Chelsea Light Moving is the name of a moving company, operated for a short time in the 70s by the minimalist composers Philip Glass and Steve Reich, so they could raise enough money to rent a concert hall in NYC. It's a reaction to their music, and while some of it may sound like Glass (or Reich), it's really just a study in periods of rippling calm, interrupted by passages of relative instability. It begins quietly and ends loudly, perhaps celebrating the harmonies and the movement of them.
