Members of the Milwaukee Police Department struggle to make sense of the life on and off the job. In this double-episode pilot, James finds himself unwillingly between a rock and a hard place while Tommy and Kat have decisions to make both personally and professionally. Meanwhile, troubles at home and questions about a new murder investigation start to take their toll on Detective Maddaloni.
