Summer Travels with Daphne - Exciting News!

Daphne from Travel Talk Show is excited about upcoming trips to Canada and Montana, sharing experiences from Banff National Park, Lake Louise, Waterton National Park, and more. She plans to post updates on her blog and social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Daphne will attend the Calgary Stampede and Shania Twain's concert, aiming to create engaging content for her audience. She also mentions future travel plans to South Africa. Welcome back to Travel Talk Show, this is Daphne, your host, and today I just want to talk about all of the things that we've been up to lately and what more things are coming up soon. We are going to do an awesome trip here in about three weeks. We are headed to Canada into the Calgary area and all over Alberta. We will be visiting Banff National Park and we're going to be doing Lake Louise, Marine Lake. We're also going to be going to Waterton National Park, where the Prince of Wales is. Look this stuff up. I will have some stuff on my blog as well, keeping you guys up to date on where these places are, what kind of things you can do, and all the things that you would love to know about these travels. I will be posting quite a bit on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and all of my accounts, so keep those social accounts near and dear to you. I will post different things on each platform for fun. There will be some lives probably while I'm on the road and I'll be taking tons and tons of pictures. I'm also going to be going to Montana for 10 days after Alberta and I will be headed to Yellowstone, Grand Teton. I will be all in the southern part of Montana, so I will be able to get some amazing pictures of places that I know very well that I think you would love to see. The beautiful mountains and streams and rivers and wildlife and majestic beauties will be shared. I am super excited. It is the summertime. Texas is way too hot for me to stay in the summertime, so July is a great month to get away. I'll be able to spend the 4th of July with family. The 1st of July, which is Canada Day, I'll be home, and then the Calgary Stampede will be running from, I believe, July 4th to July 10th, something like that. I am going to Stampede as well. This is the largest outdoor rodeo on earth. No joke. I'm going to actually go see Shania Twain, a fellow Canadian, perform at the Calgary Stampede. Fun fact, she's going to be the parade marshal for the Calgary Stampede parade on the 4th of July in Calgary. If you are in that area and you want to see her, that's probably a good day to see her as close as you can probably get. Usually you might get there, I think it starts at like 8 or 9, I'll have to do some detailed checking here so I can ensure that I'm there on the right time, but she will be leading the parade and I'm sure her concert on July 5th, which I have two tickets for, totally going. I can't wait to see her in concert. I've heard she's phenomenal in concert. So yeah, lots of fun things coming up very soon and it's a much needed break as I'm sure for a lot of you out there and you look forward to your summer vacations doing some different and exciting things, getting out of your everyday grind, which can be exhausting in itself. So it'll be a great way to renew, revigor, and get a lot of great content actually. I probably will have an uptick on so much more new content coming in, not just for the website, not just for the social media platforms, but even my podcasts. I'll be able to do some crazy good stuff for podcasting. I'm going to try and get into more interviewing different people, making it more interesting, keeping you guys engaged, wanting more. I have some great guests in mind that have been to places I haven't even been to, that I would just love to pick their brain and learn more about where they've gone and what's to do there. Myself, I'm thinking about perhaps maybe a South Africa trip next year sometime. I do have some friends that live in that area and I've been doing a lot of research on it lately and I think it's on my bucket list more to the top than the bottom now. It's definitely got a lot of things that pique my interest like wildlife, wineries, beautiful views, and it sounds like amazing people. I know the people I know are amazing from South Africa, so that's for sure. I just love meeting new people and going to new places and doing crazy things that you wouldn't normally get to do every day, so that's just the whole point of this travel talk show when we brought it into fruition. It's more of a way to be able to share our passion and what we would love to do full time eventually, but for now, I'll have to just take my summer vacations and use them to the max.
