Frankenstein's friend Justine takes the blame for a murder she didn't commit. The robot blackmails Frankenstein for its creation's data to build an army. Frankenstein destroys the data, leading to the robot killing his friend. The robot then kills Frankenstein's wife and father, prompting Frankenstein to hunt it down with Walton in the Arctic to avenge his losses. Frankenstein gets back just in time to see his friend Justine Moritz taking the fall for William's murder. They both know she didn't do it, but there's a locket of her next to William's body. Seeing how she would believe nobody but believe her story, she decides to admit she did it even though they both know she didn't. Frank Victor is too sad to watch as she gets hanged. Later, the robot asks Frankenstein to give him data on how the robot was created so it can make its own army of robots to take over the world. Frankenstein is terrified to say no because he knows the robot will crush him and he never wants to see the robot again anyway, so he says yes. Frankenstein and his best friend Henry Clare will travel back to a factory in England so Frankenstein can uncover the secret data to recreate another robot. Frankenstein begins working on it at near its completion. He realizes it would endanger the entire world and not just him, so he destroys it. Furious, the robot vows revenge, warning Frankenstein that it will be with him on his wedding night. After destroying the data, Victor sails away. He washes ashore and Ireland is accused of murder. The victim is his best friend Henry Clareville, whom the robot has killed in revenge for him destroying the data. He is absolutely devastated and cannot believe this had happened. As the days go by, he later falls in love with his childhood friend Elizabeth and plans to marry her. The night they got married, he remembers the robot's warning. Victor prepares to fight the robot but does not realize the robot's true plan. He looks everywhere for it but cannot find it. The robot has predicted his every move and knows exactly how to get his revenge on him. Later, when Victor is distracted looking for it, the robot kills Elizabeth and flees in a hurry. Victor runs back in the room and sees that Elizabeth is dead on the floor and he cannot believe he's lost everything he's cared about. Later, his father hears about Elizabeth's death and dies of grief the next day. Victor feels like he's lost everything but now that he has nothing to lose, he decides to dedicate the rest of his life to hunting down and destroying his creations. He pursues the robot across Europe and into the Arctic where he meets Robert Walton once again. They go on a journey together across the Arctic trying to find the robot that ruined his life.
