Dani is a life coach who helps young adults overcome fear to achieve peak performance. She advises acknowledging and understanding fear, using positive self-talk and visualization, taking action, seeking support and preparation, and celebrating progress and success. Hi there, my name is Dani and firstly, thank you so much for this opportunity. In my spare time, I am a life coach to young adults focused specifically on peak performance. And one of the things that comes up way too often is fear. I try to help them overcome this fear because this is such an important first step towards growth. And so here's some quick advice that I hope that will help them conquer it. So the first step is to acknowledge that fear, to break it down and to understand where it's coming from and what it's all about. Then we switch over to positive self-talk and visualizing success. We then step into taking action. This is the most paralyzing part, so we need to get them out of it. So we teach them to learn to prepare and to seek support, but also to practice realization. And finally, the most important step, in my opinion, is to celebrate progress and celebrate success. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks.
