This is a song about a group of citizens holding their ground to preserve there citizens speaking time at 5 minutes. It looked to be a lost cause but 51 times we spoke out and WON. Not only did we keep the 5 minutes, but we added the ability to upload a Power Point Presentation to use when speaking!
