First of all, I am going to talk about Nethi and how I admire her passion for education and her courage to challenge traditional norms. I really think that we need more people like her in this world. Then the Olinka belief system, although I think that respecting tradition is important, cultural practices that limit opportunities, especially for girls, need to be questioned. And finally, the volunteer organization. I really think that they should ensure their volunteers feel valued and contribute their skills effectively, not like they have done with Nethi. So I think they should be more careful.
