Although online buying and selling happens every day of the year, the busiest time for package deliveries is during the back-to-school season. In 2019, there were 3 billion packages delivered to universities across China. On average, each college student receives 78 packages per year. This is 1.8 times the national average of 42 packages per person per year, and the number of packages continues to increase. To make it convenient for students, many universities have set up delivery service stations on campus.
