For the purpose of this narrative, we are going to divide it into two distinct narratives. One is health and wellness. Healthy people make healthy decisions. The second is education. Similar to the business, the expertise of Dr. Peet lies in these two areas. As an educational psychologist, he has a two-lensed view on both education and health and views them as intertwined. For the purpose of business, it will be important to look at separating them out as society tends to view these two aspects as somewhat disparate due to international division between health and health systems and education systems. For that reason, we might look at developing a second one. Simply Dr. Peet healthy people make healthy decisions as a separate area or a separate website skin using a lot of the same material but having different information and decision streams calls to action. For the Dr. Peet site, it says, teaches courses, facilitates professional learning, facilitates masters and PhD students for multiple universities. What is not included in that is, back to the homepage, is the idea of improving educational reforms. Just a note to change that statement to include that. It says it is more than professional learning. It guides educational reform and supervises masters and PhD students for multiple universities. Is that really part of the business plan for now? Leadership and consultation and this change would lead or clarify leadership and consultation. One big part of the business and business going forward will be the securing of contracts based upon particularly the inquire and the seven dynamics of education. Specifically, up to this point, it has been looking at the needs of each of the contracts and fitting Dr. Peet into the needs of the contracts rather than having a specific approach and stream embedded into the securing of contracts. Moving forward, these contracts may or may not involve Dr. Peet on a day-to-day basis directly but rather in a more supervisory and collaborative way as he brings forth forward partners, international partners, both national and international partners, who will be actually doing and securing the contracts, doing the contracts. And others may be more involved in the securing of the contracts themselves partially through an engine called Clarity Design that we'll get to further. Dr. Peet's educational experience is varied and eclectic and wide. Stretching from special education teaching himself on the ground experience, local educational experience as both a superintendent level of a dynamic school division into educational business. From an entrepreneurial perspective into intensive educational reform overseas and guiding the reform through teaching the teachers and engaging at the levels of national curriculum development in various areas. Dr. Peet has worked in various crisis parts of the world mostly. His clients have included governments, businesses and NGOs. However, they have also included governments, school divisions, businesses and NGOs. School divisions, it's important to identify at that point and maybe clients should include governments, ministries of education, school divisions, businesses and NGOs. A question for this particular website on Dr. Peet aimed for teachers whether it should include businesses or whether that should be under a separate heading of Dr. Peet Health. Having the title of doctor and his dual lens can assist in this. His leadership and consultation as I said is wide. Under this is links to well check, assess your strengths, open door, collaborate and Edmetrics, tip the scales, reform lives. Now let's go to Edmetrics for a few minutes here. Edmetrics is the system approach that we have started to discuss where there would be potentially an onboarding conversation, a discovery conversation followed by a somewhat processed methodology and structure to deeply explore exactly which areas are strong and which areas require strengthening. That is the purpose of Edmetrics itself. It has seven areas leading to what does it take, what are the seven pieces of the puzzle, seven dynamics, seven factors that measure and quantify quality education not only for Canada but internationally. These also can be explored against and include some of the education for plenty developed through the Rocky Mountain School Division as they seem to overlap. We need to reinstate his language on for the, it's not clear on where we just were which is Edmetrics in terms of what these seven areas are. This is important because even before Edmetrics is finished for the scientific measuring of it and this piece does require an investment strategy to attract further funding for this particular area and a specific revenue stream and dispersion for this particular area. One of the challenges with this is through the partnerships this particular stream has already have investors waiting. This will potentially interfere with the short term equity gain for Dr. Pete itself, the organization and some of their partners. As one figures out how to pay back these investors as funds start to roll in. So note, pay particular attention to this area in terms of the flow. What is the flow for this for the introduction and structure? It is this model that seems most likely first at the consultation level based upon just the learnings of Dr. Pete and others as to what makes education flourish. That could bring in contracts supervised by David Pete and with others heavily involved. I have to find some of the old material from the old website in order to do that because the seven pillars stated there were more succinct. System thinking unlocks the path forward. Entire system, education system by promoting collaborations instead of isolated fixes. Seven essential elements to help you move forward with renewed confidence. The elements listed above are not the same elements as have been listed before and that needs to be looked at very, very carefully. Create a vibrant culture of learning, flexible, scale, tailored for as fixed edmetrics offers reliable, adaptable education plan that lets you focus on solution rather than counting hours. In order to make that a deliverable, it will involve the tailored coaching. As listed, one request at a time. Again, the pricing needs to be developed a little bit more rather than a request in terms of effort or hourly. Because if you're looking at this and you're discussing essential elements instead of isolated fixes and then your tailored coaching goes straight to asking one isolated fix a month, the wording has to mirror that. One priority at a time. The costing is based upon in-depth look at one priority at a time. You can use the ball scenario for that and systems change language for explaining why only one at a time, especially as they are interwoven. It's important for any customers to know that systems change and the understanding of what it takes to change system is an integral part of this. So the coaching and this has to be tailored as process mirrored with results and products. Now the inquire product itself is the measurable product. Now what's the advantage of a measurable product? One, and this can be stated outright, for Western who don't like to talk about corruption, it can be explained as measuring effectiveness and ROI in such a way that it can both guide and also attract additional funds for international investors and international systems who are more aware of corruption. It's also an anti-corruption tool. So there are distinct write-ups that will need to happen for distinct audiences. The Western where you're talking about ROI and effectiveness and efficiency and on top of that for international when you're identifying it as a corruption issue. Transformational coaching is more longer term and essentially looking at what is needed over a specified term. We're come down to dollar figures on the website and it has to be asterisks to depend upon the complexity of the request. So part of tailor coaching, transformational coaching is excellent titles. I wonder if we are looking at also quickly embedding developed clarity engine type of approach whether it needs to be revisited in terms of not a firm amount. It appears to me that at this level the tools being developed for the web are very important but secondary to the tailored expertise being brought on to any customers based on an iterative approach. This is different than some of the other products that are geared toward addressing specific issues such as wellness for teachers and students, trauma and how to deal with trauma within the educational system. Later we can talk about outside of that and also crisis intervention systems. I believe the magic of this approach will be the bringing together of world expertise for tailored approaches that are using proven methodologies. Not necessarily tried and tested, proven and targeted methodologies for all levels of the seven issues identified by inquire. Again the importance of having those seven issues stated as David did not moving them into products as appears on this website. It appears the segmentation for teachers versus systems is very, very important because for teachers they will not necessarily be looking at a systematic approach to education but what can I do now? I'm swamped, what can I do today? What can I do to bring forward to my principal or my school division to address these crushing problems? How do I best understand the dynamics of my classroom at a more on the ground practical level? I understand the attraction of a budgeted amount per month but I question and this is a question for David, is that a feasible approach? It may well be. Also the question for this is who is your direct partner and will this affect it? For instance, it will be important to identify are you addressing the organization at multiple levels or is there a key person or persons who you are training, equipping and then hopefully releasing with deeper understanding who then will go on to implement based upon their own expertise. Are you looking for longer term or shorter term and how do you fix with the mixture of these items? A promise of saving 90% doesn't that depend upon the issues? Budgets? I'm just not sure. This seems to be built for a western audience but maybe I'm wrong. I love the pause anytime. That makes so much sense because that allows some balance but anytime whenever you choose also has to come with the understanding that it also will depend upon securing the time of the Dr. P consortium. Maybe use the words consortium. You can add several education requests to your queue and order them individually and answer properly, efficient, logically, your satisfaction is our top priority, provide you with the best educational support possible. Again, the individualized solutions is an important emphasis here. The key question is, are you offering a service or a, I don't know, what if I have a single request? Services might be replaced with the word expertise continuously and also let's make sure we include the concept of developing the capacity and expertise within yourself as one of the reasons why it's a monthly versus a, it's an ongoing relationship when and if you need it so we're your team behind your team but our, the purpose is to develop the capacity and expertise of your team for really you're the key. How well it goes depends upon the strength of the teachers. How quickly will I receive my deliverables is a good answer. Refunds is a hard, is a good answer with determined extra educational objectives, just slight reworking, thinking about it. The whole thing of what's the cost of disheartened and engaged community, I would really move that way up to what I would say identifying the pain point. So, I would move that right up to the top above innovating on your behalf. Again, how do you include the wording for not only innovating but, not only innovating but, not only innovating but, not only innovating but, Again, how do you include the wording for not only innovating but, not only innovating but, incorporating, innovating, cutting edge innovations, with you, something. Because we're not innovating on their behalf, we're innovating with them. So, it's a partnership language in terms of that one.
